This first guy that helped me was nice but Carlos exceeded my customer service expectations. He was very helpful, friendly, and hilarious when it came to getting my rental car. He also made sure my paperwork was good and everything was correct. Glad to have worked with him and will be back in the future for my car rental needs!
The car was nice. Renting the car out was difficult. The lady was very rude who checked it out to us. We have rented a car through enterprise multiple times and have never had problems like the trouble this woman gave us. They would not take a card number and I had to leave work to be able to get this car for my husband.
I only had the car one night but I came from fort Polk LA to Houston from training. I somehow forgot my combat boots and some other small items in the trunk on a Friday. Came back on Sunday knowing my chances we slim, and they had held on to them!!! I am so appreciative. That location will always get my business now

Justin the manager is super responsive, kind, and very calm mannered. As a person who personally deals with the insurance field, I felt he handled my claim with great professionalism and care. Would highly recommend asking for him if you are choosing this location in the Houston area
