My current experience is a Far Cry from my previous great rental experiences, it has been horrible. The District manager for my leasing area has not returned my call. I'm into my fourth long term, $3k, contract with Enterprise, they have proven to be better for 1-2 day short term leases. Bad business decision. No clear disclosures, No receipt or rental contract provided initially, no roadside information and not advised about $3.95 daily toll charges. I want to Full Size car I leased for and credit for their daily toll fee I wasn't contracted for or advised about. **At my initial lease, I was not provided any roadside assistance information, so when I had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired, their manager at 610 & Fannin, stated I was too far away in the city to bring me another car, then he told me to use Google to find the closest Enterprise location, when I asked wouldn't he know, He stated "No, because He wasn't from Houston", I and the Manager at Discount Tire was stunned. Stranded too far from home, the manager at the Discount Tire assisted me with finding the closest Enterprise store and I drove on the doughnut to get another car. Still no roadside assistance info provided. **To get a better rate, I call their 800# and was provided a rate for a full size car, I have not been switched from this small car, and repeated request to call me when a full size is available have gone unanswered. Beyond frustrated when the manager, Wilcrest, tried to change my rate to a higher daily rate and still have not switched out my car. The District manager has not returned my calls, and she jested about his not calling. **When I requested the license plate of the previous car to pay a toll charge online, I was told that I could use the toll and I would just be billed by Enterprise. $50 sticker shock yielded the revelation that Enterprise charges $3.95per day toll rate on top of my $1.75 toll charge. Again not in the copy of the contract I requested. Deceptive. I am so disappointed, when I have always been the first to refer friends and business colleagues. But clearly long term leases aren't of any value to Enterprise.

Best customer service experience of my life. Chris Adams and his team are truly exceptional. I rented a minivan at this location last weekend to use for transporting the wheelchair basketball team that I coach. They were ready when I got there and had me on the road in record time. They were also incredibly quick and efficient when I returned the vehicle. Right there you have a 5 star experience in my opinion as it seems to happen less and less at rental car facilities these days that you get in and out without a hitch, but this is where the extraordinary part starts. First I was in a hurry and forgot my filming equipment in the van. Would’ve been very easy for someone to take it home, or at the very least just throw in the list and found and leave it to the customer to figure it out. They did not. The gentleman cleaning the van found it and literally ran up front to make sure I had it before I left. Saved me a serious headache. Then I got back to my personal car and it won’t start. Texas heat must’ve killed the battery while it was parked there. It’s 1:45 on a Sunday. They close at 2. I walk back in, embarrassed and ask if anyone can give me a jump. The branch manager himself (Chris), with a smile says let me grab some keys, we’ll get you back on the road. I’ll spare you all the boring details, but we had some issues (all my fault) with getting it started. Chris stayed with me well past closing time, refused all of my apologies and stayed the funny and care free guy I had met when picking up my van through the whole process. Eventually he did in fact get me on the road. For him to go out of his way to help me, give up part of his Sunday after he should already have been home with his family, to work his tail off to do all of this (we were sweating profusely in that Texas heat), and to treat me like his long lost best friend the whole time, I have never been this wow’ed by any customer service at any establishment. You can rest assured we will be back, often. Thank you Enterprise, and thank you Chris!

I had a very poor rental car experience at this location (1406 S loop W). For the short version: our car smelled like cigarettes and the tags expired over the duration of our trip. Long version: My husband went to pick up our rental car on a Wednesday afternoon. The first car they gave him smelled like cigarette smoke, so he kindly asked to change the car. They gave him a new one and he drove away assuming everything was fine with the new car. Turns out that one smelled like cigarette smoke too! He didn't notice until he was home and we didn't have enough time to drive back to the rental location to change the car AGAIN. We used the car for a 10 day trip to Florida. Anything we left in the car smelled like smoke. We smelled like smoke when getting out after longer sections of the drive. I gagged every time I had to open the door after the car had been sitting in the sun. Not only this, but the tags of the car expired before our rental term was up, so we had to drive back to TX from FL with expired tags. Luckily we didn't get pulled over. I don't know how that nightmare would have worked itself out. They charged us an extra day for rental. I imagine we can get this fixed without much issue. If not, I'll update this review. Still a hassle. Lastly, and this is not really the rental company's fault, but the 2020 Chevy Malibu is a horrible car to drive. Trying to angle the AC vents lower so they didn't blow straight into my face/eyes closed the vents and made the car hot. Connecting and reconnecting different phones with Bluetooth was a nightmare, noticeably poor quality audio. Lots of little small things that made the experience very frustrating, especially for a longer road trip.

When I called last week after making my reservation to speak with Brittney or Mr. Breedlove, I was shocked to find out neither of them were no longer with Enterprise. My initial thought was I hope the customer service I receive is still as good as it was. Well it was AWESOME!!! It started with me getting picked up by Shawn on Friday. (3/23/2018) She was an extremely nice young lady as well as a good driver. I also enjoyed her pleasant conversation while we drove to the Enterprise office. Once we arrived, I was greeted by my name along with a great smile from Ashley who assured me they were going to take good care of me. They did just that and it was all done with great customer service that took away any initial thoughts I had. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Jerne on the phone and at the office. And each time the customer service I received from her was good. My return of the car on Monday (3/26/2018) was just as awesome! I had the pleasure of meeting Adeja who greeted me with a smile when she came into the office from assisting another customer. She promptly checked me back in and I was finished in about 10 minutes. I can ONLY speak for myself, and each one of these ladies from Ashley, Adeja, Shawn and Jerne extended AWESOME customer service that was truly appreciated. This is the only location I have used since moving to this side of town and it will continue to be. Great Team and I have NO COMPLAINTS.

In disbelief on how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful Management was. Specifically John Lopez I made a reservation a week in advance for a car, upon arrival they only had SUV trucks available. I was told I would have to pay double my reservation due to lack of cars. I rent cars every week and usually in this case they would just put me in what car was available, John Lopez said this is his location and he has different rules and if learned how to answer my phone and arrive on time then we he would have to honor policy but since I didn’t answer my phone and was 30 min late my reservation didn’t matter. Although my credit card was on file and they used my card to hold the vehicle they would not honor my reservation. While in the location contacted corporate and they said is not policy to over charge me and they would send an email to his team to allow a vehicle to be picked up. Apparently John never received this email. I was embarrassed, disrespected, and while 5 cars were available I was refused service for 2 hours until closing and then upon closing was forced out of the location. Horrible customer service, I left the location without a car, in houston stranded and unable to get to work.

I made an online reservation 5 days in advanced. I called a day before just to confirm and request a pick-up. I live a mile away. Was told I would be picked up at 11:30 am on 8/31/2013. I called the day of my reservation in the morning just to double check they took my information down correctly, since the lady I spoke to(Courtney?) the day before was rude over the phone. Again Courtney picks up and puts me on hold for 15 minutes, I just hang up and called back. Nobody would answer multiple calls. I called corporate customer service and even they couldn't contact any staff of the rental office. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I've rented multiple times from this location, I have never been treated like this. This company and specifically this location is the worst. Do yourself a favor, and go to a different rental company. I never rent from Enterprise again, I'm going to tell all my family, friends, co-workers not to rent from enterprise. I'm also going to post on every website that reviews customer experiences my story about the rude and unresponsive staff at this location. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I rented a car the weekend of November 15 they held 420 from my account. When I returned the card they charged 150. So in total they took 570. When I called two weeks later why I hadn’t gotten my money back they said they had charged my debit card as a credit card and it was going to take a month. It is now 12/23 and I still have not gotten my money. I am never renting from this place again! 12/27/2019 -still nothing. I was also told when i called on the 23rd that someone was going to call me for my banks fax number to provide a letter requesting my funds to be release and it is now the 27th and no call. and by the way Lisa who comments on these reviews can not help you nor the care email they ask you to send. You are pretty much S.O.L they don't take accountability about anything. 01/11/2020 after multiple bank and forth with the manager still nothing. I was supposed to get a call as a follow up after the new year and nothing. Still have not gotten my money back.

Very poor experience. First I Rented a Toyota Van. White. Before I took off with this vehicle we inspected it and everything was fine . I returned the van and Megan "customer rep" came out and walked straight to a damage that was very hard to see and told me I had damaged the vehicle. 1st I did not do the damage. 2nd How are you going to walk straight to the vehicle , straight to the damage spot. Next they charged my card for 550 dollars for a small scratch "damage" without notifying me. Once I contacted Megan again She said it was no longer in her hands and that the car has already been repaired and that I was or my insurance was liable for this scratch for $550!! Also, this store/company is very unorganized customer service couldn't find my account on file. Megan is very unprofessional and left me on hold for an hour and hung up on me when I called again. Do Not Go To This Location!

Justin and Anthony demonstrated a high standard of professionalism. Dealing with them has made me change my mind about this location. Earlier review on Aug 28, 2019: Unparalleled incompetence. I made a reservation at this location, against conventional wisdom from other reviews, for which I was about 40 minutes early. The representative claimed she didn't have a car available until exactly the time of my reservation. The interaction made me feel that I was being treated unprofessionally. I confirmed with the rep if she had my phone number and asked her to call me when the car was ready for pickup, while I stepped out to grab a quick lunch. Never got the call, confirming that the employee had zero inclination to generate income for her employers. My recommendation is to avoid this location, especially since this is how they treat a loyal (Enterprise Plus Platinum) customer.

First of all, they didn't have my car so I had to upgrade to a premium rental and pay extra. That's fine. You know what isn't fine? They forgot to give me license back when I rented the car...which was in the morning. Then, they never called to inform me. When I found out that evening, it was closed. So, I got to worry about not having an ID while out of state, trying to fly without an ID all night. I had to call them the following day to see if they had it. They did. When I returned to get my license, they didn't even apologize. Nothing. They should have called immediately. The number is on the contract. To makes matters worse, they were super slow and disorganized. Every customer was arguing with them. They would interrupt our transaction to deal with other people and leave the area. Understaffed, poor management, horrific customer service.

I occasionally travel for work and enterprise is the preferred vendor at most companies I’ve worked for. This location along with the downtown one were both pretty close to me. However I am someone who always reads reviews. This location had excellent ones so the choice was easy. The assistant manager and his team completely lived up to the positive ratings. They were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I ended up getting a flat tire about and hour into my trip. I called Antony and he took immediate action. A representative showed up with a new car in record time and I was back on the road. It is rare to get this kind of service these days so when you have a positive experience it’s important to share it. Thank you Anthony and your team for making sure I was able to make my trip!

The pickup location is needs more staff! They are always incredavly busy and can never answer the phone for simple questions. It makes them suffer in customer service although all of them are extremely great associates just very overwhelmed. I was on hold for 17 minutes and had called at least three times that day. If I could have googled the answer or stopped by I would have bit it was a last minute emergency and impossible to get someone on the phone until the last minute. I think you all need to expand your spectrum on payments (types of cards accepted/cash) The return location was wonderful. The answered the phone on the first ring and accommodated me extremely well as there were many associates available and smiling. They deserve a pizza for lunch and a award for that

RENTER BEWARE!!! I made a reservation online the day before, and I received the confirmation number and a pickup time. Unfortunately the next day when I called to check on the car they said that they were out of cars, and the rep said the website allows customers to book a car and get a confirmation number even though they don't have cars available. I was told by the representative this happens ALL the time, and Enterprise still allows people to reserve cars even though they have no cars available. THIS IS THE SECOND ENTERPRISE HAS DONE THIS ME. THEY HAVE LOST A CLIENT. So if you truly need of a car desperately like I needed today, I would suggest you do not go with this company because you can make a reservation, think the car is there, but it's not. I feel misled.

I placed a rental for an entire month for a standard size car. The 1st car had to be returned because the dashboard lights did not work, so while driving at night you could not see anything. Not safe at all. Returned that one and was given another vehicle that was missing a floor mat on the driver side, tape residue mark on every door where they taped the doors when they shipped the cars and the panel on the shift panel was cracked. Returned the second vehicle and received the 3rd vehicle, it was nice. After a month long rental, I extended my rental for two weeks but the price they gave me is only about $200 less than the monthly rental. Call the corporate for a rate adjustment, but still have not received any call at this point. Very disappointed in my experience

So I went 8/2020 and the customer service was HORRIBLE & inconsiderate. Of course, with Covid-19 going on there are some altered visiting practices but when I went to pick up my vehicle the representative that was helping me had no concern with me standing in the direct sunlight for an extended period of time while he sat in the rental car I was to take with the cold A/C blowing in his face. Not one time did he offer me water or a seat in the car with him, nor the option to go inside the building AT ALL. Also, he kept calling me by my maiden name which was a part of my old email address instead of the name that was on my actual Registration which has been my nane for 10 years!!! I do not recommend this location.

When I got there in the morning, they told me there is no seven seats car for me even I had reserved it and suggest me to pick it up afternoon or next day. How could I wait so long? I had planned everything and my friends were waiting for me. I was angry with the response. Luckily, someone else returned a seven seats car at that moment. I waited for half hour to clean it and picked it up. After that, they work efficiently. Actually, I don't know if this thing always happens in this store. Also, I am not clear about the mean of "Reservation" in this store. I hope everyone and me have a good experience in the future and this thing will never happen again.

I had to get a vehicle a little while back on a holiday weekend, my car was in the shop getting repaired. This was the only location that was open past 1pm and every other Enterprise Location was sending people to them, while giving the location no support or rental cars. The manager was very friendly to everyone and made sure to let everyone know that they would not leave until everyone who needed a car had one. The manager also called me 2 days into the rental to make sure that it was going well and apologized for how busy it was when I was there. In my opinion this is the best Enterprise location in Houston.

Long story short, this location is suffering from lack of management and has unqualified employees. I reserved a mid size sedan in advance but at the pickup time they offered me two choices: a dirty SUV or a dodge Van. I had to wait 1 hour and received a car in a class I requested a day before which was in terrible interior conditions. 5 days after I returned the car, they called me and wanted to make me responsible for a damage on the bumper. Keep the release documents after return the car for at least 1 month. It's possible they try to make you responsible for damages occurred to the car after the return.

Fantastic location...The staff at this location is awesome. They truly treat their customers like they should be treated. I have to give an extra THANKS to Janae for going the extra mile in providing great customer service. I came in the office running late and stressed out because I needed to return the vehicle to GB Intercontinental Airport Houston, which is about 1 hour drive from this location. She help calm my nerves with a pleasant and understanding attitude. I truly wish there were more people in the world like Janae. Thanks so much! Janae and Enterprise staff Michelle from Florida....

I made reservation in advance for the week of July 20-23. i received a call on July 19 to confirm my reservation(Bianca called) stating she would see me the next day. On Friday my reservation was for noon but i went in early to see if i could get the car early and the told me to come back at 12. When i went back at 12 i was TOLD THERE WAS NO CARS AVAILABLE. i never did received one call to inform or or better yet i could have been told that the first time i went in early. There could have been better customer services and i should have received a call to inform me!!!!

Professional and very friendly service, thanks Chris. Continue reading please I rated them 5 stars before, but good things don't last, do they?? So after the 1st excellent experience I made another reservation and came at 8 am to pick it up, after waiting an hour (despite having reserved online) they brought me a dirty car, and when they realised that, they took it and wanted to switch it with another or clean it properly this time, and after 20 minutes of waiting I cancelled my reservation. This is my experience today and will be the last with enterprise.

I’ve had better experiences with other locations. The car I received has a check engine light on it. Fine, now I am supposed to have the card for 30 days. They lied and said they’ve been trying to contact me and let me know insurance claims to not be covering it anymore. They never contacted me. BOTH times I was contacted I answered my phone, on top of that they emailed my documents to the wrong address. I had to contact THEM. I cannot wait to contact higher ups. I could not even get a word out without being cut off. I was charged when I am covered.

I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received at this location. They were extremely busy and I did have to wait awhile, but it was worth the wait. CSR Brittney was so kind and so helpful. She took care of my needs and had me ready to go. I reserved an economy car which they provided me with a Nissan Versa. Another bonus, they allowed me to leave my personal vehicle onsite. I hope returning the vehicle will be as pleasant as when I picked it up. I highly recommend this location. Will definitely rent from them again in the future!

Carl is the best Manager! Every time I need a rental he always takes care of me. Even if he is out of cars he finds something to put me in. He makes sure I know how to operate the vehicle and helps me set everything up. He always makes sure the car is clean and has a full tank of gas. His staff is so friendly and helpful. It always make it a great experience for customers when she staff is friendly and helpful. This is the only location I rent from and they will continue to have my business and a loyal customer. The young lady called me from the waiting list to pick up my car on a Saturday. Granted, I was a bit late, but I told the girl I was catching an Uber. I got there and THEY WERE CLOSED! Two other people drove up while I was waiting for my ride and reported them same thing happened to them! She never warned us that they were closing at 12. The website said 2pm. Why did the site let me book a 12pm pick up, if they were closing at 12pm. Not getting the car ruined my weekend plans. I would have appreciated better communication! :-(

What's the point of a reservation if you don't honor them? Made an appointment a week in advance to be picked up at 745. Was not picked up until 815 (30 min late). Not only that but when I got to the location my car wasn't ready, and I had to wait another 45+ minutes because it wasn't clean... Unprofessional service, expects better from this company. Edit: I was given a slight upgrade at no charge due to my long wait (an hour after my appointment time). The "upgraded" car smell's like cigarettes. Upgraded from 1 star to 2)

They have terrible employees. When I rented a car over there, one of them asked me to sign multiple places, and she did not explain anything. After return the car, I found that I have been charged extra $700 dollars. I contacted them and found that I signed some "insurance and assistance", but that lady never said a single word about it. She just required me to sign there and never explain it. However, they just got a new manager who looks a good man and he is willing to help. I hope they can correct their problem asap.

My reservation was for a midsize, I got stuck with a jeep because they didn't have anything else. When they emailed the invoice the amount was twice the amount of my reservation. They don't know what the taxes & fees are. And why couldn't they get what I reserved from somewhere else? They didn't even try. I've been renting from enterprise for years but after this, I'm looking towards returning this tomorrow and renting from Hertz via AAA. They've definitely lost all customer service & a lifelong customer.

This location and the staff was amazing. The manager made sure i was taken care of. I returned the vehicle 2 days late. They stayed open late so i could retrieve my reciept about 6:30 pm. They close at 6:00 pm but they went out of their way to take care of me and two or three other people. I was worried about a review a lady left previously. But this team that is running the office as of 1-15-2020, is superb. I will go to them every time im in Houston. Thanks for the great professional treatment.

Certainly wouldn't be my first choice. Despite the fact that we reserved a vehicle 4 days in advance, they didn't have one ready for us. Even though there were numerous compact sedans (the model we have made the reservation for) in the lot, they offered a truck and am SUV. We had to fight to get a clean car that was smoke free! Should have been a10 minute task... took over an hour and half. Not the first time happening at Enterprise. Hope they change their business tactics to upsell products!

This place did not accomodate us! Our vehicle was stolen while staying in Houston with our major credit cards. They would not allow us to pay the fees with cash or our debit card. That was because we were from another state. So if you have bad luck while out of town and trying to get home you mind as well walk when dealing with enterprise. Would not recommend. Another company would accommodate our situation but we're limited on cars. Thank goodness for family.

My mom barely speaks english and Stephanie gave us excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable and guided her through the whole insurance process. We both left very happy and satisfied that we got exactly what we needed. Will definitely be coming back to see Stephanie and sending all our friends who need to rent a car her way as well, highly recommend this location!

Love love love this location. I have been renting from them for almost a year. They take care of me.. any complaints are handled promptly. I really like the manager Carl he is very polite.. and makes sure his customers are satisfied. I had to rent from another location off 59 once in a emergency situation and they were ok but could not compare to the treatment you get at this location. I will never rent anywhere else. This is my go to spot.

I went to pick up my rental car December 30 2022. Yana Macon was very helpful and great customer skills. She made me feel welcome. When I returned my rental car back. Jada M.was excellent as well making the process smooth with passion and let me know to come back. I will be back everytime. When I need to rental a car. I recommend anyone to come here to rent. I will give this place 10 star if I can

Overall experience is better than other locations, but these people sound rude when they pick up the phone. They were also talking negatively about other customers right in front of me when I was picking up the vehicle. Also, please check your tires when you pick up a vehicle. After our experience, I have to assume nobody actually checks the tires before handing it over to another customer.

It was my very first time trying Enterprise and I had such a great experience with this location!! Everyone there was very nice, friendly, explained things thoroughly & accommodating. I loved learning that they will pick you up & take you back home when you drop the car off! Score!! That totally saves you on paying for an Uber drive! I will definitely choose them again in the future!

Everyone at this location were so courteous and made me feel welcomed while I waited to be assisted. This was my first time ever getting a rental and Alex Dyer made the process go by so smooth. There was a list of people waiting but they helped everyone out in a timely manner even handling multiple customers at one time. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends.

My agency reserved a standard car for me for 1.5 weeks with a pickup time of noon on July 5. I come by afternoon of July 5 and they tell me that despite my reservation that was made weeks ago, they already rented out their standard cars to other people and did not call me. They attempted to rent out a Ford truck at a rate 4x of my standard car. It seems, I dunno, unprofessional?

I had a catalytic Converter stolen from my rental and was devastated. They made me feel so calm and gave me no Hassel about bringing it in and getting another rental right away. They even gave me the same price as the car had before even though I had to use a bigger vehicle. They have no idea how appreciative I am for their understanding and great customer service. I rented a car for a couple weeks and when check the car it seen good and no damaged. While I driven heard a noise and notice the under engine cover and lower grille was damage. I returned the car and reported the damages. In couple weeks Enterprise filed a claim to my car insurance for $1700 for the damages. Very disappointed with this experience. See attached photos.

I promise South Loop freeway Houston, Texas Enterprise Car rental has the greatest employees and awesome customer service. Everytime I've rented a car, the services were magnificent and every staff are always eager to step up and help every customer who enter the doors of Enterprise. Excellent services. I received my transportation on time and returned it on time. The staff are well-informed and provides perfect instructions. They answered all of my questions and gave clear instructions and advice. I have insurance, but thought it would be wise to get additional. Its a good idea to ask about discounts and add a smile (it goes a long ways)

I went to rent a car today and was helped by a young named by the name of John. He helped me rent an affordable car for the next few days I will be in town. I went here straight from the airport and he made my transition into town very easy. I am so thankful to him. The ambiance was calm and inviting as well. Thank you John and Enterprise for setting me up!

Great service as always. Jose explained everything perfectly before I signed the contract. I was never in the dark and knew where I stood from the time I left in the car to the time I returned it. I even got drop home service, so they saved me a Lyft ride. One of the managers explained as long as you live within 10min drop off service is available.

The representative that assisted me was very pleasant and knew her job. I gave her a new name of Lil Bit and she just smiled. The driver who dropped me off, he was so mandible and delight to converse with. By the time he dropped me off we had, had church. The ending to a great weekend. I will use Enterprise again. Horrible experience. Wouldn't take my dad's credit card when my mom is obviously married to him, and her name is on other documents with his. Wouldn't take any other form of payment. Manager was course, unhelpful and straight up rude about it. Ended up leaving without renting anything. Never coming back to any Enterprise again.

Best location I have ever rented from. Tia and Leah where wonderful. thae made sure that I had the vehicle witch fits my needs. Jerne made sure that my rental was clean and safe. Even though it was 100 degrees they made sure i got my bags in my rental and that it was clean. Only location I will rent from!!!

Small with limited options. Most of the staff is fairly friendly and approachable. The vehicle I received wasn't clean. It smelled like a cigar lounge was hosted inside, and there's an unknown substance sticking to the light switches inside as well. Grateful for the rental, but won't be a return customer.

Sometimes things don't go as planned. Definitely my experience, but I am grateful to Anthony the assistant manager for making the best if things. He made sure I had reliable transportation and was very professional. My advice is to ask about fees an additional cost when making a reservation.

Really awesome & helpful! Chris & his team were really helpful in regards to getting me a rental even though I’m under 21 years old! Nothing like Hertz, Hertz has some terrible customer service nothing compared to Enterprise! Will come to this location if I ever needed a rental again!

This enterprise is a joke. Poor customer service. I walk in with an insurance rental and get told I don’t have a car. They don’t bother to assist with getting me a reservation elsewhere. Do not offer ride to another location with available car. You can’t give all ”people” a job

Staff were friendly and quickly got our rental car ready. However the womens bathroom floor was littered with wet, soggy toilet paper. Staff needs to ensure facilities are kept clean, especially for women because we literally have to expose half our bodies to use the restroom

The worse service , I got in to ask if they can explain why they over charge my credit card ! And while one person was trying to find out . I guess the manager just ask him to move to the next customer just because i was not there to rent a car again !

The people were nice, but the wait was unreasonable; specially after having been promised pickup and drop off quickly neither happened quickly at all. The car was fine even, clean ,worked, etc. Glad an insurance company was footing the bill not me.

Mr. Woodard, the assistant manager, more than understood the assignment of customer service. When I am on this side of Houston, I will always visit this location. They did not have an issue with picking me up, showing me the vehicle or anything.

They sent a shuttle to pick me up from the Collison center. Entire process was fast and seamless. I was able to get a decent rental under my insurance. Great customer service. Be sure to go early, make an appointment, and go on a weekday

They refused to help exchange my vehicle. The agent was very rude. They had plenty of vehicles to swap mine out. They were willing to ‘only’ fulfill a new reservation and would not modify an existing reservation.
