If I could give ZERO stars I would ! Terrible experience from the start! Made an appt to be picked up at 12:30 didn’t get picked up til 1:05! I get it’s complimentary but when I called at 1230 I could have been told they were running behind and I would have Ubered, instead I was late for work. When I get there, the manager did not seem to care. I was then walked out to a SUV and I was confused Considering I drive a four-door Sedan . I asked the gentleman how much I was going to be charged daily because I did not need a big vehicle, he told me $17 and change daily(after insurance paid $20 a day) . I told him I would just keep the SUV because $17 was not a bad price. He then told me that there is a $50 deposit and they charge for two days to start with . My total was $80.54. Days later I look at my bank account and instead of the $80.54 they now re-ran my card for $91 and some change. Red flag. I decided to wait until I turn the vehicle in to deal with it. A week later I brought the rental back and looked at my bank account and I had two more charges for $30 and change , one for additional two days and then another one because I was told that was to cover the two weekend days because they were closed. Confused why it looks like I’m really paying $15 and change a day. When I go to Close out they tell me I’m being charged $30 and change A DAY! When I told someone who seemed to be a manger she said they were closing and would look over it and call me the next day and send a receipt. It’s now Friday no call but a $305 charge to my card and no receipt ! I decided to call them and I asked to speak to a manager a lady told me she was busy but she can put me on hold . 20 minutes later the same girl said she was still helping someone that if I wanted to tell her what’s going on she can try to help, I said ok thank you . I explained ALL of the things above she said I’m sorry let me see if I can help and I said thank you I appreciate it. A few minutes later a lady named Courtney who is the other manager rudely gets on the phone sayin the other girl said I told her I didn’t want her help and wanted to wait for her. That is a lie . I then tell courtney EVERYTHING I’ve told the other girl and she continues to be rude and said nobody ever told me it would be $17 and change a day tells me I was being charged for $30 and change a day for 10 DAYS! I had the vehicle for 9!!! So now I’m being charged for an additional day I didn’t even have it ??? She continues to be rude says clearly she can’t help me in a very un enthusiastic voice (the entire conversation) and I said this is ridiculous do you have a corporate number for someone who actually cares to help . She read out a phone number and then hung up On me !!!! This is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with! What a scam this place is !

I am a fairly frequent car-renter and I rent from Enterprise because they are the only company who gives the option to rent without a major credit card (all you need is a $250 deposit instead). However, I would not recommend anyone rent from the location on Atlantic Boulevard and Art Museum Drive, near the Hart Bridge on ramp. This location has let me down a few times - the most recent experience being the WORST ever. I had a reservation (which I reserved a month earlier) to pick up an economy vehicle at 12 Noon Friday, August 16, 2019. They told me via phone that Friday that the car needed an oil change and was not ready yet. He said they would call me when it was ready. At 2 pm, I called them and they said it is still not ready. I said why would it take so long for an oil change. The guy this time told me they didn't have any economy cars in currently. I called again about 5:30 pm before they closed at 6 pm and the guy told me to come in and they would give me a courtesy upgrade. I got there and felt rushed because everything was moving so fast. I gave the rep my driver's license and debit card (as usual). However, the guy swiped it without telling me how much the total was first (as the other locations do). The transaction did not go through because I had to transfer a little more from my savings to checking first. The guy then told me that I would have to wait 24 hours to use the card again in their system! I felt he should have been able to cancel that transaction or call corporate or something. But he said he couldn't do anything. I went in at 9 am the next morning (Saturday) because a rep at another location told me that the card should be good and that it doesn't take 24 hours. (Another location cannot transfer the reservation at the same rate). Sure enough, I was able to use my debit card and rented a car at the original location (still with a minor upgrade because there were no economy cars). I complained about all that I had gone through and was told the manager would look over my contract and let me know what he could do. I never received a call from the manager and returned the car the following Tuesday. At that time, I spoke with the manager himself and was again told he would look over the contract and give me a call. I STILL have not heard anything from him. There was female African American manager there before this Caucasian male manager. The female was nicer, she was apologetic and made sure the customer left happy. I suppose this man doesn't care about customer satisfaction or rectifying their lies and mess-ups.

I had an accident where the car was totaled. The insurance made a reservation for me at enterprise. Getting the car itself was a breeze. The people were nice at the time and took care of me. I had to pay a $50 deposit to get the car, so they had my cc information on there. I only had the car for a week and worked with the insurance to get it extended. I was informed to make sure the gas was filled otherwise they would charge extra fees which I did. What I wasn't informed was that the suv they gave me was an "upgrade". The insurance only had a reservation for a car, not an suv which I was not aware of. The insurance did not approve of the upgrade so enterprise decided to put that charge onto me instead. There was no warning and no receipt. I was at work when I saw the charge of $221. I called the first time and they tell me the insurance shortchanged then. I call the insurance and they said it was because they didn't approve of the upgrade. I call back and get Sheridan who then tells me that she would have told me and why did I call in today about the upgrade if I knew nothing about it until that day. I called earlier that day, that's why. She then tells me that she'll call later which she never does. I call on my lunch and reach a guy who then tells me that there's nothing they can do and that it's closed out. Said I would have better luck getting the insurance to approve the upgrade. I don't feel I should be charged an upgrade I wasn't aware of. I called back on my last break just to see if there was a chance it could be fixed before I reported the charge. The girl I reach called me a liar and proceeds to tell me I called a week ago about an upgrade. I called the insurance about an extension, but I did not know of an upgrade until today. Also, why is it that she was the only one to bring that up? Did they add these notes after I called the first couple of times? I was extremely frustrated and asked why I would need an suv, I don't have kids. I asked her to pull the call and she said she did but it was only the transcript. So she was going off of a flawed transcript and notes from someone who could have been trying to save themselves. I am extremely unhappy and I don't recommend. Unless of course you want to get scammed.

Worst experience ever!!!!!. So i used the Enterprise app and made a reservation for today. I called the location to verify where they were at and the employee on the phone sent me to another location. So upon arriving there find this out and they didn't even try to accommodate me st the location I was at by renting there. They did however give me a ride to other location down the street. So I had qualified for a free upgrade to the next level they id not have the car even though the app confirmed it was done. Then upon checking in and getting rental the car I was renting was filthyand scratched up really badly. At this point I just want a car so im gojng to accept it. Then we get to the screen for payment and they tell me tge will not take my major debit card even though the site and the app state valid major debit card. They do not have a list of banks that they do not accept. So its almost closing time i rush in a 100 degree heat to dollar general general to transfer money to my PayPal which they do accept i get there and upon checkout I see its right at closing time. By now I feel frustrated and very inconvenienced so I decide to rush back to enterprise and change my reservation til tomorrow and ask for a ride home as I had been dropped off. So the girl that helped me approaches again I tell her my situation and she said she will change my reservation til tomorrow and then she asks me if I live less than five miles which I do. She goes inside and then comes back out and tells me the driver is gone for the day so no ride home. That was the final straw for me . They had at least ten employees there all that obviously have to be licensed drivers so there is no one that can help a customer. So i had to Uber home a cost of $15 that could have went to rental cost. I am canceling my reservation for tomorrow then im uninstalling their app and closing my account and I absolutely will never rent a car or do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!

A reservation was made to pick up a car and that was the only uneventful part of the process. I showed up and have never experienced such horrible customer service. My reservation was easily pulled up and I was made to wait while customers on the phone and others walking in were helped. My license, which is current and valid, does not meet 2019 standards as far as watermarks but it does meet 2016 standards which is when it was issued. I told the employee it would be unreasonable to expect my license to match your 2019 issued book of licenses. However he did not have a 2016 book. He then proceeded to text my Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to someone to approve accepting my license. This was not deleted after he took the picture and texted either. Then I was asked to provide my itinerary of travel. All of this is insulting and berating not to mention ti.e consuming as it took 2.5 hours to settle this matter on my last day of vacation. I had other plans for that time as I expected it to take 15 minutes to pick up a vehicle. I rent vehicles regularly due to work and pleasure and none of the events that occurred has ever happened to me. Also, I was asked to make a $250.00 deposit. Thankfully every hoop I was asked to jump through I was able as I had to be able to make my flight. I did not appreciate the process and a friend who witnessed the entire scenario confirmed that this was all bizarre and unnecessary. I have used Enterprise in the past but not as of late. I don't know what has changed for your business practices to be lowered to this caliber. I witnessed other things with other customers during my wait and I think your business practices need to be looked at immediately. If you don't trust your employees judgment, fire them and hire competent thinkers and business minded people. As it stands all of you look like idiots and no one at least not me has time to waste at your institution of business.

Renting a car from this company was a complete nightmare. I strongly suggest avoiding this rental car location at 10340 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225 at all costs. They falsely accused me of causing rodent damage to the engine cable during my rental period, even though I am certain that this damage was not caused while in my possession. I have resided in a well-maintained gated community for over 22 years, where rodent issues are unheard of. In fact, the rental car was securely parked in my garage every night that I had the car. The company's location is on a street that seems to be a rodent habitat, that alone is one of the many reasons to avoid them. The site manager, Jailene T., appears to be friendly at first, but she is quick to make false accusations. Despite promising to send photocopies of the alleged damage over a month ago, I have not received anything from her. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with this company. I previously rented a car from another location that leaked oil all over my driveway, which raised questions about their regular maintenance schedule. They wait for the customer to return the car or request an exchange then they accuse them of causing the damage, which is just shady. I will never use their services again, and I recommend that you don't either. For any future dealings with car rental companies, I will be sure to request a recent service report and ask for additional details before proceeding with the rental. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had. Save yourself the headache and rent from a different company.

Went to this location on Feb 13th After car had broken down to rent a car while on vacation had all necessary paperwork including major credit card in my name and of course driver license which had current my address. After speak with gentleman at front desk he stated to me that he would not be able to rent me a vehicle due in part because my credit card didn’t have a security chip in it. I informed him that that’s the only credit card I had and that there is nothing stated in policy that say you need a card with a chip in side of it. To get straight to the point they didn’t allow me to rent a car. After call their corporate office about issue I was told that they should have allow me to rent a car but there was nothing they could do but file a complaint.i was told they would file complaint with corporate. I also explain that there is nothing explicitly stated in policy that your credit card has to have a chip in credit card. So they gave me the case number the district manager called me I explain the same situation to him. He informed me he would call me back. But never receive a phone call back to find to out the conclusion to investigation. I believe this was a isolated incident because I have used the same card before at other locations. I can only assume since I never heard back that this was a case of them just not wanting to rent to me and will continue to call corporate to find resolution into investigation.

First, I would like to say hands down Enterprise Customer Service is #1. My experience with there rental cars for the past month has been very poor especially the detailing. I try not to be a combative customer and yes I can take my business elsewhere but I choose not to. My opinion is there is a lack of communication with the management team and the vehicle service agents. What I have experienced is the smaller compact cars are not as detailed as the larger vehicles. Fingerprints on the inside of the windows as well as the inside back windows and water spots on the hood and headlights...not so with the larger luxury vehicles ( Impala, Altima, SUV) I accepted a vehicle with over 43,000.00 miles on the car with a cigarette burn in the backseat and the tires were bad. Yes I returned the car because once I got on the interstate I thought I was having a blowout but the front bumper was coming off. In this case no I should not have driving off the lot and this vehicle should not have been on the inventory list to be rented either. Like I stated I try not to be a combative customer. The management team needs to have a better system in place as to making sure that every car that is going out the next day a VSA is on site 30 minutes prior to opening to make sure the VSA completed the job before he/she left the night before. I just want to restate Enterprise Customer Service is very Professional.

Terrible customer service. I bought roadside assistance protection. Coming home late Friday night we picked up a screw in our tire. Tire deflated to 10 psi…I contacted “roadside assistance” Found a convenience store close to the interstate at 12am. Enterprise’s roadside phone service then proceeded to tell me the only solution was for me me to change the tire…which I would have gladly done IF THE VEHICLE HAD A SPARE TIRE…IT DID NOT! So Enterprise told me to rent a room in Byron…and we would have except THERE WERE NO VACANCIES ANYWHERE IN THE AREA…the tire is now COMPLETELY FLAT…so our choices were to sleep in a van with my 3 children and wife, wait for Enterprise to open at 9am the next day…I choose fix their vehicle myself…found a tire plug kit at the convenience store and repaired the tire… Enterprise broke the terms of the contract…and still charged me full price…both managers were rude… when i relayed this experience to the manager on Saturday morning…she told me and I quote, “Sir I had nothing to do with this. LAST NIGHT AT 12am I WAS IN MY BED ASLEEP…” I told her must be nice because i was in a parking lot REPAIRING THE VEHICLE YOU RENTED TO ME…Never do business with this company. They have no integrity.

Literally never given a one star review before but this is ludicrous! I had a car booked for me by my company. Arrived and was told someone would be with me shortly. About 10 minutes later I finally got to talk to someone. "Everything's in order" he said "just need to see your license" I had just gotten a change of address done so I only had the paper copy while I was waiting on the plastic one to arrive in the mail, but it still has the barcode on the back to scan. The guy takes one look and says "Nope! Can't take this, I need your real plastic one." I explained that was all I have as he was moving on to the next customer. He looks back says "well, I can't use that. Have a good one. So I called a Lyft back to my hotel. I was propped up against a wall, now stranded in a different state, 20 miles from my hotel, trying to get things situated and they pull out a set of keys for a rental parked next to me and start mashing the door lock button to make it beep until I moved... SERIOUSLY?! Now I'm stranded, and having to rely on Lyft out of my own pocket because the Enterprise website only states that you must have photo ID... Doesn't say what material it has to be made out of.

My truck was in the shop at Nissian so they took care of my rental except for the deposit. When I returned my car the agent said everything was perfect we will go ahead to release your deposit but that did not happen I called a couple of days later and was told that my rental was only covered for 1 day not 2 and they had contacted Nissian I told the agent that was a issue between them and Nissian not me he proceeded to inform me that was not the case I called Nissian and the person I spoke with said no one had contacted them or they would have taken care of it immediately. The absolute worst customer service ever. I was just going to update this review it has been a week still have not received my deposit back I have called the branch several times and they said they have released it I have also spoken to my bank and they have not received anything from Enterprise so now I am going to dispute the charges. My advice would be go somewhere else if you don’t want these problems

I love renting at Enterprise. I was a longtime Hertz customer. I switched to Enterprise because of their great customer service first of all, they worked with me and they allowed me to pay with my debit card, not everyone has a credit card, and that is my choice. My last rental, i had went with another company because they were much cheaper, i wound up cancelling the rental and went to Enterprise. Even though Enterprise cost me more, i felt more comfortable with them and i have grown a trust with them, also they offer a better choice of vehicles. I had an experience once when i was out of town, the person that i was riding with wanted to stay longer and i needed to come back home, i found an Enterprise close to where i was staying ,went there and they gave me a rental right then and there as a walk-in. I will always be an Enterprise customer and tell my family and friends about them all the time.

Enterprise did a great job managing a lot of early morning customers from nearby repair shops and getting them processed and into cars. I rented a SUV in which (1) the windows were dirty (I had to clean them), (2) the driver door window switches are broken (I have to lean into the back seat to use the switch to raise the window), (3) the car was dingy on the inside, (4) there is no wiper blade on the rear window wiper (good thing I noticed the missing blade before I used the wiper and scratched the window) and (5) the switch to release one of the back seats is awol (probably behind the plastic molding) so I can't put down one of the rear seats. This car should have gone to the repair shop before it was put out for rental. I realize COVID adversely impacted the rental car business, but Enterprise was always better than the others. Hopefully they will get back to excellence before too long.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with this company. I had to rent a car because I was front ended. They required a deposit which I happily gave a CC. It was to be released upon my returning it with a full tank.I did this and I'm still waiting for my deposit. It has been over a week. I was told 24 to 48 hrs. I was told that because the insurance company didn't extend the rental one day( nothing to do with me) that if they didn't I'd be charged. I asked them to help me with this. I was told they did but they did nothing .I had to do all the leg work for them. Took me all of 10 minutes. The fact that I have to wait yet more days is not right. I've been in customer service over 20 years and that is not customer service. I wouldn't use this company for rental. To say they'd charge me for days the car is sitting at there parking lot??? Wow...

The People are excellent. However, there has been a change in attitude. Walk into any other "major" rental car agency and if they do not have the size you have rented, they upgrade you. In this case, I was being shown how much more I was going to pay. Additionally, the Regency East welcomed pilots renting from their location. Now Enterprise has an "Executive Reservation Dept.", which charges you retail price. Another Management Failure creating Executive Resv. Over the past four years since Enterprise stopped allowing renting directly from their Regency East location and as a pilot will not pick you up. Enterprise is not going to exceed your expectations. Used my points, now on to the other rental companies or Uber. Enterprise management has ruined Enterprise Florida.

When I dropped off my vehicle to Joe Hudson Body Shop for repairs, Enterprise had a nice clean Nissan Rogue waiting for me to drive off with. Even though Geico paid everything, it was very nice of Enterprise to give me a great brand new vehicle to drive for the next 10days. It was so easy to return the car as all I had to do was drop off the keys at the body shop when I went to pick my repaired vehicle. I've used Enterprise personally before and the staff on Atlantic Blvd are always nice and treat me right. All the cars I get from them are very clean with no dents or scratches. I treat all the rental cars as if they were mine--we even parked it in the garage each night! We love Enterprise and look forward to renting from them again soon.

I accidentally left my tablet holder in the car I rented here and I called several times including leaving a message right after I dropped the car off after hours stating what I left. I didn't get a call after the second day so I called again and they said they'd look and call me back. Didn't call me back for a few days then I called AGAIN. Then they said someone rented it and I'd have to wait till it was returned because they failed to look in the car for it before renting ti someone else. Said they'd look for it but they basically never found it or lmk anything else. I'm out $20 because they left it in the car before renting it out again or it was stolen. No communication at all at this place otherwise I'd have my item.

Called yesterday and spoke with a either, Abdul or Muhammad, and was advised that there wre no vehiicles available currently for rent. That was around 2pm est. I was todl that return vehicles usually start coming in around 3:30p.m. I requested to be called back when vehicles became available and gave my phone number and informed the individual that I am a Enterprise Plus Rewards member. I also explained the reason for the rental was because my personal vehicle was getting repairs done down the street. I never received a call, and unbeknownst to him, I was across the street getting work done on my vehicle and watching the cars just pile up!! That's just sad.....I didn't call back because....I didin't need to. Obviously!!

The staff members were excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful...they really made me feel valued as a customer. Great Customer Service!!! The best that I've received in a long time. Again, the staff was great. However, the vehicle did not live-up to my expectations. I drove on the interstate and it was a terrible driving experience. While I do recognize that the staff is not completely responsible for the vehicle's performance... it is a product offered by this Brand. Based on my personnel experience - it was definitely not worth the dollar amount that I paid.( Refund) It is important to note, that the vehicle experience is not a direct reflection on the staff. As previously mentioned, the staff was amazing!

I've Been A Enterprise Customer Since 2001 (possibly before then) initially I was a loyal customer until their Service, was no longer "Customer Service." So I started renting vehicles with another Car Rental Establishment. Desperate Mesuares Forced Me To Have To Try Enterprise Again & I Must Say I'm Glad I Did. I Came In To This Location & Was Pleasantly Welcomed & Serviced By "Sam" His Customer Service & Will To Make Your Experience Easy & In A Timely Fashion Was One That Had Me Return To Rent Another Vehicle 3 Weeks Later, Where I Again Had The Pleasure Of Having Him Sevice Me. His Knowledge, Ready & Willingness To Make Your Experience Pleasurable Is One That Shouldn't Go Unnoticed. Thank You Sam Francesca

The dealership paid for my rental while my car was being repaired but when I picked up the car I felt pressured about insurance. I explained that my insurance would cover any damage. The agent called my insurance company to verify coverage and find out the amount of the deductible. I was told that any damage less than my deductible, no matter how small, would require that I pay the full $500 unless I purchased their insurance. I really felt pressured. When I returned the car and explained this to another agent he apologized and asked what he could do to make up for this. He was very nice but the damage was done. I would return if I need to have my car worked on again but I would ask to see a different agent.

I hope not all enterprise locations are the same as this one on Atlantic Blvd. whoever manages this location needs to look at all their employees and the way they treat customers. Your employees were judgmental and disrespectful to me the whole time, did everything as a human being could to not respond to the attitude of the Staff as a whole. In the end you lost a customer and I left without renting a car, best decision I could have made after the unfair treatment. You might think as a chain one customer doesn’t matter and that’s fine. I recommend to anyone who plans on using this company to avoid the Atlantic Blvd location or find a different company to do business with.

Service was unprofessional. When calling to see if a car was available and ready, we were ensured they had one that we could use. When arriving the rental car was not ready and took over 30 minutes to “detail” inside. The car was not washed, smelled of smoke and fuel was only left at a quarter tank. We had to bring the car we rented back to the same enterprise as the dealership did not have rental accommodations available. I will never rent another car from Enterprise as when we dropped the car off they would not provide us a ride to the dealership as it was too far out of their way. We had to Uber to the dealership which was an additional cost that was unnecessary.

I usually have an awesome experience with Enterprise however this last rental in which I had the SUV for 30 days was not. I requested a smaller SUV than the Suburban and they promised to locate me one the next day. I checked back and forth for three days and all other locations personally my self as the staff at the Jville, FL Regency location would not. I spoke with the manager again on day 3 and he promise to call me if he got some small SUV's in. I happen to drive by their location at 5 p.m and I noted a Jeep, Ford Explorer and other smaller SUV but did I ever get the call, no. That is poor customer service to a loyal customer of over 20 years.

I made a reservation to pick up a car on Saturday 9/3/22. Since they close at Noon on Saturday I arrived around 10am. The car was not available and I was told to come back at Noon. I kept reminding them that they are closed at when they want me to return. They could not seem to process the fact that they were closed at that time. So no car. Never going to consider Enterprise again. I have sent the information that you asked including the email receipt of the reservation as the reservation was removed from the account. I strongly advise that Enterprise to NOT allow reservations if the pick up time has to be at or after closing time.

This location used to be amazing!! The energy, the comradery, the flexibility, the speed... I was always blown away by this team! Now... I'm not sure what happened... The staff acts like they don't care and they don't need your business. They're doing the bare minimum. I decided not to even rent anything this past weekend. Easily $300 loss and future recurring revenue loss from me and my family. A couple of the guys who I remember being rockstars (Charles and the red head young guy) are still there, but I didn't get to interact with them. I'm not sure where the head manager of this place went, but they need him back badly it seems.

Had pulled in from being away for work and my family and asked if they could stay open for at least 10 more minutes because I was in my way to get my rent to drive to go spend the holidays with my family since I was away from them form some time. Was told " sir we've been here since 7 am we are also trying to go home with our families". Never have I experience this type of rudeness. I understand long days and want to spend time with family but never in a line of business should you say this to a paying customer. Never again will I come here or reverse here. As well I have already spoken with many friends and family about this.

Hands down One of the best car rental places I’ve been!! My car decided it wanted a break on valentines weekend and They were able to get me a car when everyone else said no.... despite me having reservations. The manager lady was great she saved me a car knowing how busy they were that weekend and knowing I’d be late getting to my reservation in this good ole Jacksonville traffic. The young gentleman who helped me was awesome and even waited with me until my ride came when I dropped off my rental. I will definitely go out of my way to go to this location again. Thank you so much. You were a lifesaver that weekend.

I always rent a car once or twice a year and Branch#4306 is always my favorite . The service is excellent and the staff always go out of their way to accommodate my preferences. Everyone is polite and helpful, but my favorite employee is always Mr. David Laws. He is the consummate example of professionalism and dedication. He is always reliable to pick me up and drive me home before and after rentals. He even “sqeegeed” all the windows on my rental before I left to facilitate optimal views. For the most part my experience with Enterprise went very well. I really liked the the vehicle I had (2018 Toyota Camry). The staff made it a pleasant experience. Complaint: the $200 Deposit on a Major Credit Card. Making the charge to your card the Full Amount + $200. Which seems excessive when using a Major Credit Card. This really is problematic when you look up renter requirements on the website and it does not list a Deposit for a Major Credit Card, but instead it lists one for a Non Major Credit Card. I would recommend Enterprise for car rental, but beware of the deposit even when using a Major Credit Card.

The customer service at 10340 Atlantic Blvd. is awesome! My complaint is the cleanliness of the vehicles. Each time I rented a vehicle, it was more than filthy! My husband and I had to spend extra time cleaning and sanitizing the vehicles before we could attempt to go anywhere. It's pretty frustrating; and I was told, there is new management and the cleaning service of the vehicles would improve. I would love to see this happen. The manager is such an awesome guy, customer driven and customer focused! If these characteristics could be a part of the cleaning crew, this branch would be an amazing place!

The Regency Enterprise location is the best. I have always had a good experience here so even though there is a competitor's location right next door to my home and office as well as several Enterprise offices close to me I make the drive to work with these folks. Today was another great experience, Rain assisted me on the phone and Conner helped me on site. I needed a 15 passenger van at very short notice as nd only 1 hour from closing on a Sunday. The staff here once again exceeded expectations and got me on the road. I will continue to work with this location for my personal and corporate needs.

The experience that I had at Enterprise was excellent services. I received calls from the customer service representative in regard to if I was having issues with the rental and see if I wanted to return the vehicle on the due date or if I wanted to extend the time. I ended up keeping the vehicle 15 days and during that time I had pleasant conversation and excellent services from the Regency Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Jacksonville, Florida. My overall experience with Enterprise has been good, until this last time. The vehicle we received was absolutely horrible. The alignment was off and the tires were in really bad shape. The car was picked up and it felt like something was not right. I asked my husband to drive it and he immediately said we were taking the vehicle back and get a different one. Unfortunately, the location was closed and there wasn't anything we could do that day. There is no way the mechanics, in their expert knowledge, did not know that something was wrong. This was an unsatisfactory and unsafe situation.

Enterprise is a great company. I regularly recommend their typically great service to anyone who asks. But there are some locations that don't meet the mark. This is one of them. The employees are nice enough, and are very pleasant as they explain how they are unable to complete your request as confirmed, don't have the confirmed vehicle, even after calling to confirm, etc. The branch, as a whole, falls well shy of the effort, foresight and competency of most other Enterprise locations. I rent often and avoid this location if it can be helped. I die a little inside when it cannot.

My corporate card was incorrectly charged for personal charges. I called in for a resolution and to have the charges removed from my corporate account and billed to my personal account. I worked with Parker Avery in Accounting at the Jacksonville, Fl Atlantic Blvd location. Parker was amazing, his service excellence was apparent and appreciated. Parker took the time to reach out to the local branch and have the charges amended. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Parker is a part of the reason I will continue to choose Enterprise for my corporate and personal business.

They took fantastic care of my family. We had a wonderful minivan. The children were all happy. We had a problem halfway through our trip. As soon as, I contacted Enterprise, they made sure we were safe. They took care of us and they upgraded our rental. Everything was fine for the rest of the trip. I originally booked online. Got confirmed that what I wanted was available, only to receive a call an hour later from the requested location that they did not in fact have the type of vehicle I was requesting. My second course of action was booking over the phone as I thought the had a better idea of inventory. Once the vehicle and location were confirmed, I drove over 45 min only to discover the location did not have the vehicle. I ended up with a smaller vehicle at basically the same price as the Full size SUV I originally requested.

I rented a car from this facility (10340) a few years back and had excellent service and reps that were very attentive to every detail. Unfortunately, I had to deal with 4303 Atlantic last week because traffic kept me from getting here before closing. Megan at 4303 is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She is definitely not an asset to them and I will never do business there again. Next time I need a car, I will make sure my time is utilized so I can get to the 10340 office in time. 4303 is closer, but I'll gladly pass them by.

I always rent from enterprise and my last trip is the reason why. I had a problem with the vehicle I rented 1200 miles away. made a call and I was directed to the closest office which happen to be near by. they swap the vehicle quickly and with no hassle or additional fees. I know I can always find an enterprise office near me. They are very helpful and friendly. they were even willing to upgrade my vehicle at no cit if they didn't have a similar one. When i received my vehicle it had less than half a tank of gas ⛽ and I have a 45 minute commute both to from work. When the enterprise came to pick me up from the dealership the 2nd row seats were a mess full of someone's food crumbs, so i sat in the front passenger seat. Driver was polite and courteous. So i now have my rental that i have had to fill the ⛽ tank and will see what happens when I turn the vehicle back to enterprise will i be refunded some of my gas money or not. Other than that, the service was good.

It was a minor issue first I was told no pickup/drop off so I had to cancel. Reschedule to another location just to find out that you do pick up/drop off. Meanwhile, I took a chance that you could help by the other location told me just go over and this location could pull by reservation and help, you did. I LOVE this Enterprise location! They are all super nice and helpful. I first worked with Chris and when it was time to change up my rental, I got to work with Kalil. Kalil is super thoughtful. He helped me get into a more comfortable and budget friendly car while my car is in the shop. The cars in this fleet are always super clean, which in these crazy times is always a plus. I look forward to having this be my main location and never having to drive to the airport again!!

Called on Sunday morning at 10:45 AM and made the reservation and for them to come pick me up since I was in a car accident and had no car. No one called or came to pick me up and they did not answer when I called before they closed. Now I am without a car or way to get to work in the morning. Not happy with them right now. If they could not pick me up then say so and would have ubered to make sure I got there. Now I am stuck with no transportation.

Worst enterprise yet.. they have NO cars. They lie about what you able to get and customer service ridiculous.. kinda racial place.. I drive a bmw the tried to put me in a 2016 camera so I asked for a better car they gave me a truck with bugs in it!! LITERALLY!! Terrible service by the branch manager Jauares Boatwright. Slow, rude, and unprofessional service by a poorly trained employee. When poor service of an employee brought to his attention, in professional manner, he refused to rent a car despite the booking being already completed. I've been a customer at other locations for over 15 years and never had a problem. This guy should be fired for a gross professional misconduct.

Took an hour to get a car. Finally had to drive across the street to pick a car up from getting an oil change. Car I got was filthy and smelled really bad. What is the point of making a reservation in advance if they won’t actually hold a car for you?! Even when I dropped it off I had to wait! I’ll stick with Alamo next time, they are way cheaper anyway and only require a $100 deposit (half of Enterprise’s $200 deposit).

Flawless experience! Another insurance company was paying for my rental. I was supposed to get a Nissan Altima or similar. They didn't have any available so they upgraded me to a brand new, never before driven, 2018 Silverado. They picked me up from Gerber Collision when I dropped my vehicle off and they drove me back when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Kyle handled the rental agreement was very professional. Good guy.

I made reservations way in advance only to find out the day they did not have what we needed. We were going to visit family that was really sick. This is the second time they let us down. In September they gave a van that was so stink!!! When I asked the worker to clean the van again he had a bad attitude. Of course he half way cleaned it. Also something was wrong with the tire so on our trip we had to fix it. SMH!!!!!

Nick was very helpful! (Nick with the goatee, there's two Nicks) He got me into something I felt comfortable in, even though it was supposed to be a Ford, by ruling of my dealerships rules. They didn't have one so he got me in a Ram 1500 LOADED OUT!!! Once they got a Ford in, they gave me a shout and got me into an F-150 V8. They were really cool about switching everythi g over for me and it was quick and painless.

Customer service is ok but the I car I got was used by some smoking customer I guess, it smell so bad I couldn't sit in that car without the windows down. This is the second time it happens with me. Called the location and they want me to take the car to any location to get another, which is not bad but the guy never said sorry or anything of that sort that I had to spend time and effort to get another car.

The staff is great. But the cars are on their own level. I know its hard to keep cars and suvs in stock but if i reserve a suburban i expect to pick up a suburban. There's got to be some kind of process they can come up with to Don't expect to get a suburban when you reserve one online. I ended up with a chevy tahoe when I reserved a suburban. Now I got 8 people with all their luggage for a 1 week trip.

Horrible experience. Had 3 cars in 2 days due to them not having the correct size SUV even thought I had a reservation. Finally got the right sized SUV on the 3rd try but it was disgusting. All 3 cars windows were filthy on the inside and the dash, doors and consoles just had cleaner smeared on them. There is no way those cars were cleaned between renters. I’ll never use Enterprise again.

Can't brag enough about this location !! We use this location frequently and they are always accommodating. Today they did not have the particular vehicle we needed/reserved for our trip. The team worked to find what we needed. Isaac drove us to the location to get what we needed and we were back on schedule. The most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They are all highly unprofessional and no one knows the policies. I was denied a SUV because I was 21, but USAA has an agreement with the company military personnel don't have an age restriction. The person helping me argued with me for approximately 5 min, before I pulled up the policy directly from their corporate website.

Criminal operation. This location changed the return time to 3 hours earlier than I reserved without making me aware. Upon my timely return I was charged an additional “time and distance” fee=an additional days rental=$112.95.CHECK YOUR RETURN TIME!!! Also, vehicle type reserved NOT AVAILABLE at the time of pick up !! 2 HOURS LATER another vehicle offered.

I reviewed all documents online and not once does it detail what the deposit cost will be. I assumed the cost amount but it still wasn't what they asked for once I showed up to rent the vehicle. Enterprise worked with us after our car was stolen. Our insurance was initially paying for the rental car, but then we took responsibility for the payments after we exceeded our policy limit. Enterprise kept us at a great rate in the same car and they were able to extend the time we kept the rental car until our new car was secured.

I booked a large SUV from another location and learned the morning I was picking it up they didn't have one. I called this location and they were able to move my reservation over and provided me a vehicle. I have rented from them before and they seem to go out of their way to accommodate if possible.
