Really happy and pleased with the food! Decided to finally drop by and have a taste of Epic after having heard about it months ago Wish I had done so sooner! I opted to try the Mix and Match promotion they are currently having (until March) - I got the grilled chicken with Pepa sauce (black pepper sauce) and Brown rice. I matched it with the Honey Mustard Salad. So satisfying! I didn't realize the chicken came with grilled vegetables (Broccoli and Carrots) so I was very happy. The whole meal was well worth the RM10.40 I ended up paying. The chicken was juicy and lovely, the vegetables were slightly crunchy the way I like (no much Carrots for me please!) but do note that there are slices of garlic in it so you might want to pick those out, and the brown rice was perfectly cooked. As for the salad, it was perfect. Lovely fresh greens and the dressing was so tasty I couldn't find fault except that I would have loved a larger portion. In fact, I was so pleased I decided to bite the bullet and take away the ozzie wings to try. The flavor was great and definitely hit the right notes. In the end, I have a very happy stomach and even happier taste buds. In the end, the main reason I am giving this 4 stars rather than 5 is that I think some of the calorie counts provided are off. The grilled chicken, vegetables and salad I am quite confident on but seeing the wings DRENCHED in sauce - I doubt their estimation of 310 calories for my 6 wings is accurate (unless they are using some 0 calorie sauce I am unaware of). Just be a little wary of the potential inaccuracy of calorie counts provided. Regardless, Epic is still heads and shoulders above other eateries that don't provide even a rough estimation for their meals so for those of us trying to make better and more informed decisions regarding our eating - the calorie count Epic provides is invaluable. So, Epic is well worth a visit and I fully intend to do so again very soon! I can't wait to try all the other delicious Epic offerings! P/S: my bad I forgot to mention that the service was lovely. The cashier had a lovely smile when I walked in and ordered and made me feel very welcome. She seemed like she was proud and happy to work at Epic and I think that speaks volumes about them as employers. Definitely makes me feel happy to visit again.

I wish I had photos of my food to show but I have none because my food didn't even arrive after waiting for 2 hours. When GRAB support helped me contact the restaurant, turns out 3 drivers cancelled because my food order was not even available in the restaurant. Epic Fit didn't think to call me or GRAB to inform us about this or update on the app? And just let me wait for 2 hours then cancel? Now I see all the other bad reviews here and am glad I didn't receive their food. Current and potential customers: go see the reviews on all their branches, majority are bad reviews and have similar complaints on food quality, customer service and wrong delivery. Major red flag. Something is wrong with their delivery system, central kitchen and internal operations. If Epic Fit wants to retain customers and attract new ones, they're certainly doing a terrible job at it. Time to shut your business down, bros. Don't claim you have a love for work and food (as mentioned in the interview of the founders) when you don't walk the talk. To potential and current customers: don't waste your time and money on this restaurant. There are much tastier and cheaper options out there.

I've been ordering online from epic food Hall and epic fit meals many times since MCO in 2020. Quality started good - tasty and healthy looking food. But over the months, the quality and hygiene deteriorated. I first found a screw ... yes, a one cm screw ... buried my rice and after I had actually bitten on it. Complained and hoped they will improve. I thought that was really just accidental, but I paused ordering from them for several months. Then in December I ordered again a few times, and by the third time, I found what felt and looked like a piece of hard plastic in my lava cake. Again, I complained and stopped ordering for a few weeks. Then today, I decided to try again. I must be very lucky, because this time I found something that resembled a cloth or paper ribbon material with my rice (maybe used to tie up the vege from the market?). At this point, complaining seems useless. With 3 times hygiene problems and complaining twice with no improvement, plus reading the comments of others, I really needed to share my experience. As the saying goes ... "caveat emptor" ... "customers, beware!" If only I could give negative 5 stars...

Actually the taste of the food isn't all that bad. If it wasn't for the below points, I would repeat my purchase. So we ordered delivery for our dinner and pre ordered for next day's lunch as well. The dinner came with our fries packed together to with cold canned drinks. This made the paper packing for the fries all wet and broken, and the fries all soggy and maybe even dirty from the can drinks. Second thing was the sauce for the calzone was poorly packed that it spilled inside the package. OK, so we thought of just letting it slide. Maybe the chef was in a rush. But today's lunch made me just having to write this review. We found a hair in our lunch. Again normally we would just cut it out and shrug it off as an once off accident. But with the current pandemic, the restaurants should take extra caution on hygiene!! This is not acceptable.

Healthy food and great tasting offering. Manager and staff there are awesome and friendly. Our favourite is the Peri Chummy burger (see menu) and why? It's fresh with a piece of grilled chicken, lettuce, pickled apple slices, onions and you can ask for dressings. The Hercules Borrito is a must try and really filling !! Go try! U won't be disappointed!! Btw, there's a super saver meal at RM7.80 nett (see my photo) - Aglio Olio with chicken is our favourite and worth every cent!! Oh, the Google map on the photo stream wasn't mine, it's old and doesn't show Epic on it!

I had epic meal few times before (2-3 years ago) from damansara perdana. They were relatively good, back then. Today I ordered from Mont Kiara by grab delivery. Chicken schnitzel aglio oglio is small portion, the spaghetti was cold and hard. The sauce is a big let down - sweet + bbq tomato. Really unappetising. These photos was taken before I ate them. Chicken schnitzel was also cold and tough. This was definitely made way before. The butter chicken was a bit better - food still warm when it arrived. But honestly nothing to rave about. Disappointed overall.

Out of the Bachelor's Pizza Co. kitchen, the calzone & pizza are so good...cheese was stringy and plenty, and calzone dough was chewy puff. Ingredients were generous too. Very satisfying experience both times I ordered. So imagine the confusion when I realized this vendor is grouped under Epic Fit Meals that's been receiving such bad reviews. Ordered thru Grab/Foodpanda, and both times the meals were great and I truly have no complaints. Price-wise is average, can get promo - RM29.97 for a calzone + pizza.

My cousin bought us some food from here. The carbonara spaghetti was not fresh, sauce was bordering sour. The striploin burger was too charred to the point of becoming hard at some parts. It was soaked up with sauce, and the bread was falling apart. Which brought me back to the time that we had some soup and pizzas from your Perdana branch, and they were just runny and sad. Not worth the money and not worth the try. My cousin also mentioned that it took a really long time for them to deliver the food.

Bad quality and not as good as before. I used to order frequently during the lockdown back in early 2020 but as time went by, the quality of meat, presentation and freshness of ingredients went down the drain. Just ordered again in 2021 and was completely disappointed with the nasi lemak. Prices went up and portions have significantly been reduced. Also, not a single egg is given... Nasi lemak with no egg? You have to be joking. I'm sorry but this is the last time that I'll ever order from Epic Fit.

Ordered through grab. Nasi lemak and burger. Receive some disgusting mix rice called butter chicken instead, with rice overcooked and sticky. Instead serving separately, seller just add some sauce directly into rice creating some sticky rice. Chicken just flour. Beef patty spoilt with multiple color on it and tasted horrible. The bun was soggy like cloth texture . All these food went into garbage. People pay with money not leaves. Hope this place closes down.

APPALLING. breakfast burrito was filled with just a tasteless bland rice with ingredients u can count with your fingers. Calzone was pumped with tons of gross cheese sauce. I tried despite seeing low rating on Grabfood. Worst decision of my life and spoiled my mood for the entire day. Do NOT trust the pictures even it is just for reference. If you are new and curious to try, DON’T. Even the food i make for my dogs taste better.

I ordered food through Grab. After ordering, I checked the google star rating, but it was too late to cancel. I ordered nasi lemak and something similar. Food was not good. Fried egg seemed to have been cooked a long time ago. Even though delivery was fast, food was cool. Something like frozen pork cutlet was on the top of rice, but I don't know what it is. It tasted horrible, so it would be much better without it.

Ordered via grab food. First experience was good. Second time round food was absolutely disappointing! Fish burger was crispy on outside and hard on inside. Browned lettuce was put into the burger. Chicky rice that was supposed to come with cilantro lime brown rice came with plain brown rice. The chicken breast was just cooked and marination could still be seen on the pieces. Will never order again!

I ordered food yesterday though grab food the salted egg pasta and carborna pasta, and aglio aglio pasta, but i only received two pasta one mising which is aglio aglio and the food was terrible taste and no sauce.. And please improve ur food quality. Its show diffrent and when it received different. Will never ordered again its very disappointing.. Not recommended

I waited for my order for almost 2 hours. No one picked up my call and the customer service was horrendous as my inquiry was not attended in a timely manner. Food ordered was of bad quality, sweet and sour chicken was dry and my sauce was all over the place. Food literally tasted like it was oven prepared, lack of taste. Unpleasant experience. Not recommended.

Just ordered from pasta king, didn't know deconstructed bolognese existed and they forgot the sauce, same with the carbonara just pasta with hints of cheese and its sour(bad) for some reason. Had pizza from their pizza place too it was bad as well. Is this establishment used for money laundering ? Clearly they do not care about the food they serve.

Started out great! Then the menu was 'compacted', now the vege ( grilled broccoli) has been axed in a further cost saving measure. However there is no change to the cost to customers. Altho overall taste is still good; sincerely hope there are no more adjustments to offerings. Having said all that... loving the H&E Mandarin orange option.

Ordered 4 calzones and got sent 4 burritos. Such a joke. Seems to be a similar experience to a lot of other reviewers. These people clearly dont care to check what actually has been ordered, they just send out what they feel like on the day. No phones numbers that are actually in service to call, who is running this place?

Good food, we had chicken & toast and beef & toast. Meat quality is really good, juicy and succulent. Beef petty was good, however a little small. Also I would have preferred less sauce, it was overpowering all the other tastes. All in all a good place to eat, will try something else next time.

Nothing special about the food, but it’s OK. Can’t get excited about it. Got the impression some was leftover from the day before - just not quite as fresh as you’d expect. Service was good and prepared on time. Suitably packaged without too much waist or excess plastic.

Very nice and healthy food. It seems they focus on delivery however u dine in is available . Foods are perfect. In menu food's calorie in notified . They got 4 because credit cards is not acceptable They try to use as less as possible plastic which deserve big tanks

Ordered delivery to my house. Asked for no cheese in my chicky chummy burger due to food allergies but the order still arrived with cheese in the burger so not too happy about that. Had the oozie wing too. It was delicious though a bit on the salty side.

This restaurant is like Harry Maguire, Plays like monkey on a cili padi, but still manage to make it to first eleven, The more you complain about him, the more likely he will be the captain. So for Epic Food Hall, i dont know why are you still here.

I ordered Epic Fit Meals (Mont Kiara) from grab and they did not send me the sweet potato fries that comes with the order. The chicken in the cluck-less was burrito spoilt and I couldn't eat it. Never ordering from them again

Ordered Hot Mocha through Grab but received Hot Americano. When we called and asked for them to exchange, received rude and arrogant response for us to just report to grab or come to their shop and exchange. Speechless.

We had the burritos and i must say they were pretty bad. Completely bland and flavourless. Burritos are mexican for goodness sake. How can you attempt to sell one without a single mexican ingredient in there.

No issues with my order. The burritos use Japanese-style rice and no avocados or salsa, so they’re not Texan or Mexican. They’re more of a Korean version of a burrito. (September 2022)

Epic fails spaghetti ever. The taste is so terrible, it states salted egg spaghetti but tastes like sour egg spaghetti. The roasted vegetable is soy sauce vegetable.

Good location, security and environment. Slight noisy as it's next to expressway but thick windows will help reduce noise level significantly.

Sandwiches are small in size, patty is quite salty. Order set meal comes with only 6 pieces of fries. Grab delivery took longer than 1.5hrs.
