This location attempted to scam me by trying to pin damages on me we all know I did not cause. I believe they took advantage of me because I was flustered from my wreck and had my baby with me. If you google “Enterprise damage scams” you will see complaints upon complaints of situations similar to what I have experienced. The car they rented me was their last one that day and had over 30,000 miles. When I returned the car 2 weeks later unscratched I expected to drop the key off and walk away like I seen other customers do. I was surprised when an associate followed me back to the car for another walk through. While walking to the car the associate asked me was there any problems with the car and I said no. A minute later we get to the car and he walks to the front crouched down jiggles something and asks was “this” like this when I got the car. I looked and all the way at the bottom of the car near the ground the headlight was slightly sunk in. Very minor and not something a regular person would notice in a walk through. I knew I hadn’t hit scraped or bumped anything with the car and there was literally not one scrape, crack, bump, dent etc. anywhere. So how could I have caused the headlight to sink in just a little without hitting something? I’m tried explaining this to the manager and she said that there was no record of damages and that she would have noticed it in a walk through and not rented it because it’s a “hazard”. This was simply untrue because during the walk through we did it together and neither her or I looked all the way at the bottom where the headlight was. And even if we did the headlight was so minor you wouldn’t see it unless you were expecting it. A week or so after the return I received a letter in the mail for the damage with a form to fill out my auto insurance information so they could get the $500 deductible. No supporting documents of the estimate repair cost, photos, nothing. They just expected me to submit my insurance information to collect money for damage this location know I didn’t cause. My guess was that one of their people damaged it or it got damaged by another customer and they didn’t realize it until later, and they decided to target me because I was military and had USAA and was flustered from my wreck and wouldn’t notice something that low to the ground that was amiss. I emailed them asking for a list of specific supporting documents so I could dispute the claim and I emend received a response from them. Luckily there’s a happy ending. I reached out to Enterprise’s Facebook page and immediately got a response where they forwarded my complaint to the regional office and I got a call that they dropped the case. That was awesome of them and I will continue to rent from Enterprise but I will never rent from this location or recommend this location to anyone else. In the future I will always take plenty of photos or a slow video of the entire car top and bottom and I suggest you do the same no matter where you rent so you avoid any situations such as this.
Terrible! The day before I needed the vehicle I called the location to make sure there was a suitable vehicle available. I spoke with the manager Lauren who assured me they could accomodate my request and would have the vehicle ready. The following day I was picked up in a vehicle that reeked of cigarette smoke. When we arrived to the rental location the employee advised me that this would be the vehicle they would be giving me. I let the employee know that it was not acceptable as it smelled of smoke and also was not the vehicle they had promised to have ready. When we went inside the manager stated that they were not able to get the vehicle promised the day before and they would look for another vehicle for me. After waiting about 20 min., I let the manager know I could wait no longer and asked to have them drop me off at my office and bring a car by later. I made several calls to the office to find out when they would be by with a vehicle. On the second call I was informed they had located a vehicle and would get it cleaned up and delivered. Just a few minutes after that call I received a call back stating that vehicle was on a mandatory recall and they could not bring it. Through my frustration I advised the manager to just find a car and bring it to me as quickly as possible. After several hours and multiple calls from me to their office, another vehicle was delivered to my office. We did the walk around, the Enterprise rep left and I went back inside my office. When I finally left and got into the rental, it smelled of smoke.. Now having the second vehicle with the same problem as the first, I was starting to get upset. I drove the car back to the Enterprise rental office and told them I needed to get another vehicle. After giving me the reasons why they did not have any cars, they finally gave me a vehicle that was acceptable. During this process I found out that the vehicle which was supposed to be waiting for me when I arrived was rented out to someone else. The manager marked the gas tank as empty despite it having a full tank and said that was to make up for the inconvenience. While it was an effort to appease me, it was a poor one at that. I spent most of my day dealing with trying to get a vehicle from a company that all they do is rent vehicles. This operation is very disorganized and severely lacking in customer service skills. The manager Lauren really seems to lack the ability to manage the location.
Outstanding service and it's all because of the great customer experience I received from Christine Mann. Usually I get my rental cars from a different company because I previously had a bad experience at Enterprise. I think that the experience I had today definitely superceded the bad brand image I had for this company. Christine was courteous and personable with a dash of caring. She showed a true understanding of how to treat a customer and at the same time make me knowledgeable about my options. This is the type of personable and professional experience that should Echo in every Enterprise franchise across the country. Thank you Enterprise for a smart choice in hiring and I hope that you appreciate the valuable asset you have in your company.
AC on my car died and courtesy of our warranty a rental was provided. Picked one up from Enterprise and could not have been happier. Travel often and use rentals frequently and without question this was the best experience I have had by far. The Branch Manager Andre S. was brilliant to work with and thanks to his customer service skills this location will be my #1 "Go To" for any future rentals. Seriously Mate it was a pleasure chatting with you. Was litterally discussing Building Brand Loyalty the day before at work and you are the perfect real life example of how to not only build it but keep it.
Worst customer service ever. My husband had to get a rental because of the poor customer service from Northside Ford service department the day before the whole city shut down due to the winter storm so there was no way to return the car until Enterprise reopened and they had the audacity to charge us for xtra days. You tell me are how do you take something back when the place is not open for business. Will never use Enterprise again. So if you need a rental car I would highly recommend you look somewhere else.
First their employee did not tell me I had to go in to remove their damage waiver after telling me I could have the waiver for only a few days... then they said they called me and the didn’t even told them I’ll show you my phone history the manager Courtney said that they did and there was nothing he could do... wouldn’t even work with me and billed me for a full 14 days worth of waiver... believed his employee over the customer and didn’t even try to help. Don’t rent from this location
The “Branch Manager” Kourt’ney Payne (which is guy) is very disrespectful and very very unprofessional. <— I can’t stress that enough. & Clearly being a manager of a rental car business has given him the impression to take power trips on their customers. I did not Appreciate the rude phone call I received from him nor his disrespect. Regardless he had no clue what was going on... and has no clue how to do his job. Stay away from this location...
Been helped here twice while getting my Ford repaired under warranty. Samantha is so helpful and friendly! As is everyone here but Samantha is the one who has helped me both times. My mom is undergoing chemotherapy and when we drive home she gets excessive nausea if we are in a small car. Samantha understood this and helped me into a bigger car so she'd be comfortable. Hopefully you read these because Sam you ROCK!!!
After attempting to rent a vehicle at another Enterprise location I was directed to this location. Both of the staff members I dealt with were being inundated with requests in the middle of a thunderstorm but still treated me with the upmost professionalism and accommodated my reservatio from the other location. This location is an example of why I keep renting from Enterprise.
If I could give it a zero I would enterprise has become the worst place to rent a vehicle they make reservations and when you get there they have no vehicles twice they have done this why don't they give a refund to me for the Uber expenses I wasted oh no they don't worst place beware don't rent from enterprise they won't lift a finger to help but they will give you the finger
Horrible customer service! No one seems to know what’s going with charges I still have from 3 months ago! I’ve spoken to several people all have communicated with me that I would receive a refund and nada! I even escalated the issue with my bank and nothings been done! Justin is the manager but somehow never around to address any issues! Stay away from this place!
I was unable to rent a car through any other location because of my credentials. This location did everything they could to got me into a rental. Not once but twice in one week! They saved me a lot of stress and stopped me from worrying about needing a ride everywhere. Thank you so much for all yalls hard work! I recommend everyone to go to this location.
Overall, decent experience. When returning the car the 2 gentlemen working never got up from their desk. Told us from across the counter to drop keys in box and email would be sent to us. Not a good policy-they didn’t bother to go look at the car and close out our ticket. Not the customer service we’ve experienced in the past.
Rented a van for 5 days which costed 668 dollars after the 200 deposit which would be returned into your bank account after 48 hours upon return of the van it’s been a week and I have yet to see the 200 dollars. I returned the van with no damage and more gas than when I left yet I still have not received my deposit back.
If I could give 0 starts I would. Don’t take me security deposit tell me I will get it back and then argued with me and fought me about taking it and refuses to give it back! I will never rent a vehicle from them again! I truly hope enterprise goes out of business! Would be better off in the world than getting scammed!!
Expect to wait well past your appointment time while the one technician paid to work this location tries to handle a work load that would keep three technicians busy. The employee is friendly, but Enterprise needs to realize that customers are paying for a service and time is money. Hire more people!
The rental car had soiled / stained seats, expired out-of-state registration, and the MyKey (Ford) feature was activated limiting the speed to 80mph and the sound to 1/2 of the max output on the stereo. Waited 20+ mins to return the car. Friendly service otherwise, but overall a poor experience.
Big hassle compared with my normal rental experience at Hertz. It took more than 30 minutes to get the car. It didn't matter that I had reserved ahead of time and had joined the Enterprise Plus club. Next time I will walk a few blocks up and rent from Hertz.
Nice ladies that work there. Helpful. Courteous. Informative. They really know there stuff. They were open on Sunday which was great for me since my drop off time was right after work. Fixed an issue I had quickly. Asked if I needed a ride home. Great place.
Enterprise Tienen un pésimo servicio y siempre quieren cobrar de más a los clientes, aun no entiendo porque las aseguradoras utilizan esta compañía para el servicio de renta si es caro y pésimo… no recomiendo utilizar esta compañía de renta…
These guys were awesome! our rental car at the airport fell through with another rental agency, but these guys were willing to come get us and the price was even less. Excellent service and hugely convenient.
The location at 12300 San Pedro Avenue in San Antonio Texas is pretty good. The representative Richard is very helpful and courteous. Going to be my favorite location to go back to in the future
Tyler was friendly, helpful, and eager to get me taken care of. He was busy, but still took the time to answer all of my questions and make the process as simple and transparent as possible.
This was one of those insurance situations when I needed a car. They are awesome, very friendly, happy to help and kept it moving so I did not have to wait very long. Thanks, Marvin
Absolutely helpful! They made absolutely sure that we were able to get to where we needed to go. They stayed an hour last their closing time to get me to my destination.
Stopped by the Ford dealer to have the check engine light checked. Two weeks just to look at it. I need my car and don't have two weeks to leave a car.
Excellent airport service. Tyler runs a great business and puts his customers first. Picked us up and dropped us back at SAT. Great work sir!
They took awhile because they got slammed. But were very nice, accommodating, friendly and provided great customer service. Great job!
Story and Marcus were great! Very friendly and professional. Great customer service and made everything quick n easy. Thank you
Outstanding help and service. Stephanie is excellent at her job and goes way above the bar for great customer service.
Fast and quick service with no problems. Staff was nice and friendly would definitely rent from them again
The team here was great. Stephanie was a big help and went above and beyond for me. Thanks y'all!
The agents were all very nice. But in my experience the whole process took too long.
Although they were closed when arrived, they stayed late to get me taken care of!
charging 700 dollars for 8 days rental is awful! We will never use you again.
Great customer service and really quick about getting you on the road.
Even though had reservation, still waited 45min for car to be cleaned.
Good service, decent price on rental that we found through a coupon.
