The Enterprise Runnymede / Dundas location was one of the best, if not the best I have experienced at a car rental location. The other one being when I visited California where they gave me a free car upgrade for signing up to their VIP email list. Austin, Logan, and Sean’s professionalism and customer service is second to none. Everything I asked for they got and they went above and beyond in getting me the perfect car. I believe they had to pull the car from a different Enterprise location so that it can be ready for me when I went to pick up the vehicle. Ended up enjoying the vehicle for 3 weeks in the perfect car to the point where I fell in love with it and with thoughts of trading in my vehicle. Picking me up and dropping me off between the repair shop and Enterprise has been a great experience that any company, not just from a rental car company, should be jealous of. Like many other reviewers, I echo the fact and believe that a good reflection and indicator of great leadership is how great the team works together and how happy and proud they are to work there. I definitely saw that when I was there. Thanks Enteprise team for making my day and in knowing that you put a smile on my face even while I had to return the perfect car. r.

Needed a rental to drive 10 hours to the US. Originally asked for a bmw sedan or benz suv. Had a technical issue with my phone not connecting to Android auto on the bmw and thank GOD for that. This error saved my road trip. First off the entire staff that day consisting of 6 people were amazing, from the car detailer, to the front desk people to the manager hichaan, everyone tried helping out with the issue and tried getting me another vehicle, the big tall guy was very helpful and I'm incredibly lucky I ended up with the cadillac xt5 SUV, we had a lot of stuff and it was big enough to hold all our luggage and made for a comfortable safe trip through the storm. I live far from this car rental place and I've dealt with several car rental places in the past and I have to say, I'll drive down here anytime and refer them to everyone I know with the customer service that was shown to me. All 6 people that day were amazing, but especially hichaan and the big tall guy.

Experiece was great until the last bit happened. One star for the drop off. The guy from Guelph would tell you why. Learn service again bro before you start telling you will do this or that. Living your life here you should have and could have done is learn since you're coming 1 hour for work to do customer service. Fist bump after that you douche. Really! Stop wasting others time. Ended up getting an hour bus ride where it should have been 20 mins if dropped rightly as he said and if said 'No' to my request id still have reached in 45 minutes anyways. The policy to drop off in Enterprise should be done right not amidst the hurries or worries of employees having to get somewhere soon and leaving customers stranded at some other location not even having the courtesy to drop off the nearest bus stop.

My experience with Enterprise was one that will stay with me for a long time. The customer service that was offered and executed from the moment I started with them to my final interaction was beyond superb. I was picked up from my body shop and taken to Enterprise and matched up with a vehicle that was similar in size to my own. Toni was great and did a full walk around and made sure I understood the terms and answered any questions I had. When I returned my car I was greeted with a smile and serviced within 3 minutes of arriving. I was given a list back to my body shop and that was it. Simple easy and well beyond any expectations I had. I will be returning and do recommend that you visit this team when in need of a rental.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. we went about a month ago to make a reservation and ask the salesperson if they were open for civic holiday and he said that yes they are going to be open. A week before we went to make sure that everything was as planet the same person denies that he told us that they will be open for the long weekend. The day that I went to get the car I asked him for the GPS and he said that it willcost me 15.99 per day. I got the GPS and it wasn't working. When the store manager came with another one he told me that the price was 12.99 so the salesperson was a liar and a the theef . I would not go and rent a vehicle from them anymore.

Enterprise to the rescue. When a warranty-related fix to our Cadillac at nearby Old Mill car dealership was going to to stretch into the next week, Enterprise was there for us, getting us into a similar and better model for the time. Alice and her team worked quickly to deliver the vehicle on a busy Friday afternoon, clean and ready to go. Their follow-up with us a day later (we just returned it to our dealer) was welcome, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. We'll done Enterprise.

Incredibly friendly staff, I really like renting here. When booking make sure you talk to this location personally. If you try to book through the main office you might get you a car that does not exist. The people here know what is up though! Once I booked through the main office and someone called me from this location almost right away to let me know the main office had messed up and they were out of cars. Saved me a trip down there, was very appreciated.

Where do I even begin, People this is the location to come too. Hichaan Baskaran and his team goes above and beyond. I have dealt with Hichaan since the beginning and it has been amazing, he made sure all of my rental needs were handled professionally and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best out of my rental. This is the best Enterprise, experience and customer service wise! We have been waiting for our new car for about 8 months so I've rented a car at least once or twice a month out They are the only ones that offered pickup and drop off service, I didn't even know this was an option! The service is always top tier and everyone is super friendly. I ended up getting an upgrade a few times so that was definitely a plus as well!

We had a fantastic experience at the location. Tristan, the branch manager, went out of his way to arrange for us a safe, reliable SUV and had it brought over from another location. My wife is pregnant so he made sure new winter tires were installed when it was discovered that the old tires were bare. Talk about first class service. The team here is responsive, professional and very efficient at what they do.

The best place to get a Rental Vehicle. I give the Staff 500% on everything, Service, Friendly, Professional and willing to get you what you prefer to drive (of course if they have it). I wanted a key ignition, they had a couple. I got a Kia and wanted to buy it upon return as I was so pleased with it. Unfortunately, they don't sell to Clients at this time. WOW they were Awesome and I'm a Senior.

I rented a car over the weekend at this location. They gave me a bran new Hyundai venue which was better than the one I booked. The car was fine but the customer service was just amazing! Everyone here was very professional, helpful and carried themselves with such unparalleled level of professionalism that I wanted to ask them to hire me. I’ve had many rental cars experiences before but nothing compares to the prestigious experience Tristan and the other employees provided to me. I originally thought I only needed the car for a week, ended up needing it for a month. The whole process was seamless and effortless from my side. Needed a car while mine was in the shop and this Enterprise was recommended. They picked me up and were very understanding when I wanted a different vehicle . Had booked me with a sedan but I wanted something smaller. The Corolla was fine and there was no hassle when I dropped it off and they drove me back to get my car. Very easy to deal with and I’d rent from them again.

I've rented cars here for years through significant staff turnover as people get promoted to other locations. They're consistently attentive, helpful and businesslike. We recently rented from a competing rental agency in Winnipeg: the experience sucked, & reinforced our feelings about the consistent solid service we've received at Enterprise, especially this location.

Setup a reservation for a car was told that reservation was fine and everything is good. Show up the only vehicle they have is a 4x4 truck with an open back and told that I would need to take it, upgrade at cost and wait for the vehicle to be driven from another location, or cancel. A truck is not a car. You need to advise sooner than at pickup for to the reservation

The staff here are amazing Tristan, Nixon, Oscar, Danny Ray and Jordan have been extremely helpful and professional through every one of my visits. ( over 50 rentals ) The vehicles are clean and sanitized and I'm in and out quickly even when there is a rush. Hats off to this well oiled machine and thank you for your dedication through these hard times.

We all know enterprise is the way to go for quality car rentals. If you are looking for a great team with almost everyone in the centre as great personality to deal with, i highly recommend go to Dundas location. Excellent customer service. The staff we dealt with were very professional, efficient, prompt and courteous. They listened to our requests and supplied a vehicle (van) that was ideal for our vacation needs. The vehicle was in superb condition. It was a pleasure doing business at this location.

Top tier scammers. If I could give them zero stars I would. Be careful with renting from this place. They will give you an already damaged car and try to hustle you for your deposit or “deductible” or try to force you to make insurance claims for damage you DIDNT DO. Beware of this place.

Austin and all the staff are great people! All the renting process was smooth and clear. The cars are brand new and the prices are very competitive. Austin also dropped us of at the train station when we returned the car. We will definitely come back here whenever we need a car!

I've been here at least half a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Cars are always clean, new, and in great condition. I've never once been charged for something I didn't expect. Staff are always nice - even when they're slammed. 100% recommend this place.

A few months ago we booked a car a week ahead to the following Monday. We booked it on time on purpose so we wont have any problem and we wont need to wait. On the Monday when we went to pick it up the car was still dirty and full of animal

Every time I rent a car from here I have to wait at least 45 min after my scheduled pick up time to receive the car. I recommend coming 1 hour later than your scheduled pickup if you don’t want to wait around for forever.
