We've rented cargo van's from this location to transport fresh flower for Events, apart from the first time picked up a van from this location, each experience has been a complete disappointment. As one could expect the type of vehicle we reserve is selected for it's size and ability to transport perishable large living floral installations, the pick-up day and time is very important as our delivery schedules are fast paced within strict timelines. Each time we reserved a van we did so several weeks in advance, we also called to confirm our reservation at time of reservation as well as a week prior to pick-up and even the day of. We described our reasoning for renting the van and were reassured it would be reserved for our event deliveries. Despite being reassured several times by the employee's that our cargo van would be there and be ready for pickup at our specified time, the last two times we arrived for pickup the Cargo Van was not only not on site, they had no idea where it was, the woman helping us even said " Does anyone know where the keys are?" The first time this happened we received the cargo van 4-5 hours later, they were kind enough to deliver it to our Studio, but unfortunately we lost 4 hours in our production and delivery schedule. Following this unfortunate experience we were reassured they would take good care of us for our next rental now that they had a clear understanding of our needs. Which leads us now to our third pick-up, confirmed twice via phone, including day-of for pick-up (we confirmed we would arrive early to collect the van, they said no problem it would be ready). When we arrived the van was not on site and nowhere to be found. This was so incredibly frustrating and confusing after speaking to them two hours prior to confirm it was there. In this instance the van was in Airdrie, and they asked if we would like to go collect it from there.... or wait 40 minutes (which was actually more than an hour) for them to bring it down to us at that location. Either way we again loose precious time and the stress added to our delivery schedule from this unexpected and seemingly very avoidable situation was infuriating. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location, nor enterprise at this point for renting vehicles of any kind, especially if you are under strict time constraints or require any level of professionalism or competency from the Staff.

It has been a pleasure dealing with the Country Hills NE. Calgary & Edmonton Trail NE. Calgary locations. Kevin, Riley and Sabrina between both locations were exceptionally helpful, patient and polite. I am a senior in my seventies and this type of service is very much appreciated and something I look to when dealing with people. Obviously, Sabrina, Riley and Kevin all understand very well the meaning of customer service and it's value in a company like Enterprise. Folks like these should be acknowledged and recognized for the value they bring to the organization in goodwill, as well as financial. It appears as though both locations are under the same management where the value put on customer service has a high priority. The training and service provided to and demonstrated by these folks, surely reflects very well on the management. Their courtesy, professionalism, patience and friendliness are exceptional. Most people may not realize all the cleaning and sanitization that goes on behind the scenes and should be appreciated by customers that may not be aware that between rentals, these young folks must do all that with a smile, before the car is rented out again. They didn’t have to accommodate my request for a change of vehicle while mine was in the repair facility (I didn’t like the vehicle I had and it was too low for me). Sabrina, Riley and Kevin, did everything that they could to find me another vehicle. Enterprise Management, Please convey my appreciation and thanks to these folks. Keep up the great job! Thank you for making my rental experience a very positive and pleasant one. UPDATE: At the end of my rental period, the service for checking the vehicle back in was as smooth, fast and as pleasant as it was at the beginning of the rental period. Thanks Riley, Kevin & Sabrina for a great experience.

We had a fantastic experience renting from this Enterprise location. We decided to save some money by renting here rather than from the airport. We were staying overnight at a hotel near the airport and a taxi from our hotel to the Enterprise on Edmonton Trail was about $15 I believe. When we arrived, we were greeted in a very friendly way, told that we had been upgraded to a premium car - a Nissan Maxima, and were even given a list of sights and attractions they recommended. We were also told that they didn't particularly care about minor damage like small scratches on the car, only larger damage. That was a relief since we have had a few bad experiences with other rental car agencies where we were charged for damage that wasn't our doing and we are therefore always a bit nervous with rental cars. On the way to pick up the car, we realized that we had left our GPS at home and were telling ourselves that we wouldn't really need it since we would mostly be driving on Hwy 1 but it turned out that the car had built in GPS! Yay! The car was very comfortable, had all the bells and whistles and was quite fuel efficient. We were very happy with it since we did a fair bit of driving over our holiday. When we returned the car, again the customer service was genuinely friendly and they offered to drive us to the airport to save us the cost of a taxi. This is honestly the best experience we have ever had with any rental car company. They really went above and beyond and I feel like we got amazing value a this Enterprise location. When we return to the area we will definitely be renting from them again.

I was charged $300 to my credit card from Enterprise today for the rental, don't see what the point is in charging me for the rental of the car, my insurance company is paying for this which normally happens at the end of the rental. I have $2,500 maximum for the rental in 4,000 km limit. I'm only at 1800 km and I'm not even halfway through the rental, I don't think this is right. I wasn't given a phone call. I also went over my limit because I didn't receive a phone call so I could move money around. I am very dissatisfied with this location. I would NEVER rent a rental car here ever again Even if it's FREE and set up through my insurance company. I don't think Enterprise is so hard up for money like a blue color worker that works 6 days a week to provide food for his family and kids. Now I'm out 300 on my credit card which was for groceries. Thanks Enterprise. You'll be hearing from me Monday morning seeing how you're not open on Sundays, and I'll also be coming in and asking to talk to a manager.

Pro: I rented a car from this place during the whole week of the Canada Day. They didn't have the car that I needed. But they gave me a car that was a little upgrade. The car ran fine during the whole trip and the return was pretty easy as well. Con: 1. The representative while renting the car was from a different location and was in a super rush. So much so that he was very pushy about passing any car just to get done and move on to the next customer. 2. The car that I received was not cleaned properly and was dirty from many places as well as it had a sweaty smell. 3. Lastly, I forgot my phone in the car and I remember this correctly that I put it in the center arm rest box. But the communication from this location is non existent. I called three times already and no one seems to care. Everytime I keep hearing that they will call me back but no one does. The last guy that I spoke with just simply said they don't have it and then said their cleaner is on vacation and they will ask him once he comes back. I am pretty sure I am never getting my phone back. Due to all of these reasons I believe 2 stars is justified. Update: They did send the items back. So updating it to 4 stars.

Do not rent from this Enterprise. When we picked up our vehicle, the employee who went over the inspection with us asked a number of unusual questions about what insurance our credit card provides, the deductible, and how high the limit is. This seemed strange but we didn't think too much of it. That is, until we returned the vehicle. We returned the car in perfect condition with no damage, however the agency claimed over $800 in damages. So far they are persisting in this claim even though they have not been able to provide any time-stamped photos verifying the claimed damage. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ENTERPRISE! Their attempt to commit insurance fraud is completely unacceptable. UPDATE: January 2020 As you can see, Enterprise responded to my review asking me to contact their customer service, which I did. Their response from Dec 1, 2019 is: "We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused and we will ensure to get this in the right direction for proper assistance. I have engaged the regional management team at Calgary and they will contact you as soon as they can." A month later and there's still no follow-up.

This was my third time renting a vehicle from this location. I got a compact vehicle with the understanding that it is a smaller vehicle that wouldn't have the capability of something larger. With that being said, I was still expecting to get a reliable vehicle that can stand albertas winter roads. The drive on these roads - both highway and residential streets was nothing less than horrid. The tires are not meant for winter driving, even though the manager says otherwise. On top of that the windshield washer fluid was not topped up and I ran out making visibility awful. When I returned the car, I spoke to the manager and expressed my concerns. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience I had, he made excuses to defend him and Enterprise. He made it out to be my fault because I got a compact car. Even though they refunded me the cost of the rental, The customer service I received was awful and not even an apology was given. 2/3 times I have rented from this location there has been nothing but hassle and no sympathy from the staff themselves.

The staff was very nice and the pickup process was very quick. I did not return to this location so I did not have to deal with return. My only comments are that they really push you into purchasing the full coverage by telling half-truths. I mentioned I was going into Banff and they said that people have had their cars attached by animals or that it does hail a lot and what I would be responsible if I didn’t have in insurance. Shame on me for not researching but I am sure everything they said was true to a point. For the time period and locations I traveled the chances of either those were highly unlikely. I am usually very good at declining stuff I don’t need but I knew we were going hiking and wasn’t sure about the weather (hail) or chances of seeing animals. Please do your research on where you are traveling too. Besides that I thought the staff was nice and helpful.

The service here was amazing when I picked up the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was given a vehicle that was a dollar or two more than my insurance allowed per day. Because of this, I was overcharged at the branch I dropped the vehicle off at (Crowfoot). I was told I would be sent a cheque for the $60.00 I was owed. After not receiving it, I initially called this location and was told to call the other location. It's been months, multiple phone calls, and I've yet to receive the $60.00. This situation could have been easily avoided had I been given a car that matched my insurances allowance. I signed a form stating that had I dropped the vehicle off when I was supposed to, I would not be charged. Needless to say I will not be using Enterprise for rentals again.

they called me to arrange a pick-up. then they didn't show up. then they said it was because I never called after work, but they called me after work to arrange the pickup time. Why do I need to call if I already talked to an employee there ??? They also told me that i had to return the car on a certain day (insurance was only covering me for that period). The date they told me to return was wrong and then they said they never told me that date. the last thing is they did was tell me i was going to get my deposit after 2 business days. its been 2 weeks and im still waiting. very poor communication. they like to blame the customer for their mistakes. GO TO DISCOUNT, I got way better service over there

The staff at the enterprise at McKnight blvd and Edmonton trail were outstanding. They went out of their way to accommodate my mother , a senior, and make sure she was comfortable with the rental. They checked in. And followed up the concerns she voiced. They were flexible and very helpful and understanding with my anxious mother and helped make the whole process including the insurance coverage portion very smooth. It was a rental partly covered by insurance after an accident and they were great at helping her feel settled after the experience. We are very grateful for the wonderful customer service and positivity everyone there expresses in every interaction we had with them. Thank you

My cousin who lives in the area rented a van for 3 days that we will use for us to take around Calgary as we are from Vancouver, though it was a last minute decision to rent, this branch gave my cousin a Dodge Caravan 2020 in not good condition like, cracked on the front windshield, one side door is not closing, issue with the engine like it jerks when you speed up above 100kms and so dangerous when you are in the highway and to say the list it was so dirty inside and out when it the vehicle released to them. This vehicle conditions should’nt rented to a customer when you are paying for the price that need to be worth it or atleast they should refund some money for inconveniences.

Technically my autobody shop picked Enterprise on my behalf, but I'm glad they did. They swooped in and picked me up from the shop, and when I returned the car, they had me back over within minutes. Everyone was friendly, and checked up to see how the car was working for me. I phoned in to see if I'd need to gas up the car as I didn't have a full tank when I picked it up, and drove less than 60 KM. I was told not to worry. I was told that I would owe, but after I mentioned that I was told not worry, I no longer had worries. They cleared it up, and I appreciate their help because I've an autobody bill to cover. Thanks everyone!!

There was a very aggressive young woman chewing out a young man who had over-booked a client or rental…. She proceeded to tell him how inappropriate it was and even though the young employee had done this in error, the female employee would not let it go. The young man apologized but the young woman wanted to let everyone in the office know he’d made an error (it’s tough to be human!) and simply snarled on. The result: I was totally uncomfortable and the young man who eventually drove me back to my car was delightful. Some people like this young female agent would rather BE right than DO right.! A very uncomfortable scenario!!!

CHECK THE CAR THOROUGHLY. WOULD NOT RENT FROM HERE AGAIN. Rented a car from here for a trip to the mountains. We noticed an issue with the car at the first stop less than 30 min after driving off the lot that was missed on the initial inspection. We immediately called the rental office to notify them the representative informed us this wasn't an issue, to not worry about it, and continue on with our trip. Dropped the vehicle off after hours using the key return. Then found my damage deposit had been taken out a few days later with no details and had to go through a lengthy insurance claim process.

After looking and looking, I end up going to Enterprise all the time, so I've stopped comparing rental agencies and go directly to Enterprise. Beyond the rates and conditions, there is a service ethic and trying to help and give as much as they can give. The process is electronic and streamlined. When renting cars, there's bound to be problems from time to time, no matter what. The big question is how easy it is going to be to solve it, and how fair it is going to be for the customer, and this is one very important area Enterprise have proven themselves to me.

Enterprise Calgary North Central was fantastic from start to finish. I rented a vehicle from them while mine was in the body shop. They were prompt with picking me up and dropping me off at my shop. Everyone I dealt with there was very friendly and welcoming. When dropping my car off, they asked how my experience was and if there was anything they could do differently, which is great to see a company asking that in person before a client leaves. 5 starts all around. I would definitely rent from them again, and I live on the complete opposite side of the city.

Horrible service manager is the worst iv ever had to deal with. still waiting on my 200 dollars they owe me they said it would show up in the mail. Don’t bother reserving a car cause the manager will just give it away to his friends (I watched it happen infront of my eyes ) corrupted place I would stay away. Also take picture of the vehicle before you take it as they had tried to say It had hail damage made me wait a hour and a half for a secondary inspection witch turned out there was non. Good thing I had picture prof of when I originally took the car.

This shop understands service! I was greeted at the door, treated with not just courtesy but with respect and my questions were answered by someone who was a trainee but still had the answers. Special mentions to Jake, who checked me in and out, and Mohammed, who greeted everyone with a genuine smile. The tone of the office was professional and friendly, my vehicle was clean and exactly what I ordered and I would recommend this Enterprise shop to anyone who was looking. Great job to all of you because this type of service and atmosphere takes everyone!

I rented a 2020 F-150 from the enterprise at McKnight blvd and Edmonton trail, the car was remarkably clean inside and out. Picking up the truck, doing the walk through inspection and signing off from Ayo was extremely fast and easy took less than 10 minutes. Dropping it off with Harris was a breeze, took just 5 minutes and no hidden fees or charges and my security deposit got released almost immediately after i returned the car. It was an amazing experience as i usually don't get this kind of service at car rentals. Great Service! Super efficient!

We planned a trip to the Rockies for 8 people and booked a Premium SUV well in advance hoping to have a single car to transport the group and all our stuff. We were a bit worried when we learned that this wasn't possible (in part because of limited inventory due to seasonal demand) but the staff were very understanding and accommodating of what we needed. We ended up renting 2 cars but were kindly offered a few concessions which helped keep costs down. Got a really good impression from the whole team and appreciated all their help. Thanks, guys!

Under new management and it seems that they don't need to value their customers. Phoned three times to rent a car from this location and they put me off every time (never recieved a call back from Greg the manager). I have rented cars from Enterprise for 30 years both personally and through business and I have never receive such horrible service and disrespect as I have recently at this location. Do not use this location (Calgary Edmonton Trail NW). I phoned *National Car Rental* at the airport and they were more than happy to have my business.

If I could put a minus on here I would. They rented a car to my wife and ripped her off for $900.00 . They kept taking money from her credit card without authorization. I find it absolutely disgraceful that a business feels that it is ok to function this way. It is appalling while in this time of crises that they are taking advantage of and stealing from innocent people. They will be reported to the authorities, the better business bureau and the news. It will be an honor to make sure that people no longer feel safe to rent a car from them.

My rental car locked me out when I ran back to my house to grab something. My keys.. everything stuck inside the car. Called Enterprise and the guy took my number told me he'd figure something out. Never got a call back and then he left 30 mins later because they closed and left me hanging. It's -25 outside and my keys are stuck in my car. Been waiting over an hr for a call back and nothing. Thank you whomever you were that just clocked out and left someone waiting. I'll now have to pay for someone to come unlock for me after 2 hrs.

My insurance company uses Enterprise when work needs to be done on my vehicle in the shop. It was nice to not have to figure that out. They picked me up at the autobody shop and dropped me off again (in the rental so I didn't need to move my things!). The wait was a bit long to get the car in the beginning - that was really the only downside. They had told me 5 mins, and it ended up being around 20 mins or so. And the inspection prior to renting was very fast, and I would have liked to be able to be a bit more thorough on it.

Great experience with Enterprise! We got a Volkswagen Passat, which had ample boot space for our 2 large and 2 small luggages. We were assisted by Riley, who was the first person we spoke with in Calgary. He was friendly and gave us instructions on how to operate the car, navigate around Calgary, and how to activate roadside assistance if needed. He even told us where to go around Calgary! We had a great experience with the car, which served us well in cold weather. We would highly recommend North Edmonton Trail Enterprise.

I specifically want to highlight the amazing job that Riley Henderson did while helping me organize three separate, and complicated car rentals over the two week period. Almost one month leading up to my trip, he spent time with me over the phone on multiple occasions helping me find the best combination of vehicles to accommodate my large group. Once I arrived in Calgary, Riley’s team (David, Sai, Muskaan) helped take over and made sure that everything we had discussed leading up to the trip was perfectly executed.

** Problem was fixed fairly quick. It was a system issue. While still frustrating, I appreciate the efforts to fix it. I rented a car for 18 days , while the rental and customer service was great, they keep taking unauthorized payments off my visa after I returned the car. I returned the car 2 weeks ago and STILL having money taken off my VISA. I have called 3 times about this matter and every time it is " yup for sure well get it fixed!" - refunds me and charges me a few days later. This is ridiculous.

It was very nice and my appreciation for the staff and car rental service that day. I traveled roughly in the raining day from Red Deer to get the car at ENTERPRISE Calgary and it’s almost the last minute ,I realised that should give a call to be there .I would definitely say thank you very much for greeting me very well and being familiar explanation through the voice mail after I have dropped off the car . 1,000 ++++like.The other thing the car was so GREAT ,reliable and very safety.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Just came from their branch to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately, my credit card just short of $60 to which I am offering to cover it by using debit card, cash or the credit card of my spouse. The guy who assisted me in the counter was okay , however, his lady "boss" was not very helpful, flexible and no customer service existent. She make me feel she has a "preference!' unlike my first experience last year where I was accommodated with the same situation.

Hopefully I got the correct location. I made a reservation here and I believe a gentleman named Joshua called me and notified me that they might not have the car I reserved and suggested he could get me another class. However I do prefer Luxury vehicles and he found me one in another location and booked it for me. I thought this was amazing customer service. Instead of me just showing up and not receiving my luxury car and getting another class instead. I think he did a great job.

I was switched to this location after having a reservation at Royal oak because of the proximity to the body shop I was using. They said to come back the next week because of the availability of cars was limited and I was stuck with a vehicle that was totally different from what was originally set up on the phone. Came back the next week to switch cars and they still had nothing available. They said all this cars are damaged and could only offer similar sized cars.

Great Service!! Diego went out of his way to pick us up at the hotel by the airport in the pickup we were renting for the week. We had lots of ski equipment and luggage so very convenient. When we brought truck back at closing time they secured a van to take us back to the hotel. Diego was very easy to deal with and responsive to my questions and checking out the truck on pickup. I will use Enterprise again. Especially the Edmonton Trail Branch in Calgary.

They're great! I'm a super paranoid (especially after watching all those documentaries on extra fees and ways they steal your money at car rental companies), but everything went as expected. I inspected and received the car and was ready to leave in under 10 min! It was cleaned and wiped and super stoked to take the Mazda6 for a weekend. And when I returned it, I was charged what they had promised in their quote - no extra fees or add-ons. Great stuff :)

Had to rent a car due to a car accident and the team at enterprise were absolutely amazing! I have worked for customer service for many years and the team behind the counter at enterprise definitely exceeded my expectation.Very understanding of my situation, they made sure to be thorough with the processing portion, they were very professional and kind throughout the process. Would highly recommend them as they make the process easy and smooth.

Waiting for more than an hour to rent a vehicle that was booked for a friend. They are obviously short staffed and have to do the paperwork outside the office due to Covid. The vehicle is not clean and has just been taken for cleaning. I know the staff are trying to do their best. It would be useful to give customers who book vehicles a window of time to pick it up, rather than make them wait outside for more than an hour on a cold day.

Not sure why should I give them five I would give half star .. one of the staff I dealt with all the time - Della or something is never smiling . I got the vehicle with lots of smell . I came to switch and without checking she says no - we have no options. Why you guys make like you are doing a favour - I am already in trouble as my car got hit and insurance is paying full . Why it’s so hard to be kind and atleast serve nicely .

The guys at this location were super friendly and accommodating. I saw staff frequently sanitizing surfaces and their hands, I felt super safe conducting business in the store. The employee who did the inspection noted damage that I know other locations would have skipped. He noticed and pointed it out on his own. We've had lots of instances at other companies where we were the ones to notice and insist small damages be marked.

Made reservation for an SUV, luckily called them before pick-up, just to find out that car I’ve reserved is something that they can’t even provide! What’s the point of reservation? Book and plan for family size SUV but pick up a small sedan for the same price! Thank you for ruining the whole family trip! Awesome! Would really appreciate if you don’t lie to your customers next time and actually provide a car they’ve reserve.

Seriously the worst experience, needed a car rental called and talked to customer service arranged the pick up. Specifically asked to be able to pay in full rental cost and deposit. Was told this is fine. Go to pick up the rental nope can't do that. So now I have no rental car. Good job, enterprise, good job. Called back customer service and guess what they said? You for sure can pay with your bank card not a problem.

Exceptional service by Manager Michael Campanaro at Edmonton Trail NE, very customer centric, swift and showed professionalism, I had a slight issue, within seconds it was corrected by Michael, wanted the car for a few days, the quality of the service by Michael made me increase my rental to 2 weeks immediately just by quality of excellent service provided by the manager Michael. Outstanding, would highly recommend.

My insurance rented a car for me after an accident and these guys upgraded me to a $50,000 car to use for the week. It was beautiful with leather trim and double sunroof. They were extremely polite and friendly. As well, they only charge .85 per litre if you pay for gas in advance so there was no need to fiddle with extra charges or gouging on gas. I would definitely recommend them. Flawless customer service!

Worst branch ever! Called them 5 times to let them know I am running late, they don't pick up the phone even after being on hold for over an hour. And when I showed up the manager (Matt) said they gave the car away! The manager has zero experience in customer service, no wonder the branch is a mess! Other branches in the area have much better customer service. Go to Airdrie branch for better experience

This car rental is the worst. Imagine they will give you a garbage car which the dashboard, back up camera and heater is not working. Then you will change your car they gave you another worst car which is freaking stinky. So don't go on this location and the service is not good specially the lady who works there,she will give you a stinky car. I always renting cars but this is the worst worst worst....

There was a discrepancy regarding the rental car charge and the woman who processed us said nothing could be done. I have rented from Enterprise multiple times in the past, but after that encounter I was angry and vowed never to use Enterprise again. However, Dylan, restored my faith. He was very helpful even though he was busy. He fixed the charge easily. He provided excellent customer service.

I was in an accident on Christmas day 2021 ( not my fault) and needed a rental to drive. They didn't have anything for me until January 10. That was pretty disappointing . The guys at enterprise Edmonton trail got me into something as soon as they could. I dealt with Ray and Adrian who were very helpful and professional. I was exceptionally impressed with the professionalism provided by the manager of this branch and how cool he reacted under pressure. My insurance company booked my rental through the wrong office and the manager simply started a new file made arrangements for a pick-up of a vehicle that met my requirements and made it happen. The insurance company rented a car for me from them due to an accident. The customer service was nice and Ali gave me a ride back to the shop after returning the car. They could be busy over the weekend and early during the week. They couldn't get me an SUV at the beginning but are willing to exchange when they have more cars return, but the sedan was good so I kept it.

A truck was booked/reserved for me at this location through insurance. When I got there, they had given it to someone else and told me I had to wait 3 weeks till they can get me another truck. Then they told me I had to phone around the city and literally figure it out for myself. You guys needs to communicate with your clients before you make decisions on their behalf.

I have used a lot of rental companies and even the ones from enterprise other locations however this one is one of the best ones I have used. We rented 2 vehicles in this month and both times the service quality was exceptional. The staff is courteous and they explain you in debt on what the rental services cover. I will defiantly be using them again!!

I was not kept waiting long,approx 10 minutes,Enterprise sent a courtesy car to pick me up at an auto body shop,within 30 minutes i was behind the wheel of my rental car! The car gave me no problems whatsoever and it was clean,inside and outside. The staff where professional and polite throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff is very friendly and professional: good training. Of course, they offer you adds-on, but without misleading aggressive sales tactics, like in some other rental locations. Car pick-up and return took minimal time. We were given a clean new car (350 kilometers old!). We wish all ours rental experiences went as smoothly as here!

When I reached the location for pickup they told me, we do not have any car available for you. Guy Standing in front of me had no reservation and still got a rental car. 3 day trip all ruined due to these guys.

Check in and check out was smooth. They were able to upgrade me to a nicer vehicle with next to no cost. Great location if you are staying close to the airport area. If I'm not mistaken I think they said that if I drop off my vehicle at the airport instead of at this location it would cost an additional $200 though.. so

Meh experience. Rent from here several times in the past, today I was told I needed a valid card for rental. Makes sense, just annoyed I walked all the way over. I'm now going to uhaul who doesn't care and that I virtually never rent off.
