Enterprise Rent a CAR operates just like one of those car rental outfits that you hear about on the media that take their customers to the cleaners if they can get away with it, and which CBC marketplace did a mega expose on. One of the worst was Budget out of the Vancouver airport. My experience is similar to that expose. I rented a car from Enterprise out of the Ottawa Airport location and I was to drop it off at the Arnprior ON location. I had 24r hrs. I was careful driving this car around, no accidents were incurred on my part when I drove this vehicle. I brought this car back the next day to the Arnprior location and the office was closed it was 1:45 pm, I had till 2:00 pm, so I saw the slot and dropped the key off through the slot and left the vehicle in their lot in front of the autobody shop attatched to them and left without talking to or seeing the employee that worked there. When I phoned there later at 3:00 pm and asked if everything was okay with the vehicle. He said yes. At 5:00 pm he phones me back and says oh there is a long scratch on the passenger side from the rear door all the way to the front door. I was aghast because I had no incidents when I drove this car, and my big mistake was leaving the car there before he came back from his lunch, there is an autobody repair place connected right to the Enterprise office, they even have cross traffic through their open doors on the wall that they share. They may have been the ones that scratched this car to further their business and make work and money for themselves, maybe it was a slow week for them. Anyways beware I was on the hook for the $300 deposit for this one, just like the expose on the CBC marketplace where they trump up all these scratches on the car because they have their own body work shop that sometimes is also owned by them, and this is how they make a lot of extra money by trumping up these scratches. Never leave the car on the lot if the office is closed, also wash the car before you take it back, and should it have a scratch on it, go to the Canadian Tire for some touch up paint and do it yourself, these guys wil take any opportunity to steal your money and take you to the cleaners and you have no recourse. There is an update on this rental experience, Enterprise contacted me and remedied the situation by refunding the $300 insurance deductible for the scratches on the vehicle, as they said themselves that the car was not taken into the shop and extensively repaired in the end.

not sure where to tweet or put this info. Hope it goes out and the right people see it, I was giving a car few weeks ago through the insurance from enterprise in Ottawa, Ontario. I picked up the car from 2677 bank st. I returned the car back to the Ottawa airport, I left my umbrella in the car. I called 10 minutes later to ask if they have it, they said YES and will be here for you with you name on it. I went back in a week to pick it up, branch manager said I do not know anything about it, he showed me few umbrellas that was not mine. His exact words was, go online and see if we have it, or make a claim. This umbrella has a sentimental value to me, it's been 3 weeks now and I am still having an issue solving this problem. I have called and left my name twice to have their district manager call me back, they say we will pass your info to Ryan our district manager and he will call you. Have not heard nothing yet. I called and spoke to another gentleman name Ibrahim in accounts receivable in Ottawa and said I will help you fix this, no calls back. I called few days later and spoke to a manager name Nicole in accounts receivable in Ottawa and said, I will Looked into it and will make sure I follow up with you. It's been over a week now after speaking to Nicole, left her another voice message, no call back. My insurance company tried to called them as well, couldn't not even get anywhere. This is an umbrella that I like to have back, it may not be important to the enterprise team in Ottawa, and the way this has been handled is not professional at all. Enterprise is a family business and the clearly say, we treat our customers how they should be treated. I am sorry, but you have showing a different way of treating your customers. All was giving to me by the Ottawa airport manager weeks ago, was the unit number to find my own umbrella after clearly saying the have it. (56P5V6) OR 7PVKD8. What do I have to do to get this issue fixed, if it has no meaning to you guys, but it does to me for personal reason. I do not even use this umbrella in the rain. I hope this tweet will go to the right people and will see how some locations and Thier management teams are treating certain issues.

Over 20 years as an Enterprise customer and I have never received such deplorable customer service as I did at the Ottawa Airport. My work at the gov reserved me a vehicle for work and the girl at the front desk was very rude and very impolite. I gave her all my documents even the contract between the the government which I pulled out from the website site. But she refused to give me the discount. Her excuse was: - There’s no cars available (as always rental car company excuses) the parking was full of rental cars. - The code is invalid we received a email from the government over a year ago that this is an invalid code. (For some reason the code works still from the government site but not in enterprise airport location ). - After she ran out of excuses .”I will ask my manager if they can fix it”. ( when there was no manager at the location cause the other employee mention to another customer before me that we have no manager on duty today.) she went to the back office pretending there was a manager. All of the sudden when she talk to the “ manager” the code worked and everything seems to be working.” The magic touch of the manager made all the code work” I even pulled up my rental agreement for her from 3 weeks ago that my work booked she still refused to provide the discount. This happened to me multiple times and every-time they come up with different scenarios. But this girl came up with so much scenarios try to avoid the discount it was unbelievable. Let’s be honest she wouldn’t do this if there wasn’t a commission or some kind of benefit for her or maybe just management trying to avoiding discounts so the get some bonuses at the end. It such a shame that every-time I have to spend hours explaining to them and providing them proof for every single scenario they come up with. I feel sorry for those passengers that are waiting in line all tired and exhausted, just cause there employees are coming up with lies. Bottom line is please stop scamming people and coming up with lies.

Booked a rental in May 23, phoned and actually booked it with a person on the phone as I need 2 car seats, 1.5 yr and 3 yr kids. I mentioned that we had had an expedition in Nov 22 and had really liked it. That I had an elderly person with a walker and stroller for the kids when we would be traveling around. When we arrived at the airport they brought us a Nissan Armada. When I questioned the counter guy about the room in the vehicle he just shrugged and said this is what was reserved for us. After installing the car seats (they also tried to give me an infant seat instead of a 5 point harness). The gentlemen did help put the luggage into the SUV and that’s why I will give 1 star. We got to our location and quickly realized the vehicle would not be big enough for everyone. There is absolutely no leg room in the 3rd row and we could not fit the Walker and stroller in together while the 3rd row was up. We installed the car seats in the 3rd row thinking we could make it work. There is a button on the back that can recline the seats. So it also changes the angle of the car seats. After speaking to the Kingston dealership about this issue they instructed me to go to Nissan to ask if the switches could be turned off. Arrive at Nissan and there is no switch to turn this off and the salesman said that I could not legally have 2 children in the 3rd row because there was not proper hooks for the seats. Now this vehicle is not safe for my family. Enterprise could not do anything for my family so we gave the vehicle back and now have cost us more money to get another rental. I will never rent from the company again.

I rented a car from another branch, and it had not been thoroughly cleaned. I was reluctant to put stuff in the trunk. The alternative was to keep stuff in the back seats, in plain view, which is just asking for trouble. I found myself planning my errands around minimizing this hazard, adding to the time taken. Finally, on Sunday, I took it to this branch, at the airport, as it was the only one open. They were very helpful, and had the trunk vacuumed. The entire detour took just less than an hour. Update: I brought another Enterprise car to this branch because of repeated display of a low tire pressure warning. They had it checked, and concluded that everything was fine. A week later, however, the low pressure warning came on and stayed on. When I checked myself, the tire pressures were 28, 45, 55, and 55 PSI. The owners manual says to inflate to 36 PSI, while the markings on the tires themselves warn against exceeding 40 (or perhaps 44) PSI. So none of the tires were near optimum. One was well underinflated and three were overinflated -- all three beyond the maximum limit, and two were ridiculously beyond the limit. After fixing this, the warning message went away. I'm aware that the staff have to drive cars off site for the standard process of preparing the car for a new renter. Whatever arrangement they have for this servicing, it doesn't seem to work sometimes, which can cost the renter quite a bit of time.

Really wish Google would give us zero or negative stars, so I could aptly review this location. For context, my entire 20ish year career has involved renting multiple cars per month, every month. It's a process I'm too familiar with. On check-in, Chris who's clearly flustered by a long tough day, went on for a very long time about how they can't accommodate short notice short duration rentals, despite their own website confirming my reservation. He was very effective at making sure I understood the magnitude of inconvenience I was putting him through, and I should have know better that they can't accommodate this. After I received my chastising aka customer service, I was then escorted to the car in question. So why... if it's available at Enterprise online, and clearly available in the lot to rent.. would you make me feel like a lesser customer or foolish for not knowing the intricacies of your location? So... if this describes you... "renting a car from Ottawa Airport Enterprise with anything less than 48 hours notice.... " get ready to experience grade F level customer service. Thanks Chris! Worth noting.. after this terrible experience, I opted against the car and walked 15 steps in another direction, received awesome customer service and drove away in very nice car for the price/class. On 0 minutes short notice too. I won't say from which company.. but it rhymes with shirts.

Was not impressed with Enterprise's service at all, I would recommend going to a different rental service than deal with the headache that is Enterprise. My experience renting a vehicle was terrible. Upon my arrival, the enterprise booth was closed, though it says it is open till 11pm. It turns out the booth beside them, not labelled as Enterprise deals with their bookings, but there was no sign or anything to indicate that. So off the start it was a misleading experience. The people behind the desk were not that helpful, seemed quite disgruntled, and continued to upcharge me with insurance. Not sure why Enterprise doesn't offer that as a build in fee for when online booking, again, losing trust in your services. I was told my vehicle was in slot 7, it wasn't. It was in slot 9. Not the vehicle I ordered, but that was to be expected. Once in the car, I found that the USB port would only work half of the time. I've tried booking with a different Enterprise on the whim that the Ottawa one just sucked and it was a fluke, but alas, the second Enterprise I tried booking with never returned any of my 3 phone calls to clarify something. So it looks like these issues are systemic of the organization having terrible customer service. 0/5 stars if I could to be honest.

I have rented from enterprise in ottawa every month for 2 years every vehicle I have had is new and clean spotless. I am a points collector and used my points for a premium car rental with the airport only having availability. I picked up the car last night drove 10 km and the car pulls to the right badly, the inside of the car is extremely dirty the back seats have sand on them and it smells like a farmers field! I am so upset over this rental experience I don't know if they give you the worst on their lot when you use points for your rental but it did cost me thousands in rentals to accumulate these points! I have contacted customer service and made a complaint about the vehicle and was told to contact the location. I made a new reservation for today and sadly I have no points left and am stuck paying for the full price of the rental which is for a week possibly two. I am hoping when I call enterprise they can fix the situation and switch me out vehicles to something mechanically good and least of all clean! Without losing my points worst vehicle I have rented in my two years of renting from them!

I have dealt with this branch twice so far and both experiences have been very satisfying. The first time I dealt with them the representative's name was Sabrina and even though there was an error she was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue, when she needed authorization to fix the issue she asked for the branch manager Greg Reid for support and he was very pleasant and helpful and made sure that we were satisfied with the service. The second time I dealt with that branch I was charged more than the estimation I received via email prior to the rental, so I emailed the branch manager Greg Reid and he called me shortly after and asked me to send him the copies of the payment as well as the estimation, few minutes after I sent the information he called me again to tell me that a refund was made and I was charged as I was expecting and he apologized for the inconvenience. For those reasons I will continue dealing with Mr. Reid's branch even though I live in Hull and it is more than half an hour drive from my home!

Made a reservation for an suv with winter tires. Tried to call to confirm, no one picked up. Spent $40 on a cab to the airport just for us to get there and they tell us all the cars are booked. They tried to tell us that they could give us a bigger car and that it would be the same thing. I’ve seen bigger cars with all seasons slip in snow, and I paid an extra 20/day for winter tires. Edit: updated the review and added a star because Nick was able to find us a car with winter tires. Must have materialized after the other two associates said there weren’t any left. If it weren’t for Nick we would have spent another $40 for a cab home. Thank you Nick!! Edit #2: Editing again because the car Nick found us had major issues. The wipers don’t work properly and the car shakes if it goes above 80 km/h. I think it is a wheel alignment issue, which can be a serious safety hazard, especially for a four hour drive. Nobody is picking up the phone lol so we are driving all the way back in an unsafe car.

The worst experience i ever had with any rental company, they discriminate against Quebecors. my husband and i went to rent a car yesterday and they asked my husband for 2 forms of ID, he asked them since when you need 2, we have been renting from enterprise for over 15 years and never were we asked for 2, they told my husband that its because we're from Quebec and they had a lot of theft from Quebecors... so they basically said in front of everyone that because we are from Quebec, we are criminals!!!!! my husband is a peace officer but you called him a thief.... and dont say anything about this being a new procedure because the employees didn't ask the customers infornt of us for 2 pieces of ID.. this was nothing but discrimination, its not cool and i will go to the news with this, with the tension between francophones and anglophones i imagine this will not be good for your overall business in Quebec.....ANSWERING..... Will do and thank you for your reply!

Horrible experience with enterprise. When picking up the car the customer experience was fine but I was told one price then charged another over 130$ difference. 4 days of trying to talk to customer service after dropping off the car; was told they would fix the price to what I was told and they never did. Talked to multiple different people and I guess they all just wanted me off the phone so they said they would adjust the price to what was agreed too but never did. Last person I talked to on the phone was rude and didn’t understand that i was upset because they said I would pay one price and charged me another. This was my first time using enterprise and it was not a good experience at all. Seems that after you received the car they don’t care to help you what so ever. (This is my experience with the employees communicated after receiving the car, the ones that gave me the care were very polite and kind)

Very satisfied with customers service. Made reservation month before and was notified about my car pick up day before. Very fast check in at the desk ( less than five minutes) because already did online check in. Car wasn’t the same that I booked but was same category and brand new, very clean and sanitized. Very easy pick up and drop off. Friendly stuff working there. Was informed that is the same owner of all car rentals companies at airport so is more rating for owner than for the enterprise itself. Has a nice and helpful crew working on every open desk there. Only what I don’t like is premium location charge. Maybe for those arriving with the plane but for domestic folks it’s extra charge plus the taxi to drop off and pick up from there. Anyway I would recommend this location to anyone. Customer service excellent, vehicles very clean and the location has best operating hours in the city.

I recently had the opportunity to rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at YOW Airport and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Upon arriving at the airport, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who assisted me with the rental process. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations based on my needs. The car I rented was in excellent condition and performed well during my trip. The pickup and drop-off process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were always available to assist me if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at YOW Airport. The staff were professional and helpful, and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental car in Ottawa.

They gave me a nice free upgrade from Camry-class to a Mercedes-Benz glc300. The car was new, clean and nice. But.... Pick up was WAY TOO LONG. Only 1 person in line ahead of me. They took 15 minutes. I did all the stuff ahead of time, got a ready pass etc but I was disappointed that this made no difference. Still had to stand in line. Then when I got checked in I had to wait while the attendant went to find me a car somewhere in the garage. When she came back then she had to go with me to the car and I had to go through a big check of every surface of the car to make sure it was ok. Took me more than 30 minutes to get the car, in a slow time of day, with only 1 person ahead of me. This is terrible. I used to rent from Avis and I would walk in, give my name that was on the board, show my ID, get my keys, and I'm done. Hopefully enterprise can get this good someday.

Rented a vehicle last week from this location and was surprisingly upset with the service. For some reason, I got the impression that they cared more about trying to make me spend an extra 800$ on coverage which I told them repeatedly it was covered on my cc as well as my insurance on my own care, rather than giving me decent customer service. I understand that businesses such as rental car companies need to put profit before service but I've been too numerous rental companies and even other enterprise locations and haven't been this disappointed. Be careful when renting a vehicle here, quite the scam, decline everything. Additional- the area manager, I believe his name was pat was unable to help nor inquire about the issues I had at this location after previously trying to sort this out with the branch manager rich. That didn't go too well.

Booked a luxury vehicle for the weekend and when I arrived I was given a convenient excuse that the car they had intended for us came back with a cracked windscreen. So the alternative I was given was to get a smaller car in a lesser class. The whole point of getting the luxury car was to make my trip a little more special. When I asked if they had a larger vehicle, I was told that there was none, even though there were 2 large SUV’s sitting in the lot. I had not received a call in advance and felt boxed in. This is not how a customer should be treated. I walked away from the whole interaction frustrated and defeated. Please be more considerate of your customer’s time and don’t try to down sell me a car when you did not have the decency to call me in advance and tell me that u can’t fulfill my request. Get your act together enterprise.

I rented a car on the Friday of Family Day weekend. I flew into Ottawa from Toronto. My flight was delayed by over 2 hours. Enterprise does not stay open for delayed flights. I had to take a taxi to Orleans, which cost $60, and then come back to the airport the next morning. I was not impressed. The manager didn't seem to care. All she basically said was that they only stayed open during their hours. I argued the fact and asked for a discount to cover the cost of my taxi ride. She reluctantly gave me one but said it was a one-time thing. I am not sure if Enterprise understands that delays are out of people’s control, and if someone is renting a car, it's because that is their only mode of transportation. The experience left a impression, and I'm not sure if I'd rent from them again at the Ottawa Airport.

I promised to write a review as soon as got back to Edmonton. This review is long overdue. I’ve never had such a flawless and professional experience as I had from an enterprise location. It was my first time visiting Ottawa and Carolina Calderon was the ultimate VIP for making my experience flawless. Carolina informed me about the cities sensitive speeding cameras which I took to heart because I can be heavy footed on the gas sometimes. She recommended some places of interest to visit. She also informed me of how I could save some money on my next rental by using my point which I’ve been doing and saving quite a lot of money. I can’t express how great-full I am for the amazing experience I had. I highly recommend Carolina to be promoted for the great service she’s offering to customers for Enterprise.

---Please note this is not a review of the employees working at this location--- I returned the car, and received an invoice right away. However, I was charged an extra hour on my rental even though I didn't go an hour over. I requested a refund which employees at the counter were very happy to accommodate. Unfortunately, the system was unable to print an invoice despite the best efforts of the assistant branch manager. Even though I was assured a refund will arrive within the next 3-4 days, at this moment I don't have an invoice and essentially no way to prove I'm owed a refund. In conclusion the system was very fast to overcharge but really slow to correct the overcharge. Enterprise, fix your systems so that your employees can do their best job and still have happy customers. Yo can do better!

We had a rental car booked through another agency but the storm that had blown through Ottawa the day before had taken out the power. While there were paper contacts available, the staff at the other agency simply said that with no power, they could not rent out cars. We walked over to Enterprise and inquired. They indicated that they could rent, having set up a temporary car rental location in the parking lot using an SUV for their office, cell service for internet and tablets to fill in the electronic forms. Went very quick and smooth! Truly impressed with the way Enterprise rose above the situation and made sure the customer was taken care of. Big kudos to all the staff there! We'll be using Enterprise as our first choice in the future.

I had a negative experience with the service I got from Enterprise when picking up the keys. The front desk person pressured me to get the replacement insurance. I asked him directly if the car was insured if I didn’t get the add on insurance and he kept answering me by telling me what the replacement insurance covered. I was worried that I wouldn’t have insurance since I was not familiar with Ontario insurance laws. When I had to sign the agreement he kept moving the iPad around between screens and I couldn’t read the whole thing all together. When I got the emailed copy of the document, it was pretty clear that he deceived me. This caused me a lot of stress, and unfortunately gave me a really bad impression of Enterprise.

Sorry but I should rate it (-) 100 or NEGATIVE 100%. Enterprise gave us a vehicle with broken/non-existent seatbelt! I Tried calling the branch but nobody answered the phone. I called the customer service number spoke to 5 differrent people/agent and told my complain story 5 times yet the none of them can arrange a "change in vehicle" to resolve the issue. Instead of having a great time with my family in the car, I spent 1 hour of the roadtrip on the phone talking to customer service agents whose job are to properly document and communicate my complaint and resolve my issue and yet no resolution were done. I will return the vehicle tomorrow and I hope the company redeems itself. ENTERPRISE NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had a truly terrible experience with this location. I attempted to confirm my reservation by calling their phone line multiple times, but to my dismay, they never answered. This left me in a state of uncertainty about whether my reservation was actually confirmed or not. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating, and it's incredibly disappointing that a company at a major airport can't even answer their phone to assist customers. This level of unresponsiveness is simply unacceptable and made my travel experience far more stressful than it should have been. I strongly advise others to consider alternative options if they're looking for reliable and responsive car rental services.

Flight to Vegas got cancelled and the train also cancelled. All due to a storm at the start of Easter weekend. So I thought maybe renting a car a try to make a connecting flight in Toronto. It was last minute, late at night and power was out all over the city and I was getting tired and running out of options. But Hiba went above and beyond to fix me up. I received a nice upgrade, a super friendly smile, and probably one of most positive and upbeat customer services i've experienced to date. If you treat all ppl half as nice as you treated me, Enterprise is lucky to have you and so are your customers! Thanks for making the day a lot better than it could have been. Adam :)

Exceptional service from the very beginning of our travel to Canada to the very end! The process was super quick, we got full size Kia Optima LX 2018 fully charged with safety features (Blind Spot Detector, Rear Camera, Parking Assist, Lane Change Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Driver Seat Power Memory System, Heated Seats / Steering Wheel and Remote Keyless Entry w/ Trunk Opener, Illuminated Handles and Auto Folding Side Rear View Mirrors). Car was brand new (less than 2500 car mileage) and never had any issues while our trip. Average MPG was 28.8 mpg (9.8 l/100km) whick is pretty decent. Thanks a lot for your service, will definitely use this renal again next time!

EDIT: Response to the owner. I returned my rental and went with Hertz. I will not be emailing you about this as the matter is finished according to me. manager is not helpful, not one bit. I brought my car and asked if I could swap it and before I finished my sentence he was abruptly repeating "whatever cars I have are all booked". I offered to wait for a bit and he repeated the same response. He didn't even take a secondary to recognize the need or to even attempt to take a look at his screen. Let's be honest here, it is Wednesday evening in Ottawa's airport. His lot is full of cars and he magically has all of them going out tonight.. yeah right I believe you totally!

The company that picks you up... Straight Garbage, do not waste your time. Got confirmation for my rental 2 weeks in advance. Arrived at the location and the "manager" Zoe wouldn't allow me take a minivan because of me being "underage" which is something that's been done before. I cannot express the frustration for this day but thank you Enterprise its been a pleasure doing unprofessional business. Long story short: They confirm your reservation seeing your age and all the details but when you get there the day of prepare for a "Unfortunately sir you cannot take the minivan, its protocol sorry" DONT CONFIRM MY RESERVATION THEN!!! just wow.. good on you Zoe the manager.

The cars are always perfectly clean and generally the model is only a couple years old or brand new. My last 2 trips were in a 2020 Mazda 3 and a 2021 Honda Civic. I have also been upgraded twice in the past when driving in the winter to a crossover or SUV so that I would have all-wheel drive for bad road conditions. Another perk is that they are owned by the same company that owns National so between the two there are always cars and you can be checked in/out at either desk. I will continue to rent from Enterprise.

The best experience with any car rental place. First of all, when I called ahead,customer service was so great, helpful, and they valued me as a loyal customer, and gave me discount. When we arrived, the employee was helpful and nice and gave us an upgrade becsuse the car was available. It was overall an easy transaction, which made me know I should not rent a car frrom any other place. I wish I asked for the employee's name because he deserves the recognition. I had to write this review because organizations which value customer service and loyalty are becoming very rare. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

My wife and I have been renting from this Enterprise dealer 4 or 5 times a year for the past three years. They always have had our rental ready for us when we arrived and we have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their cars have always been immaculate and smell like new to us. We rent from them for all of our long distance travel because our two every day cars have 245,000 and 313,000 respectively. We are both retired, but are very active, traveling to see our great-grand children and we both really appreciate the service and kindness shown us by the owner and employees of this fine business .

My first time renting a car. Reserved the night before. Flew into Ottawa the next day. Retrieval process was simple, I like that they give you a few options within the category you selected. Actual payment was a little less than estimated online. Chevrolet Cruze was clean and easy to drive. I really liked the backup camera and the Android Auto, which allowed me to use my phone's GPS/Google Maps instead of having to handle my phone while driving in order to find my way around. Return process was just as simple. I brought it back, he looked it over and checked the gas tank, and then I was good to go.

Stranded on the side of the road. Had the car out for a couple hours at best and it died. They said a tow will be three hours. There is no way to reach the rental office. (Road side assistance has been called )Currently waiting for a cab. I better make my flight. I was on my way to the airport. 19 minutes away. About an hour ago. The people of Ottawa are sure nice though. At least four different people have stopped to make sure we are ok. One nice man and his daughter even brought us cold bottles of water. Enterprise needs some better customer service.

In need of a car urgently to get home after an Accident on Thanksgiving day (Ottawa Airport Enterprise was the only one open) My insurance got it all sorted and advised to call Ottawa Airport Enterprise prior to going to make sure everything is received and good to go as its an hour drive. Been trying since 8am, no word of a lie I have called over 25 times and nobody picks up. Terrible, terrible customer service. If you're busy, no problem, pick up the phone and put me on hold, I will wait! But instead, no answer. Needs to be investigated.

This was one of the worst experiences with your company I have ever had. Your employee literally shouted at me when I approached her with a "hello" - not even a question!!! She immediately shouted at me: "IM WORKING ALONE . LEAVE IT IN THE DROPBOX. OK?". Then, she left and helped other customers who came after me. In addition the car that was supposed to be "sanatized" had garbage inside!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!! You are a great company, and I have rented with you exclusively for years, but I will NEVER rent from you again!!!!

Enterprise is better than other rental car companies. I’ve been with them for a long time. Their cars are clean, latest models and the check-in, checkout is quite smooth if you have their app. The airport location is better when you need emergency rentals, however, it’s always advised to book your reservation upfront via the mobile application. I usually rent the minivans from this location and the Ford Expedition was a great car! Bonus: If you’re above 25 then there’s no young rental fee and also you get access to other premium vehicles

I absolutely loved this location. Not only was the employee super nice, he went out of his way to tell my bf and I about places to eat at in Montreal. We are from BC and we’ve never been to either Ottawa or Montreal. He was super helpful! I wish I knew his name but he was so funny and kind. He was our first interaction in the city and it was the best one! We got our vehicle so smoothly and it was so easy and efficient! I recommend this location to anyone renting a car in the area.

While your staff were Initially helpful, attempts to get an invoice for my rental have been fruitless. You don't answer your phones. With multiple alerts on my file from the customer service line to close out the rental and provide an invoice, you haven't even responded to them. This was a business rental that I need to invoice a client for as well. When I delay invoicing a client I look unprofessional, and that's the position you've put me in now. Get your act together.

Very good experience. The desk agent was very personable and helpful, giving us suggestions on what to see and do in Ottawa. Our reserved car wasn't available so she substituted a BMW. After completing the paperwork, when the four of us and our luggage couldn't fit in the car, she upgraded us to an SUV....no problem and all with a pleasant smile. The return process was just as easy and the agent was equally as personable as the first. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Service was fast and friendly; received an upgrade, which was very nice. Car was clean and in good repair; drop off was very fast. My only complaint is, due to unexpected traffic, I hadn't time enough to top off the gas tank. As a result I was charged almost twice the amount for half a tank of gas as I had previouly paid for a full tank at the gas station. I understand there is a price to pay for convenience, but that much above station price is an outrage.

The Ottawa Airport location is my go to stop for rentals. I've had the pleasure of working with both Hibo and Vheneko (sorry if I spelled your names wromg!), and they are both amazing! They are always so nice and helpful and make the whole pick up process fun - always professional but able to laugh as well. Fast check out and Check in. I had my own insurance coverage through my Credit Card and my vehicle rider. The counter agent was not pushy or trying to upsell extras I have had other companies and some other Enterprise locations pushed the upsell. Even the gas tank top up was left to my choice. There was a gas station on Hunt Club Road 4 km away. The convenience of having the rental location at the airport is a bonus. Thanks Enterprise.

Sabrein Ahmed was super sweet and a pleasure to deal with, when I went to pick up my 10 day rental. The line was long and the wait was long, but understandable as it was a long weekend. Our only issues were that the Jeep Laredo wasn't the cleanest. It smelled like someone may have smoked in it, which aggravated my husband's lungs, and there was 2 used masks and mints left in the center console. Otherwise the process was easy and good.

It is what it is. Pay cash and get a car. Mine was beautiful. Was somewhat disappointed about the premium location at the airport given flights are currently zilch and i work 5mins from the location. Paying an extra fifty for this was a disappointment considering i didn't see it on the estimate. Sum? Its 450$ for a nice car. I'll buy one next time and bus till i do.

Nick the manager is just plain terrible with customer service, making the business lose money daily. I left an expensive camera in my rental car. Enterprise contacted me before I even knew I had left it. They used language to confirm that I was the owner so that another customer could not claim it. I had left the city but they shipped it to me the next day. I was thrilled with their professional and kind service.

Asked him to swap the jeep as it was giving some issues on highway but he was not ready to admit that the vehicle is faulty instead argued with us for no reason. When my Hyundai Kona that I rented in the states started to stall, I stopped into Enterprise’s location at YOW. They got me in and out with a different vehicle very quickly. Excellent service from the clerks. If I ever find myself needing to rent a car in Ottawa, I’d end up picking here.

Despite having made a reservation and arrived early, still had to wait 30 minutes past my pick-up time to get a car. Their system overcharged but after contacting the manager I should get the overage back. Be aware of the extra 16.28% Premium Location Charge for renting at this location.

Great service, no line, and a decent price. I couldn't ask for more. My one grip is that they block the USB port in the car, and then try to sell you a USB cigarette adapter. If I rent an Audi, I at least expect to be able to use my phone with the system designed with the car.

Very friendly staff! Being an airport branch it's open till 2 am, prices are usually higher than any other branch but they have better cars (bigger SUVs). if you need a booster or child seat this is the only enterprise branch you will be able to get it at.
