Most people pass by thinking this is a staff only facility but it is actually a family run cafe inside the foyer of the research building. Food and coffee are excellent and reasonably priced, if you are visiting the hospital next door don’t visit the M&S concession come here instead you won’t regret it. More

A perfect espresso is supposed to be creamy until the end, and this really is! If you put some sugar, it must stay on the top for at least 4 seconds and then go down slowly; I prefer to test it with no sugar and the flavor was great!

Great choice of food, including snacks, breakfast and lunch items at moderate prices. Good quality of food and coffee in a Clean modern environment. Really friendly and helpful staff. Definitely on my list for a regular visit.
