I am somewhat discouraged about the lack of consistency in info provided by this car rental office. In my case, my car was in body shop and the estimate was it would take up to 2 weeks to repair. When I spoke to car rental agent on June 6th at time of car pickup, he assured me I could rent equivalent car, how they offer better rates to insurance claimants, that I had lots of room for car rental max at $1500. When i called a few days ago agent informed me I would reach max today or tomorrow was at $1300 (15 days at $49 daily rate). He said not to worry they could work something out with insurance for an extension of car rental at no cost to me. That the system will automatically alert the car rental branch when I reach maximum and they automatically contact Insurance. Today i contacted your car rental branch again and was told by a woman that they do not yet have confirmation from insurance company to cover cost of car, that I should contact Insurance to confirm if they will cover over $1500 charges for car rental in case my car is not ready. At the time I don't recall asking what the daily rate was, only that it was a discounted and i a covered for about a month. So this was all a surprise to me and very upsetting. I just contacted my insurance company who confirmed with car body shop that it will be another 10 days until my car is ready (best estimate they are waiting for a part from USA). The insurance agent also contacted Enterprise head office and they did receive a FAX from insurance company that car rental is covered up to $1500 max, and the insurance adjustor told me she would FAX your branch to make sure you have the approval. As a surprise to me the insurance agent said Enterprise head office advised that I am good with the Mazda 5 until July 1st. So not sure where the $$$ came from your office that I would reach max in a few days. I am now going back to your rental office this afternoon to exchange for a smaller vehicle. This will be car #3 since picking up car rental on June 6th - started off with a RAV 4 and engine light was on so had to return it a few days later. I really like the Mazda 5, since i have a therapy dog and we visit hospitals most important I have a vehicle for comfort of my therapy dog. Now I have to move into a smaller car to make sure I am not out of pocket, in case the body shop doesn't have my car ready by end of month. I feel very upset at the lack of consistency of info provided, not to mention your agent implying I shouldn't worry that the insurance company usually negotiates an extension which is not at my cost, due to delays in repairs. At the very least I would ask that Enterprise allows me to keep the Mazda 5 at the reduced rate of a smaller car (eg, corolla, ford escape or Nissan centra) until my car is repaired/returned. I haven't driven a small car for over 20 years! My plan is to come in today to do the exchange and am hoping you are helpful in addressing this matter. Though the rating system doesn't allow fine resolution, I rate this branch at 4.5 stars, i.e., almost perfect. I have come to this location to deal with car accessories that had problems, e.g., broken ice scrapers, and the car was rented from another branch. There was one time when Enterprise requested that I swap a car that I had rented because a dealership had purchased the one that I was renting. This was the location that I had chosen to bring the car into for the swap due to its closeness and extended hours. Since there were issues with the original rented car (again, from another location), this location was requested to ensure that the issues did not recur with the replacement, and they did a bang up job. All the checks were done -- ice scrapers, cleaning, washer fluid. Why did I not give five stars? The only imperfection was when I encountered repeated computer warnings about low tire pressure. I'm one of these anal drivers that don't ignore warnings about ideal driving conditions for long, so I brought it in to the Alta Vista location. They did not have on hand the personnel familiar with the air pressure equipment. They did explain that the sensors were sometimes wrong. Since I came from a technical background, I had to assess the conflicting info from the car's computer versus the branch staff speculations, and I judged it worthwhile bringing it to the airport branch for checking. It turned out to be a non-problem, so the Alta Vista staff were right. But this is only something that can be concluded in hindsight. The real question in my mind is whether they should have staff available during their operational hours that can do something simple like check the tire pressure. After all, it is part of their process in transitioning cars from one renter to another. I don't believe that it is unreasonable to expect a full complement of standard skills to be available during operational hours, especially since they are routinely needed as part of their process. I just don't know how "normal" this is compared to other rental agencies. I am also cognizant of staffing challenges that businesses face after the new hike in provincial wage limits, though I don't know whether that factors into this situation. Finally, I should be clear that this minor imperfection is not a reflection on the staff, as it seems that they do what they can to optimize the car rental experience.

On June 1st 2019, I completed it a reservation online for a full-size car. Traveled to the location for the pick-up, Hannah (manager) offered me a mini-van instead of my full-size vehicle. I explained to the manager that the vehicle is for a wedding event, not only is way bigger than what was requested, I can't be driving a mini-van. I also mentioned that enterprise always mention that "they guarantee the size class of your reservation but NOT make and model" So, where's my full-size?!!!! I've asked for an explanation, she stated that she has no smaller vehicle available other than minivans, she also stated that if I don't go through with this reservation, she will just cancel it. I felt irritated, bullied not only about the message she delivered, but how she delivered the message. She was talking down to me. She had a condescending behavior. Anyways, I've decided to accept the minivan with assumptions that I might be able to traded-in at the airport. Unfortunately, the airport had no cars to trade it for. Came back to alta vista branch and returned it within the hour. While I was finalizing the return of the vehicle, I noticed an explorer that was park and was the keys were hanging on the "ready" rack. I asked Hannah, If I could get the explorer as it is smaller than a minivan. She answered " The SUV is reserved for a customer" again, with a condescending behavior. Didn't argue. She offered to not charge me for the 1-hour rental, and I went about my day. As a frequent renter of enterprise, I would STRONGLY suggest you to visit other locations before renting it from the Alta-vista branch. CUSTOMER SERVICE = 0

I usually rent from another location but had to go with this location due to availability. I rented a car for the Thanksgiving weekend on a Monday for a Friday pick-up. My reservation was made online and confirmed for Friday at 3 pm. The day of I called the location to state that I will be between 30-45 minutes late for my pick-up. I was told that this wouldn't be a problem, but upon my arrival there was no car available. There were others ahead of me that were also waiting and given the same response - no cars were available. I was told it was "first come, first served". This was baffling. Although the staff did everything to please the patient (and growing impatient) customers, I have to say that the approach of "first come, first served" is unreasonable. If a customer has booked a vehicle, then that vehicle should be accounted for and available in the lot for pick up for that customer. It took an additional 45 minutes to get on the road when I was assured it would take 10 minutes. It got to the point that I even asked for my car not to be cleaned so that I can get on the road. I was offered a pick-up truck that was ready to go, but that was over-kill. When I asked if Enterprise would pay for the gas for this vehicle, they said no. That's expected, but don't offer an alternative without offering compensation to equalize the original booking. I know it was a busy weekend, but if a car is reserved in advance then that car should be ready to go upon the customer's arrival - no more, no less.

I rented from this Enterprise recently, mostly based on how close they were and that their underage rate is the best. I reserved an intermediate sized car online a few days in advance. When I showed up, the first thing that was odd was that they were all on the phone, calling people to remind them that they had a car reserved for the following day. Strange, because I didn't receive such a call. After a few minutes someone came to help me. Not surprisingly they did not have any intermediates. I asked for something smaller, as I was not interested in anything bigger since I didn't want to pay for more gas. She had only bigger cars and recommended a small SUV (RVR) since the gas was "pretty much the same" as the intermediate (Ford Focus). Either way, I didn't want to drive a larger vehicle. Instead, they called up the location on Bank St. passed Hunt Club and found me an intermediate. I was driven there by a staff member, who was a really nice guy, but I still wasn't totally impressed that they didn't have a car ready to go. Additionally, I wasn't in a hurry but the process of going to pick up the car took over half hour, which again wasn't so great. I did mention this when they asked how the customer service was upon returning and they gave me a coupon for 10% off the next rental. I appreciated that, but I really don't understand why they would give the option to reserve when they don't even pay attention to it.

I have never experienced such a bad service ever in my life. I have made a reservation for a car through internet. I put down my contact information (mobil number, email) nothing heard from them. So 30 minutes before the reservation start I went to their office to pick up the car. We have made arrangements to do a trip through couple of cities hear near by. When I get there, they just told me that unfortunately they don't have car available?!?!?! And that they tried to contact me but could not because they had non-excisting number at their system - ( how is that possible if I put it down in correct format! no matter that they had at least an email contact on me! I know that because I got my confirmation of reservation on that email!) They have not offered my any compensation for the trip that we have planned (e.g. a rental car for another week with discount as sorry?!), they have not even tried to find a solution on that (e.g. call some other branch to get another car), they have not even tried to help me. The only response they had was: there is nothing we can do. I am really disappointed by the service they provided! I would definitely not recommend them. Avoid them for any price!!!

Very very very bad customer service and the one guy and The manger no respect the customer not on all and my advice to the good people do not rent any car for this location is very bad and the guy he is close the line when I am still talking to him and he the manger he is told me young animal notes I am not do anything for him and I am not talk any of bad words that’s because I told him my address at 5:30 and get my address wrong and should I waiting the driver to pick me up front to my home and he give me call at 7:20 he told me the driver he cannot find your location notice ( that after all the branches is allready is close ) if he told me that before hour so I can find other branch so I told him that’s not my fault and I need my rent car because I have my work tomorrow but he is very bad way to explain me he can not give me car and I told him guy the working if he not sure for my address he have ask me about my address spelling that all what happened today and also I will do claim for this branch wait and you will see what you can get thanks everyone he is read all of my story have a good day for everyone

I'm not one to complain but I rented a premium car on Friday night and the lady who did the inspection didn't even bring the light they use to look at the cars and dI'd a check without it brought it back Monday at 6 pm and they are trying to tell me I got a new bumper put on the vehicle which is impossible where would I bring a car on a Saturday or on a Sunday to get fixed especially a bumper on a premium car unbelievable and to top everything off I was then told there going to fix what they think I damaged tomorrow without my insurance adjuster taking a look at it which is illegal by all means I will be dispute this because this is unbelievable and was later the person who was dealing with me asked if I was gonna pay my deductible right there and then or later I said later aND they go and tell me saying I have to pay it not when I was just told I didn't have to and later had the nerve to say they felt I don't have enough money to afford it and I'm not going to pay it this was the most rude and horrible service and treatment I have ever received from aNY where in my life just sad

I booked a rental with Enterprise the night previous and it was confirmed via e-mail. When I arrived via uber to pick up my car I was told there were no cars. I was then told that they had called me, but I must not have answered. I showed them my phone call history with no calls.They then said I must have given the wrong #. I then pulled up my booking to show them I provided the right phone number, which they then told me they simply "didn't have" despite it being on their own email confirmation. So I spent $20 each way on an uber for nothing and this caused me to miss an appointment that I'd booked the car for in the first place. At no time did the sales lady apologize for this situation and literally said "it's not my problem" when I told her I'd spent $40 to get there. If you actually expect to receive a car and be treated decently I wouldn't reccomend this Enterprise location. I won't be renting from Enterprise ever again. The same thing happened to the fellow in front of me, so I was not alone.

Recently rented a van for a family getaway to Niagara Falls. Picked the van up Thursday so we could leave early (before they opened Friday) but when we got in the van Friday morning the Oil Change Indicator was on. So we had to wait until they opened to let them know. The lady I spoke with told me it just hadn't been reset. I was pretty annoyed, because we had paid for an extra day so that we could leave early when in fact we couldn't because we wanted to make sure it didn't actually need an oil change. So I was going to give them 4 stars, but then when we returned the van on Sunday the assistant manager offered a discount and so 5 stars! We will definitely rent from this location again. They were fast to get me into the rental, and quick to inspect when I dropped it off. The assistant manager (who's name is escaping me) was very polite and that's not something you always see.

Never in my entire history of renting cars have a I experienced such a negative experience until we dealt with rudest employee and her nasty behaviour until we dealt with likes of NATALIE. Not only was she dress inappropriately, showing her entire chest and complete disregard for the normal enterprise business attire but her attitude was dispicble, this person has no manners or respect for herself let alone for customers with how she speaks to people. Get off your high horse, dress appropriately for your job and stop thinking your better than anyone with how condescending and beligerant you are. When you book a rental for a customer you hold it and not try to lie about calling the customer. Disgusting, rude, moody, messy in appearance and poor customer service skills. Never ever ever YELL at your customers as we are the reasons WHY you have a job! Nasty!

I’ve only rented enterprise for the last 4 years. With work travel coming back now I decided to go where I know best. Unfortunately this visit to this location was not a great experience. I was asked for Proof of id even though my account shows this. Then I was rushed into a vehicle that smelled like cheap perfume. I was reassured that it was the new products. Once I opened the windows on the highway I could smell cigarette smoke and dust flying through the car. They were closed and I could not go back. Providing customers with a car that is that bad was a shock. Make sure you turn on all the vents and anytime you smell strong chemicals refuse that car. Will never go back to this location. The 5% discount I was offered after I paid could not bring me back.

Staff for the most part are nice and easy to deal with. They’re helpful and so their job. Tight location for sure and the intersection sits at an awkward location given where their entrance is located. This location’s on-hand vehicles are usually compact-full size class vehicles more often than any other class. SUV’s either mid or full size are hard to come by and anything bigger you won’t find. In agreement to some other reviewers, at times, you may book a vehicle and when you arrive you’ll be told there’s nothing available in that class. Although that is probably more of a flaw in the booking system. Then again, I don’t work there so I can’t be sure. It could be first come first serve. Still worth the trip if you need a vehicle or a call at-least.

I am truly disappointed in this location. My husband and I have been renting cars from them for over 3 years now and never had any complaint until today. I rented a car for the long weekend and paid a little over $300 yet the staff refused to pick me up with my two kids (under 5 years) on Friday and made me uber to their location. And on the day I dropped off the rental, they dropped me off at a shopping centre to bus home. That's not a way to treat a customer at all! Under Mr Elliot (previous manager), I would have never taken uber or bus home because no matter the price the customer paid, we would have always received a special treatment. I will not go back to this location again unless they learn how to treat customers right!

I was not happy with my experience at all. I was encouraged to pre-pay for the fuel in the car, without it being explained that you pay for the full amount regardless of how much is left in the tank when you return it. I expected to pay for the difference, yet was charged the full amount. That would be fine with me if it was explained clearly but it was not. I asked to be refunded for the amount of a quarter tank and they refused, only saying they would give me a credit next time I rent a car. I have rented a car once in the last 3 years, so I guess I would get my credit in a few years the next time I rent a car, and it would have to be from that specific location.....

I’ve rented a car with this location 3 times in the past 3 months and I will not be doing so again. I had no problems the first time but this last time was an awful experience. They almost would not rent me the car & upon trying to return the vehicle the first guy said everything was fine and was about to check me out after looking at the car but another employee said I would be charged $150 for cleaning because of “dog hair”. No dogs were in the vehicle and the car was vacuumed minutes before I brought it back to make sure there wasn’t any dirt or anything. This is ridiculous and I would highly suggest to anyone looking to rent a vehicle to find somewhere else.

They just ruined my whole trip. I booked for 2days, I returned car like around the same time promised in contract. The location was closed and I let the keys in drop-in, they still charged for one whole extra day!!! 100$ more. If they have no way of tracking it, they should not accept drop-ins. I was charged extra just because there was no person at the store! This is insane. They only work on their office hours, the drop-in is just a trap, they charge you wholesome. Even the customer service was not helpful. You guys should not let someone rent(return) at your closing time, if no one is gonna be there. Never booking from them again!! Paid extra for nothing.

I've rented cars from this location number of times. I've always had great customer service and the location is great. My complaint is about their hours though. Whenever you book a car and want to return it on Sundays, they are closed and you are forced to keep the car when you don't need and you have to pay for the car when you don't want. This is a negative point in their business. Being forced to pay extra for unwanted service is not fair and should not be happening. Even if they are closed, the customers should be able to drop off the car and not get charged extra unnecessarily. I hope they read this comment and fix this problem.

Great service I prefer this location or the one in the market to any other location. I did have some dissatisfaction with the car i rented but at no fault of the car rental company but i mentioned them to the guy who called and then the manager called to apologize which was a nice gesture he also gave me a discount on the bill. I thought this was great considering the dissatisfaction i had with the rental was nothing they could have fixed. I rented a full SUV but the one I got had smaller trunk space even though it was a full SUV which was disappointing as i was renting the car to move items thankfully everything fit though but just!

Was contacted by Semiu A. Kolapo the day I was supposed to pick up my rental that they were actually sold out earlier in the week, then cancelled my booking and never replied to me when I asked a few questions. I asked why they let me place the booking and how come they didn't notify me earlier that they were sold out. I had to make a new last minute reservation at the ottawa airport instead since most locations in ottawa were sold out and I was leaving that day. Please communicate with customers in the future earlier if you are going to allow them to make bookings when you are sold out.

Other times the experience was good. But terrible on two occasions. The first was, I made a confirmed reservation, only to arrive and had to spend 1.5 hrs going all the way to Kanata with a staff to pick up a car because this branch didn't have what I needed. Another time they gave me a car with a leaking roof, which damaged my phone, and their staff wanted to make a claim with my insurance. They later changed their mind explaining that the car was under warranty, but left me with a damaged phone. The frustrating thing was that the staff was not even telling me what was going on.

Rented a car in August, bad experience there. Firstly, Enterprise said there would be free upgrade from compact to intermediate car but I didn't receive the offer. Secondly, I kept asking about the third party liability insurance but the employee who served me knew nothing about it. I asked him to ask his colleague, he came back saying no one knew about the third-party liability insurance. I figured out the answer by going in the store, literally asking his colleague by myself and his colleague answered me what I needed to know in 10 secs. Very unprofessional employee.

I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service that I have received from Enterprise 1788 BANK ST and its staff!! My bag was left in one of the cars and it was returned intact as is! Such an ethical company and such an outstanding staff, I would like to acknowledge Shanon Doran and Jacob Gordanier who went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent service! If possible I would have provided more than 5 stars because this branch has my highest recommendation and appreciation. I will certainly use their services for any future rental needs! The customer truly comes first! Being younger than 25, it's hard to rent a car but hands down this place is very accommodating. The staff is very polite. My car rental was also excellent, clean car all around. My favourite part is the fact they don't put a logo at the back of the car. I really hate those advertising stickers, ugly looking. I did not rate 5 stars, because the service was slow. Almost an hour to check out my car rental. Also, I was given a vehicle with a quarter tank. I didn't mind filling it up, but they could have done that themselves.

I booked chevrolet malibuas i had to go to toronto and to come back i had and have 8 hours minimum continupus driving so i booked a good chevrolet malibu and when i went there i had to adjust with a hyundai kona and if i had to go in a hyundai kona i would have actually took my own honda civic.. if they didnt have any malibu they should have told me before i could arrange somewhere else.. a embarassing experience with this enterprise.. i would say anyone booking a reservation should make surr you get the car ypu expected and are going to pay for ..

So my ford escape 2019 picked up a nail and I only discovered this on the morning of my trip back to Simcoe from Ottawa. Enterprise switched this ride out for me on very short notice. I was afraid I would miss work the next day since I discovered this on a Sunday and there wasn't a single repair shop open. I also didn't feel safe going on the 401 with a nail head sticking out my tire. A blowout at 130km.h could be catastrophic. The guys at this Enterprise Branch took care of me and I'll definitely be back. Thank you

Someone made a fraudulent reservation in my name from this location and i received an email. So i called the location to cancel it and ask how this could have happened. The guy I spoke to was unbelievably rude and had no sense of customer service. The representatives name is Natiq. He says 'it's your problem and you gotta figure it out' and proceeds to also say 'I didn't make it, so it was you'! He should be sacked. Never going to this location and have lodged a complaint with enterprise HQ regarding this individual.

I rented a car from this location last week, and dropped it off after hours. Once I put the key in the drop box, I realized I left my AirPods in the car. I called enterprise to let them know that I left them in the vehicle. The man who answered the phone was so rude, and basically dismissed me by telling me they weren’t in there, when I know far a fact that they were. Then put me on hold mid sentence, and never came back lol. My AirPods were either thrown away or stolen. Enterprise is usually my go-to. NEVER again.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Both times I have gone to this location, I have had nothing but a smooth and informative transaction. Today especially Jacob was our Savior for our rental in a pitch, used some quick suggestions and a solution. We had unfortunately had a previous booking a month before at a different location, but bank street saved us in our time of need with little to no warning. I rent from Enterprise on the regular and this is by far the worst experience that I have ever had. The vehicle I rented was not properly cleaned to begin with, the staff called me far too many times (no I don't care if someone needs the vehicle I have, I'm not going to rent again because you over book your fleet) and the staff are less than polite. How it is acceptable to literally harass your customers is beyond me. I will always recommend avoiding this location from here on out.

Picked car up from winnipeg and dropped it off here. Guy who gave me this car only gave 3 quarter of fuel tank and said it was full. I brought back more fuel than i got it and they still charged me for the quarter of fuel. This lady who i met had no clue what the situation was too. Tried to charge me for more than 300. I explained everything was prepaid and literally had to argue for 10 min why i dont have to pay anything. Great first experience in new city.

Avoid this location and this company, the worst company to rent a car from, this is over 6th times I rented a car and not a single time I had a good experience with this company. It has been over 3 weeks they still haven't released my 300 deposit, after 3 weeks they simply saying we made mistake with your address we will issue a check today which will take another 2 weeks to receive my check if I am lucky. The employees are extremely rude and cocky

A little disorganized and chaotic. Staff tries to be accommodating and helpful but in our 2 times renting here we received dirty vehicles without a full tank of gas and had to be upgraded because the car we rented was due for an oil change. We were asked if we minded taking the car to Mr. Lube to have it done. Well no, not really but car should have been serviced and ready to go. Some improvement and a little more attention to detail is needed.

Great customer service and location. I do have a complaint about their car return policy though. Because they are closed on Sundays, you are forced to keep the car an extra day. This extra unwanted charge is not fair for the clients. There should be a policy about clients returning the cars and not charged for after hours. Lots of places have this policy. Hopefully they read this comment and arrange useful changes.

***CARRIE*** I was really impressed with how friendly the service was. Carrie was very helpful. I was a little concerned about in issue with my insurance but she helped put my mind at ease. When I dropped off my rental I asked about shuttle service so I could get a ride back to my work but it was outside their drop off zone but Carrie offered to give me a ride regardless. A1 service. Would definitely recommend.

Biggest and bad service I ever had with this location, my insurance had booked a car for me and the manager told Me to come pick it up at 3. I went there and they told me they need to hear a verbal consent from my insurance that the it’ll cover any damages. After having the advisor confirming with them everything they told me to come back on Thursday. Worst day ever and the unprofessional job

This four star is only for manager. He is real awasome guy. It could have been five star but if I’m correct girl named Natalie was being very rude and bossy. I’m a regular customer of enterprise. I wish I could get them a zero mark. I made a reservation through phone line to pick up a car there at 12:30 PM, and it is guaranteed. However, they called me I am in the waiting list, the car I reserved I not available. I called several other branches of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ottawa, and made a few reservations, same things happened again. Very upset about their reservation service.

Needed to rent a car for a drive test. Ali was super helpful and helped me get a car I'd be comfortable with for the test and for a more fair price (although everywhere in Ottawa is super expensive for car rentals at this time of year). This place also seems to usually be the best price of all enterprise locations in Ottawa so I'd recommend renting here if you can. Thanks again!

I had occasion to rent a cargo van from this This Enterprise agency at the end of October. The staff here were the friendliest most helpful I have ever encountered at a vehicle rental agency. When the vehicle I had reserved wasn't returned on time by the previous renter, they found one at a nearby agency and drove me to it. Overall it was the best rental experience I have had.

I love how the employees go above and beyond to ensure the entire rental process is flawless. Cars are always ready and tidy with plenty of nice upgrade options. The moment I got off the phone with a guy from the bank street Enterprise location I felt welcomed and comfortable to pick up my rental for my trip the next day. At the counter Khalid was quick and easy to talk to about how the rental works and answered all my questions before I drove off. I highly recommend booking a rental here and I sure will if I need to in the future.

The telephone experience was terrible. The system they use takes up a lot of time even for a simple call, and it dropped the call more then once for me today. The car was supposed to be available for me before noon, but it took until after 3, so I was setback further over it. The car is alright, feels like an off brand version of what I had. And it's clean.

We arrived on foot with a baby to this location only to find out it was the other Enterprise on Bank Street. Manager and his team were super helpful, and arranged us a ride to the other location. The person that drove us was exceedingly friendly. All and all, our experience with them was excellent; even though we weren't doing business with this location.

They just canceled my reservation a day before the day. They ruined my trip and because of their last-minute cancellation I have to cancel my Airbnb reservation and pay hundreds of dollars as the late-cancellation fee. I don’t know why they accept reservations more than their capacity? Never recommend this branch! I made the reservation a week ago!

Here is an interesting tip. There is another Enterprise on Bank St (closer to airport) but sometimes it has a much higher rental rate than this one - about double what this one has. To be fair this is not always true but it is sometimes. So check different locations. From the airport the cab ride was $5 more and I saved $600 (not a typo) !!!

Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received. The email confirmation lacked some important information that surprised me when I arrived to the facility. The whole team there made every attempt possible to have me successfully rent a vehicle, and gave me a discount unavailable online. 10/10 recommend and will be returning!

I went in on Monday to the terrible news that they ran out of cars to rent out. Luckily today they had some cars to rent out. The person processing my car was courteous and professional. He was aware of what to do in case of insurance issues. Service was prompt and the car that I rented was in immaculate condition. Good job!

Terrible service, every time I call I get put on hold and can never get an answer. I was just put on hold for 15 minutes. If you can't answer my question just say so don't make me wait like an idiot. Think their phone manner is terrible you should see them in action in the location. Will never come back.

Started by waiting 30mins on hold. Only to tell me that they don't supply a car to pick you up. Even though when I booked the car they said this service was available. So after a long bus ride there misled on the type of document you needed when you got there. I rate this this below zero stars

Car smelled of smoke - I spoke to the rental agent and she replied that it was not smoke - just "used" car smell. Windshield wipers need to be replaced - they only smear the windshield. In general car was dirty. Would not recommend this location. I rent cars an average of 70 days per year.

I got a rental car while my car was being repaired, and the while process was very easy and painless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The optional insurance could be cheaper though - in my case had I opted for it then it would have cost >$500 for the duration of my rental.

Rented from here a few times since it's closest to home. The service is generally good, save a couple of agents. Fleet is not great - last two cars rented were unclean - one was very smoky, the other with strong people smell. Check your car thoroughly if renting here.

Wow! The car we'd rented to use while ours was in service next door had been oversprayed with an "air freshener". No big deal, but when we mentioned it, they gave us a significant reduction in the rental. We will definitely be back.
