Dealt with these guys for over 10 yrs diff locations. The service was always good. However the service has gone right down hill. Something is definitely wrong. When I call the receptionists can't even speak English well enuff to get the information correct. The delivery service is nothing but a big huge inconvenience. You must stay at home because ù don't know when they are coming. On July 1st wknd a had a terrible nightmarish situation with Mohamad snd Nadeem .. I had made it a point to reorder my blister pack on tues to be delivered on thurs. Surprise surprise nothing came. Can u imagine the long wknd they were closed Friday and here I sit with 0 medications. Thank God I had Mohameds personal #. He had to get one of his employees to go to pharmacy fax the prescription to shoppers drug mart near me. To make matters worse hisvexcuse was SOMEONE FORGOT!!! CAN U JMAGINE? SOMEONE FORGOT TO FILL A PATIENTS RX AND LEFT THEM WITH NO MEDS ON A LONG WKND. ALSO I SPENT And WASTED A FULL DAY WHEN I HAD TAKEN ALL THE PRECAUTIONS TO MAKE SURE I HAD MY MEDS AND HERES THE BEST PART FOLKS THAT WAS OVER 3 WKS AGO AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM NO PHONE CALL CHECK UP . NOTHING. THATS AFTER 13 YEARS OF ME GIVING E BUSINESS. SO I MEAN NOTHING TO THEM. SO.MY BUSINESS NOW GOES TO SHOPPERS DRUG MILLRISE. COMPETANT PROFESSIONAL AND APORECIATE THE BUSINESS. I WOULD NEVER EVERVAGAIN GIVE THESE TWO 0 NOTHING OF ANY BUSINESS. YOU CAN NOT RELY OR TRUST THEM. GO ELSEWHERE. TRULY DEBORAH DUNHAM

Most amazing pharmacy in this world. Sir Mohamad knows me just by voice he actually tries to form a relationship with his customers. I will drive across city just to keep my pharmacy. AMAZING service from all the techs in this pharmacy !!

The pharmacist was absolutely amazing and kind. He helped me right away and is the best pharmacist I’ve encountered in Calgary after moving three times. I would drive from the other end of the city just to enjoy this great service again!

Two pharmacist running this place and while one is great and amazing the other one is such a pain and difficult to deal with that i have now taken my business elsewhere.
