Renting a car from enterprise was easy and fast but expecting after the fact service from the Tampa Airport enterprise rental location was non existent. They don't seem to care for you much once you return the vehicle. I left my wallet in their car, tried calling for days with no answer ever, filled out a lost and found still nothing, went there in person and was sent home after making me wait for 40mins. No one there ever tried to lift a finger to help. Knowing that the wallet is in their possession, I was left with no choice but to call Tampa Airport police and report the wallet stolen by enterprise. Later I received a call for a lady who later handed me my wallet and told me that all they had to do is call down to the office and I would have brought the wallet, instead I was lied to that the items left are not in the building nor do they disclose the location where to collect them from and I was asked to wait for a response on a lost and found ticket. A day after I picked up my wallet, I received an email from the lost & found saying sorry but they still have not located my wallet . This manager in Tampa airport location who wasted my trip to the airport in heavy traffic was a heartless person, specially after I told her I just drove an hour and a half to get here and would appreciate if she could just check and she refused. I hope enterprise management will take note and do something about the manager on duty at Tampa airport location on 12/14/2023 around 11:30am. She really need training in customer service. Next time I have to rent a car, I will always remember this treatment from an enterprise manager.

Scheduled a luxury rental car online to be picked up and dropped off at the Tampa International Airport. Paid and confirmed in advance which allowed me to skip the check-in line and go straight to the lot to pick my rental car. Loved that! There were only three luxury car choices remaining to choose from (out of only six available), one of which was a Chrysler 300. The one I wanted. The color was oddly enough a copper orange color. Kind of put off by the color, but the car itself was super comfortable. Leaving out of the lot I had to provide info to the gate guard. I was lured into agreeing to pay $72 for Enterprise to refill the gasoline tank to full so I wouldn’t have to stop at the pump when I returned. Was told it saves 0.10-0.15 cents from the pump. What I wasn’t told was that my card would be charged $72 regardless of whether they had to refill one gallon or 30. My complete driving distance for the rental was 48 miles. At best, two gallons worth of gasoline use. This shouldn’t have cost more than $8, but they were going to charge $72? When I returned the car this was brought up and staff said they would “make it right.” I was, in fact, then only charged for what it cost to bring the tank to full. Sidenote: the car pulsated when braking which implied the rotors were warped. Told staff and they thanked me for reporting it. Said they would have it checked out. All in all I LOVE Enterprise Rental Car and they are my go-to for rental when I fly into Tampa, Florida.
As someone who is a rewards member with Enterprise for YEARS, I was just treated in the most AWFUL way at the airport. I have never had an issue, always use the same form of payment, until now. For the record, Florida is the ONLY state that puts a deposit on your card. I recently went out of state to where they don’t put deposits (I didn’t know this & found out the hard way) but in FL they do. WELL, I thought that because I’ve been a member for so many years, that they just don’t put a deposit anymore. Well, I was wrong. I went to rent a car today at the air port like I’ve done at the same location for the last 3 years, but only put the amount of the rental (because like I said, they never put a deposit hold in other states). The cashier never told me there was going to be a deposit, just ran my card & of course, it was declined because there was only the amount of the rental. So I said, ‘no problem! I’ll just add more!’ Well, he then said they couldn’t run the same card again. So I said ok, I’ll just use my debit card, and he again said no, that I was unable to use that form of payment at the airport, EVEN with other forms of identification which I’ve done in the past as well. I had to leave the car there, embarrassed. The associate did nothing to try to help me, or call someone else to try to work it out. I never have been treated this way with all the years & money I’ve given to the company. Embarrassing.
A minor maintenance issue with my rental resulted in one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever experienced. 3 phone calls to the national listed number, 1 in person interaction with a nearby Enterprise location, followed by 2 phone calls to the Enterprise location where my vehicle was obtained from did not resolve this issue. I could not get through to anyone at the Enterprise place or origin. Nobody was empowered to take the initiative to fix the maintenance issue. Instead, I had to drive 30 miles back to the airport to swap my car out. Although I received a discount for my inconvenience, the larger issue is that that a6 contacts (phone and in person) could not resolve the problem. Upon returning the car at the conclusion of my lease, the attendant politely asked me to rate Enterprise Service. I told him my score was a "zero", and that I could not even reach anyone on the phone at the car rental origin location. The attendant politely told me "we don't have phone we answer. You have to use email to contact Enterprise. No reasonable person can conclude this is a good practice. Customer Service in broken at Enterprise. Someone who is a decision maker need to reimagine what "Customer Service" really means. Currently, Enterprise does not understand. Instead of repairing Customer Service, the mindset is to just pay off the customer when things go bad. Sadly, Enterprise is not alone. Mark Anthony
I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for over 10 years. I have never had any issues until now. I picked up a vehicle and unfortunately had to bring it back for an exchange the same day due to low tire issue and being stranded at 11pm because the transmission was giving out. When I got there, I was told that the damage that was on the vehicle’s front bumper was my fault because it wasn’t on file and I needed to pay for it. (The damage was already there when I got the vehicle). They said the car was previously in an accident on that same bumper but shows on file that it was fixed. They said they would review the cameras to see if the damage was there already and I would get an email within 24 hours. I got my exchanged vehicle and came back to drop off 4 days later and asked for a manager to follow up on the camera footage results. She told me that if I didn’t receive an email by now then don’t worry because that means they reviewed the cameras and saw the damage. 2 days after that, I received an email with the claim number. I will not be doing business with them anymore and I am fighting this case because they put my life in danger with this vehicle and accused me of damage that was not done by me. Their staff needs to do their job and report accidents when they happen and nobody would be in this situation.
First off I would like to say every time I rent a vehicle from enterprise at Tampa airport they usually take good care of me but the issue was with the vehicle that I had and the discount that they gave to me once I return the vehicle that I had. What happened was I had a large SUV which they gave me a 2021 Chevy Tahoe which is very nice and clean until I made it to my destinations with took 11 hours before the truck started messing up on me which was the check engine light so I got on the phone and called and spoke with someone and they told me that the manager was supposed to be calling me back within 20 to 30 minutes never received a call so I was unsafe with the vehicle that I had and left it at a family member house. The next morning I have went next-door to a AutoZone to get the truck a diagnostic check and also got back on the phone and called once again and the guy told me the closest enterprise was an hour away so I had to drive to Jackson Mississippi and on top of that I had to miss my family members funeral service which upsetting me a lot because of the truck issue then I couldn’t bring all the stuff that I took up there because of the SUV they gave me at the airport in Jackson Mississippi it wasn’t the same size it was a Pick Up F150.
NEVER NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE‼️ THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME I RENT A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE‼️ These people are very big liars, I rent a car for a couple days. My car was mostly staying then driving, when I returned the car back, they checked the car if everything was good, and they gave me receipt!!! Four days later I received a email saying my roof was damaged! HOW THE ROOF? I didn’t get any pictures of damage, only asking me for my insurance, and pay for damage! Are these people stupid or what? If anything happens (damage) with the car, I should’ve received a notice in 24 hours, not 4DAYS! Ok?! I understand things can happen, like scratch on the side front or back… BUT ROOF? Are you kidding me. And also when I was speaking with the lady today on the phone, she was like sleeping, and seemed like she doesn’t even care about what I am saying. My big message to all the people, who rent a car with Enterprise. BE CAREFUL PLEASE‼️ RENT SOME OTHER PLACES‼️ We are renting car every 3 months, we travel a lot, and never had any problems before!!! JUST WITH ENTERPRISE!!! BAD EXPERIENCE THINK TWICE IF YOU WANT TO GET CAR FROM THEM!
Best customer oriented car rental company around! From reserving the car all the way to returning the car, it was a great experience. When I arrived at Tampa airport, I was able to avoid the line by checking in on line. As a bonus, there was an employee in the line area offering help. (Have never seen that at any other companies!) Next, in the pickup area, there was another employee directing me where to go. Then I was allowed to choose my own car based on the level I reserved (instead of being forced to take a car I don’t want). As a bonus, there were plenty of great choices. When I went to exit in my vehicle I was approached by another employee and asked if I was happy with my choice and the check out process was explained. (Another pleasant surprise- not sure why more rental companies don’t do the same). Upon returning my car, they made sure I was happy (which I was). We will only be renting from enterprise or partner companies from now on. Thank you for getting customer service right!
The pricing for my vehicle was great everything else not so much. I book online and maybe 24 hours prior I received a check in email. I’m like “wow this is great. No need to wait now I can just arrive and select my vehicle.” WRONG! I arrived and apparently my vehicle was not available (premium SUV) . It was suggested for me to take a sedan. I looked but I didn’t want a sedan, I wanted what I was paying for plus it was my birthday weekend so I waited. As I waited, I saw a man drive by with a black BMW SUV so it appeared my vehicle was given away even though I put down what time I was arriving. After 20-30 minutes I was offered a Mercedes GLA. Waited another 30 minutes to exit. The checkout lady was rude. As I’m checking out I’m realizing I’m going through the same exact process that I did online. What was the point of checking in online if I had to do it again. Upon return everything was smooth. Pedro (he gave me a card with his name on it) was very nice.
They most arrogant representatives there Shenia gave the most horrible experience ever. The snotty and nasty stares, s sarcastic comments, The invasion of my privacy, asking me where I was going in the rental car I have never been asked where was I going at any branch or airport facility throughout the United States. I asked Kenna show me the policy and procedure where you ask customers where they're going in a rental vehicle they could not provide it, but I watched Another colleague put a customer in a rental and she was not asked where was she going? She was Caucasian, so maybe that played a difference but I'm definitely not happy with the customer service experience that I've actually had at this location for the last two trips it will definitely be a no for me and if I had to score them, they would not even get one. They would definitely get a zero. I am very big on customer service and a customer experience and this was definitely not it
Requested a chevy tahoe - large suv but came in on a Friday night to Tampa International and the wait line at 8:45pm to pick up my reservation was ridiculous. They put us in a Nissan Armada that wound having engine issues and we needed to return the next day. We waited an hour again at Tampa International the next morning to exchange vehicles, again asked for the Chevy Tahoe we reserved 90 days prior and were given another Nissan Armada. The vehicle served the purpose but again once we had issues with engine lights going on during our vacation. I utilize Enterprise quite often for work and personal and have always had a good experience. I was disappointed with this experience especially since I rented on vacation for 10 days. I will have reconsider who I rent from next time. I did appreciate the helpful folks at the Tampa International when we exchanged vehicles but again disappointed we did not receive the vehicle we reserved.
Good Morning, To provide feedback, I did not have a good experience with my rental. The car was in pour condition due to the hole in the floor of the car, coffee stains on seats/door handles, and the steering wheel constantly pulled to the right while driving on the highway. The drive felt unsafe. I was forced to book additional days because I did not have a credit card although I had cash and debit funds available. I was unaware that I would have to spend twice as much even though I booked the rental in advance. I was also forced to drive a bigger model car than I booked. I booked a specifically small sized car to ensure I saved on gas. The original price I was suppose to pay was around 144.00 but I ended up being charged around 441.00. Inconclusion my experience was poor due the rental being unclean, damaged and unsafe. Please attached photos. Being charged full price for this experience unsatisfactory.
On site staff were quick and helpful. Thus the 1 star. However, after finding out our rental was infested with roaches, dealing with customer service over the phone was a headache. I was orginally asked to return the vehicle to swap out for another however, my husband and I both refused to get back into a vehicle infested with roaches. It took about 5 hours and several phone calls for someone to send a tow to pick the vehicle up. We were then instructed to go to another Enterprise that was closer to us to pick up a new vehicle. Only to find out they did not have any vehicles available. We were told to go back to the Tampa Airport Enterprise because they would have to replace the vehicle. The new vehicle was roach free (Thankfully) however the situation was very traumatizing and I am fearful about accidently taking them home in my luggage/purse. Please beware!!! Enterprise has to do better.
Arriving in Tampa with two little kids and a baby I was greeted by a selection of cars, none of which was the one that I chose online. I had pre-ordered a baby seat, which the guys were completely unaware of. When I inform them, they presented me with a cheap plastic baby seat wrapped in a plastic bag. I had to wrestle the thing into the back seat of the car myself, only to find that it was broken and was missing. One of the clips needed to fasten it into the car. So I had to drag the broken baby seat back to the guys, and get a different guy to get me a different baby seat and then wrestle that one into the car by myself. After flying with a bunch of children, this is an extremely undesirable state of affairs. I just want to throw my luggage into the car that I ordered and drive away. Beyond that, the quality of the vehicle was behind, and the service was okay.
Update: It has been more than a week since I reached out for assistance, and despite receiving several emails, the issue remains unresolved. The communication primarily involved transferring my case between different departments, without any substantial progress being made. This experience has left me disappointed with the efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided Rented a car in TPA for a trip to GA. Car would not start due to technical issues. We were supposed to receive a call from the "management" it has been four days now and not one phone call. Instead we were charged the full amount plus $500 for damage the vehicle and are receiving emails damage recovery unit. Called customer service and was connected to "escalation team". He did nothing other than do bad call DRU and hung up. Enterprise is for sure not going the EXTRA MILE for the customers.
We recently rented at the Tampa airport. With a large family of 8, we are never certain we will all fit in the rental car we secure. When we got to the desk to pick up the car, Lisa and Robby were so stellar. Seamlessly, they worked together to be sure our registration process was complete, and then they completely quelled my fear that we'd end up in a 7-passenger vehicle by calling down to the garage ahead of us getting there. No additional charges were assessed, and we left the lot in an incredibly nice vehicle WITH a child car seat, too! (That may not seem like a big deal, but I've been stuck with no car seat before!) When we returned the car, Fabio was incredibly helpful as well. He made our transition back to the airport. I'm incredibly grateful for the customer service provided that made this trip such a success for us.
We had a minivan reserved and checked in online before arriving. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 45 minute wait for a minivan. 45 minutes passed and the line for a van kept getting longer. The associate asked if we would take a smaller vehicle, which I had to decline because we had 4 kids, 3 suitcases and a stroller with us. We ended up waiting near an hour and a half for a vehicle. It is extremely frustrating that reservations don’t seem to matter anymore when it comes to renting vehicles. They’re always short on vehicles and while it typically end in an upgrade, starting our vacation hanging out in a parking garage with 4 kids is not an acceptable experience.
Absolutely terrible customer service. There was ONE person at the counter. There were; however, 5 or 6 other employees, flitting about, trying to get everyone to use the new kiosks, which worked for not one person. It took just over an hour to get through the line and get my car. In that hour, four renters were served. Then, when I finally got downstairs in the garage, not a single employee. Luckily, everything is well identified by signage so I could find the vehicle. EVERY single person who worked upstairs should be fired and replaced, as soon as possible. On the other hand when I returned the vehicle, customer service was excellent. The team there did a fabulous job.
Customer service is great. Everything was smooth. We even appreciated the way they let us pick our vehicle in the certain class that we rented. That was fun. The Vehicle was in great condition. Very clean and smelled great. . When we returned the car, the gentleman were absolutely awesome, friendly and kind. It was just an amazing experience. You guys are such a great hospitality customer service company. I’ve been in the customer service hospitality business for 30 years owning Restaurants. You guys know how to do it right. I wish all people in customer service could treat people the way your staff and team treats their customers because it’s off the charts…..
I’m a DOD employee. The vehicle is for work. I’m renting it for the entire year. I picked the car up from an airport. The first vehicle was a Chevy Blazer. It was a lemon with endless electronic issues. I took it to a local Enterprise shop and they swapped it for a Mitsubishi Outlander. They were kinda friendly but since the vehicle is from another location they drug their feet. It is a much better vehicle, but has a continuous “vehicle needs service” message on the dash. The local Enterprise shop said don’t worry about it. It seems to be a recurring theme with Enterprise, just smile and say that the problem isn’t their problem.
I was very frustrated as I rented a truck(F-150) and they did not have one available so I had to take an SUV. I also paid the same amount for a truck that I did for an SUV which I believe an SUV is cheaper so they made me pay more for less which I am not okay with. Second, when I turned my car in I forgot my AirPods in the middle console and got no call saying I left them and enterprise has them. I will probably not rent from enterprise again unless I absolutely have to because of the terrible service I got and paying more for less. They do not tailor towards customers and I do not appreciate being taken advantage of.
Expedia had booked me with another car company but I cancelled that to book with Enterprise. It was a little more money ($10 a day) but was worth it for my peace of mind. I picked up the car at Tampa airport. I had made arrangements ahead of time so it was a quick in and out. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. I was able to choose which car I wanted from the lot rather than being given what they assigned me. The Corolla I chose had some dents and dings but was spotless. Likewise, drop off was a breeze. Even though I can get discounts with other companies Enterprise is my preferred car rental company.
I was given a car with over 35,000 miles in it and the key FOB almost never worked! I was moving my son into his dorm and having so much difficulty to open the trunk, open and lock the doors and start the car was an absolute nightmare. I complained at the car return and was told they can only give me a discount at that location which is a location I would most likely never need again. I was then told someone will reach out to me about my experience and NO ONE ever did. Enterprise, you should do better. I don’t know if I’d ever use your company again after such an experience.
Our experience with enterprise Rent-A-Car in Tampa Florida was absolutely stellar. I do not recall the young ladies name that assist us in the terminal with the rental but she was phenomenal had plenty of patience and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The same can be said for the folks at the rental lot, who directed us to our vehicles and especially a young man that assisted me with folding down the seats of a seven passenger van he was just great. Everyone at this location deserves great kudos for great customer, service, and knowledge about their profession.
We are seniors who took their first vacation in over 30 years (long before the current technology). The Enterprise employees were very friendly and super helpful in getting us checked in. The return process was very easy at Tampa International Airport. I required a wheelchair. The Enterprise attendant told us to wait in the rental vehicle (seated and with AC on), since it would take several minutes for the wheelchair to arrive. Surprisingly it arrived in less than 3 minutes! We highly recommend Enterprise car rental service at Tampa International Airport. Best service ever!
It couldn't have been simpler to book a car and get through the online check-in so I didn't even have to stop at the rental counter at the airport. It was super-quick to choose a great car and get on our way. Returning the car was equally quick and easy - Brady greeted us and led us through about a one-minute process and that was it. Great combo of personal and online steps made this an experience that was simple and safe and quick and fun. And the '23 Nissan Rogue was a blast! Will definitely be using Enterprise again.
Enterprise has always been our rental car company. This past time was no exception. We had an issue on day 1 with having to change a tire, it was effortless to get an exchange vehicle. We thank Gaby at Clearwater/St Petersburg location for that. When we brought back the 2nd vehicle at the end of our trip, Julio and his supervisor were more than generous with crediting some of our rental fee for the hassle we had gone through in the beginning. Customer service is definitely their priority and we are very grateful!!
Enterprise is always our go to, we’ve been rewards members for over 20 years. On this particular trip to Tampa, we were saying goodbye to our mother. As leaving her behind was quite emotional, a lovely young lady by the name of Madi, we could tell something significant happened upon asking if this was a personal leisure trip and just offered simple kindness and graciousness. She is not the first team member from Enterprise that we have encountered at TPA over the years, but she was the perhaps the most awesome.
I would like to thank Sarah at the Tampa International Airport. On returning the vehicle, she asked if there was any problem. I explained how I could not get CarPlay to work and that I was getting a Key Battery Low message when starting the car. She asked me to wait a moment and came over with her manager and told me that they would be taking off a days rental cost as compensation. I did not expect that and was pleasantly surprised and thankful for their desire to compensate. Keep up the great work Sarah!
Awesome, friendly, responsive customer service team. As soon as my family exited to the parking lot area at Tampa International Airport we were greeted by friendly Enterprise staff who went above and beyond to find us our perfect vehicle in the larger SUV class. Upon return of the rental car, we received the same courteous, friendly, and helpful customer service staff. I only rent from Enterprise because this is how our experience is each and every time we need to rent a car. Thanks again!!!
I’m giving this a one star because of customer service. When my husband lost his wallet in another car, some workers gave him the worst attitude and wouldn't even try to help him. Didn't get a manager nothing. My husband asked if there was a way to contact this customer (we knew exactly what car he lost it in).Thank goodness a manager just happened to be there to help us. He helped right away and was able to find the customer. At the end, we got his wallet and finished our trip in Tampa.
Kaleb at the Atlanta International Airport return center was TERRIFIC!! He didn't rush us, helped us get all our luggage out of the car and made sure we checked for everything. When I explained to him the car had ants coming from the front dash and windows, he was sincerely apologetic, even though he had nothing to do with it, which made him a great representative for Enterprise! He also made sure we knew where to go and on what floor to catch the tram to the airport. Thank you Kaleb!!
The professional level in the way I was treated was superb, the whole process was seamless, I checked in online before I arrived and had to do a minimal process to pick up the vehicle, the vehicle was clean and with a full tank. I was given a business card with phone number and email of a person in case I needed anything but all was good, I was visiting my father in the hospital and you made the trip more practical. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car for providing an exceptional service!
The rental car was just fine. It was when I went to return the car in Port Charlotte, FL that I felt like I was getting shaken down by the attendant. He said the 'tire inflator kit' was missing, and that I may be getting charged for it. First off, who checks for that? No one mentioned this when i checked the car out in the first place, either. The location for said kit was fairly well hidden in a compartment. I'll be watching my card statement for any charges for this. Renter beware
If I could I would give them a 10 star rating! Jose and the staff were beyond amazing! At 11pm we were warmly welcomed and given fast service so we could get our vehicle loaded up. They answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations on the area. Great selection of vehicles- The Clean and ready-to-go Ford Expedition was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. Clean and well lit facility. Easy place to navigate. Guaranteed we will rent from here again. Thank you!
With a high demand for rental cars, enterprise made the check in and check out process very smooth. Especially, considering I was traveling with my infant daughter. The only recommendation I would have is the car seats. Was a bit archaic in comparison to others, and wound up buying another car seat to what we have at home the first day of rental. Other than that the car was in great condition (Audi Q5) and staff was incredibly accommodating. Best rental experience in some time.
I recently rented a vehicle for a few days and it was amazing! Was very happy with service from start to finish. Erick helped setting it up, Emily told me where to go downstairs at the parkinglot of the airport & Wilma…I hope that’s her name! She had glasses and helped me when I dropped the truck off at return rentals! She was amazing! Such great customer service with Enterprise. Definitely recommend spending a few extra bucks with great customer service then going cheap.

We had no issues with our rental. Several employees emphasized the process for gaining assistance if we should need it throughout our rental time. Returning the vehicle was a breeze. If I could give Enterprise at TPA 10 stars I would. I made my reservation online added all my info and from the moment I stepped up to the counter until I returned the car to John it was seamless!!! We were in the car within 15 minutes of getting to the airport and on the train back to the terminal within 5 minutes of dropping the car off. There is no need for me to debate over a few dollars here or there it is and always has been Enterprise for our family!!!!!
Jessica and Oscar from Enterprise Rental Car location at MIA handled an issue I had with the previous rental with professionalism and courtesy. Jessica immediately looked into the matter and got me into my next rental quickly and Oscar assured me the matter will be resolved straightaway…he actually followed up with me and closed the matter at hand. Again, not only that they handled the matter immediately, they treated me with respect!
Enterprise has always been my preferred go to for rental cars. Booking the car was easy and fast. Picking up the car & using their kiosk was easy & fast (there was 4 of us picking up our cars all with different companies and I was the first one to my car and out the lot while others were still waiting in line.) Drop off was easy & smooth & the agent Carolyn who helped us was professional & friendly. I’ll always stick with Enterprise!

Great place for a commercial truck rental I rented their Dually 3500 Dodge to tow a camper, unforeseen problem with the trailer electrical connection but they did remedy right away I would highly recommend them Easy Shot from outside Fayetteville. Courtney assisted me for the rental and did a wonderful job tracking the vehicle down since I needed a dual rear wheel vehicle highly recommended definitely would use them again
The line to the counter moved quickly and smoothly. The associate behind the counter was friendly and efficient. The vehicle that I had requested was available. The vehicle was very clean, the gas tank was full, and it was equipped with all the luxury systems needed for comfortable and enjoyable travels. Returning the vehicle was just as fast and efficient as it was at pick-up.
Super friendly customer service from start to finish. I can’t remember the lady name that checked me out. We conversed so much. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Richard greeted us at the door to pick up the car and he was just as sweet and kind. He had us laughing and gave us some nice places to go. Even Alba at the exit gate was sweet. The entire experience was amazing.
I am a long time and loyal customer of Enterprise. That’s because Enterprise is so simple and hassle free and even better, I find it most reasonably priced. I’ve never had issues with not getting a vehicle nor have I ever had issues with add on or hidden costs. The price you see at time of reserving is the price you pay. This was far and away the best and easiest rental car experience I've ever had. Check in on the app, input your card for payment and NO LINES - just go right to the garage and PICK WHATEVER CAR YOU WANT! It was great. The staff is super friendly and the process is very efficient. Longest wait was just to get scanned out of the garage with whichever car you picked.
I normally love Enterprise, however, this trip wasn't as great. After having the car for a day a nice gentleman told me I have no tail or brake lights. I had driven over 100 miles in the dark with no idea. I called to have car towed and it was. No communication from Enterprise regarding the safety issue. I did receive my full bill though. Not impressed.
Enterprise was so easy and affordable. I downloaded the app, made a reservation, and checked in…all before getting to the airport. Once there, I went straight to garage, showed my checked in screen and I was on my way. Fast and easy and I skipped the long line. Their representatives are always so friendly and helpful. First time pickup at the Sarasota, FL airport. Usually I'm given a choice of vehicles, but here, I was not given a choice. I was okay with that until I drove the SUV. Now I know I do not like driving a Mazda. I do miss having an agent walk out to the car with me and answer questions about how some things work in the cars that we aren't use to.
Everything went smooth with the rental and return process. The car was nice & clean! I like that Enterprise let's you choose your vehicle from a row of choices! The only thing was we needed to add a little air to the front tires initially but other than that everything was great! The held the air they just were low. We always use Enterprise!
Love that I can check in on my phone ahead of time and go straight to the garage. Love that I can choose the make of my car from the lineup they have. Overall a great experience renting from Enterprise at their Tampa Airport location. The rental process went very smoothly with both the pick up and drop. Easiest car rental ever! It took less than 5 minutes to get our car and drive away from the airport. Was able to do everything ahead of time and skip the line. The car was way more luxurious than I expected (SUV). The price quoted ahead of time was the exact price we paid. Drop off at the airport was organized and took 2 minutes tops!
We had such a great experience from the counter with Sharon helping us, the help outside picking the car, all the way to bringing it back! Even with being busy it was super short wait time for getting assistance. All the associates we encountered had great attitudes about, enterprise and the associates made it such an easy transition.

This time especially, being that I was able to check-in from my phone, chose my car from the lot, and was done with the whole pick-up in 5 minutes or less. Drop-off was just as simple. Made a reservation months in advance but upon arrival they had no cars ready and there was a waiting list to get a car. We had to wait over an hour to get a vehicle. After a 6hr flight with 2 young kids and a 2hr drive in front of us, this was a big headache and I don't plan on using Enterprise again.
The midnight office manager at the Tampa airport location was rude and not in the least willing to fulfill my reservation. We took a taxi to a nearby hotel. Went back in the morning, the staff were extremely helpful polite and got our car processed. The way I am used to being treated at Enterprise.

My car broke down on a sunday and i needed a rental. The airport was the only option for a car rental place that was open. Enterprise made it easy and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the toll pass option and getting to choose my own vehicle.
Staff is very friendly and sometimes they give a pleasant upgrate but everytime when i select a class of car/ model it is 95% of the time never available. This is my biggest dissapointment because for the size of the company you would think the car/ model would be available.
