Initial experience very good and happy with service in replacing hot water heater. One month later no hot water. Came out and said have to order part and no hot water for three days. Returned to find out still wasn't working and had to order another part. Jerry-rigged it so we could have hot water but no safety device in heater to turn off if it gets to hot. Was told it would be fixed the following week when the part comes in. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called again and was told it could be done next week. I then filed a complaint. Then they called me and told me it could be done yesterday (Saturday). Agree upon time 2-4p. Guess who didn't call me or show up. I called and was told the guy coming had a big job he was working on. Guess they forgot to call and tell me. Now I still have a brand new hot water heater that I paid for that is jerry rigged and will be refurbished. I am not happy at all. I wish they would return my money and let me buy a new hot water heater that I paid for, not a broken one they keep refurbishing or at least say they are going to fix and not come.

I paid $6100 up front for a tankless water heater to be installed during a week when I wouldnt be home. The sales rep informed me Eternal Plumbing would take care of everything including permitting etc. and I wouldn't have to do anything. The install began on a Tuesday and ended Wednesday. Im assuming the install is complete, however, I came home to a house with no hot water. The company failed to inform me when they were "finished" and failed to inform me that I needed to contact the gas company for gas hookup and failed to inform me I needed to contact the inspector to inspect the unit. At the point of sale, I was told all of this would be done by Eternal Plumbing. I called the gas company today and was told the next appointment was next Tuesday (8 days away). So, I wont have hot water for a total of 14 days (and I paid $6100 for it!). If you want a company that overcharges, under-delivers, and abandons an excellent customer, go with Eternal Plumbing. The exhaust on the tankless water heater is crooked and the pipe insulation inst wrapped or glued together, I guess they had better things to do than complete this job. What a joke.

Had a handyman who told us he was sure he could install an under mount sink. The sink that was being removed was a drop in. He had to cut the granite. Well, the granite cutting went horribly. He had the sink held up with 2x4's, reversed the hot and cold water and broke out instant hot water dispenser. We fired the handyman because we hadn't seen him in 5 days and the 2x4's were too bizarre. Eternal Plumbing and specifically Mike Beebe came to the rescue. Called them on a Thursday night and Mike was at our home on Saturday. He recommended that we get another new sink. (We did.) He came back to install it and discovered that the hot water dispenser had been broken as had the soap dispenser. The price for removing the 2x4 sink , cleaning up the area where the sink had been installed and then installing the new sink was very reasonable. As soon as the instant hot water dispenser and soap dispenser arrive, he will be back to install them. I'm putting Eternal Plumbing on speed dial!! and will always ask for Mike Beebe.

The worst experience ever. I called the place for a 10 minutes job (to change the pressure control valve). So, Chris came, took a look, then calculate in his tablet and came with a price that we were thinking he is joking or he things we are stupid. I was offended when I realized that he was serious. $775.00 for a part that cost $60.00 and 10 minutes to replaced. I tried to explain that I work in property management and I know prices but he insisted that is the price. I called the office to complain and next day when I spoke with Mike who claims he is the manager was as rude as Chris insulting my intelligence claiming that is a correct price. So, we went to HD, purchased the item($72.00), had a plumber coming and install for $60.00 in 10 minutes. So, I saved $600.00 Do you think for a second that was the price? No, they just tried to cheat. Shame on you. That's not how you do business. I'm reporting you to BBB

Zach is absolutely the best plumber ever!!!! I had a water spigot on the outside of my house basically explode a few months ago His work was so perfect in fact, that I didn’t have to have the access hole cut into my house or even have to have my house repainted (which the insurance adjuster told me that I would have to have done! His work was beyond impeccable and I had him back for more work today He fixed a leak on my water shut off valve and told me to spray a coil from my wall to my water heater with vinegar and brush off residue with a wire brush He also told me about the importance of unplugging my water heater when the water is turned off to the house ( no other plumber has been this helpful, honest or thorough) Beyond being a fantastic and diligent plumber he isn’t odd or creepy (which is a huge relief and a bonus) I will never hire any other plumber than Zach (he has a life long customer)

I have never use these people and somehow they got my number and robo call, highly unethical and provide no op out so they never call. So I will post this every time they call on diff sites, intruding people's privacy is sleezy to make a buck! Oh the reply from the company is even funnier and pathetic, read below. Thy were just calling to wish me happy July 4th! We are such good friend they feel they need to call me, interrupt whatever I am doing, pick up the phone and listen to some insincere message! Wow, I am so glad all 100 million business in the country did not feel that way, cause I be running to get the phone very holiday to answer stupid calls like this! Here is a suggestion, NO ONE have a better whatever day cause you called so cancel the entire marketing program with these stupid attempts to keep your name on my mind, isn't that what it really it? proof these people are delusional.

We have been a customer of Eternal Plumbing for a few years now. We have always been satisfied with their very capable and courteous service, but our latest experience with Eternal Plumbing deserves special recognition. Eternal Plumbing dispatched a Plumber to our home within an hour of notifying them that we smelled natural gas in an outdoor area near our pool equipment. The Plumber, Mike R, quickly diagnosed the problem and shut off the gas to our outdoor appliances and equipment. The repairs required trenching and tunneling beneath concrete…… and a solution that required ingenuity, creativity, plumbing expertise and a great deal of tenacity on the part of Mike R. The repairs were completed expertly, and in a timely fashion. Plus, the cost of the parts and service was very reasonable. Thank you Eternal Plumbing……and Mike R. You deserve Ten Stars! Save your money and get at least 3 bids when working with Eternal Plumbing. I have worked with them off and on for three years. At first their rates were somewhat comparable to other plumbers in town, but then they went corporate. They started passing the cost of their growth directly to their customers. Three years ago they dug a 5 foot deep hole in my front yard to extend the water shut off line. The cost was $700. I recently moved and asked for a bid on digging two 18" trenches for my new propane tanks and an installation of a tankless water heater. Eternal quoted $14,500 and said they gave me a $2000 discount. No thank you!!! I got the same job done with another licensed plumber for $3000. I will never use Eternal plumbing again unless I decide one day to start burning money. You have many options in Las Vegas. Use someone else.

I found a leak within the walls of my house, and wasn't quite sure what to do as it was the first time this happened to me.. but I went on to home advisors.. they connected me with Eternal Plumbing Solutions, and within a couple hours.. Billy showed up from that company and took it from there.. Billy was professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly quick to arrange everything as I needed a restoration Company to first dig into the walls to dry out all the leakage that was coming from the back of shower.. once they were done.. I had a big leak in what I thought was the water main line so I went on Angie's List to find a bunch of plumbing companies. I got a call soon as I finished my request and within 1 hr an awesome consultant named Franco came to my house and told me good news that my irrigation line was leaking and not my main line. Also he told me about the veteran discount and saved me 15% off my service. That helped alot. Then he called a professional Zach and he came to my house within 1 hr and took 1 hr to get the job done. Being a Iraq war veteren eternal plumbing treated my service to our country with the utmost respect. I recieved the warrior discount for lifetime future service this is a company that will handle all my plumbing from here on out. In perticuler Matthew the technician that handled my outdoor kitchen sink project did a great job was informitive and i learned somethings i didnt know. The work was done by Eternal Plumbing Solutions was not only done on time but one day ahead of schedule. The lead plumber Zack was both professional and most knowledgeable. I had them replace the major water intake pipe taping into the city line to my home. When they were done with there job, my yard looked just like no trench was ever made. I got a total of four quotes from other companies, and they were the most reasonable. I never hire a contractor without checking references and reviews. They received all five-starts reviews when I checked. Recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I know I will be using them again.

Sean and Brandon came out to Sandy Valley to find a leak that we were unable to find. They called when they were on their way and kept in touch as they traveled. Brandon discovered that the problem was with our washer. A leak that we had not discovered even though we had been searching for several days. Sean and Brandon are a very professional team and resolved the problem quickly. Great company! Not many companies will service Sandy Valley. I had a major flood from an overflowing septic pump in the basement of my house. It filled my movie theater room with you know what. I tried my usual plumber, and he said he did not know how to handle it. So I contacted Eternal late that evening and they sent Jason the next day. He was able to stop the mess from getting any worse and had a new pump the next day and put it in. He was good to work with, quick to get down to work, and got the job done when I needed it. I have used him on two other jobs since then. Needless to say, I am very happy with his work.

This is Goettle plumbing. The people were nice and friendly THAT is the star. I needed two outdoor faucets replaced due to leaking from hard water. This Goetle plumbing charged 49.00 service charge. So I figure maybe a hundred dollars BUT THEY QUOTED 675.00 I paid them 49.00 service charge and told them to leave. I told them that was WAY TOO MUCH and that ETERNAL plumbing was not like that. I won't repeat smarty on the phone said because Eternal plumbing was a very good company I used in the past . Goetle plumbing highway robbery!! I dont recommend at all.

Dishonest company - Would NOT recommend. Has coupon on their website for $93 to clear a clogged drain or free - guaranteed. Came to house and only had to put snake down laundry pipe but quoted over $200! Mentioned the coupon and they said they have to have a cleanout but could easily snake the line like I asked but it would be $200+ with NO guarantee. Does not say anywhere on coupon on website (and I verified) about clean out requirement. Nice but definitely disappointed with their bate and switch type coupon.

Saw this place advertised on "Morning Blend" and decided to call about having my garbage disposal replaced. When the plumber arrived I was given a quote of 1700$, which I found ridiculous and refused. I immediately called another plumbing agency that gave me an estimate over the phone thats was drastically less money. All in all I had my garbage disposal replaced, as well as my water filter for less than $400. There is absolutely no reason why someone should pay almost 4x the amount for such a simple fix.

Franko was great. Got in there, found the leak in the wall quickly, got the supplies ordered and Basil arrived and got the problem corrected. The customer service was excellent from the office to the people who showed up at the house. I would definitely recommend Eternal Plumbing. Have used others in the past and all were crazy expensive and the experience was not pleasant. And they have a surprisingly superb military and first responder discount program. Give them a call!!

My elderly widowed mother pre-paid 1/2 the job cost (nearly $1000) but decided to cancel the work before they started because they said we were confused about the price and it cost more than we were told. They kept her money for two months like a free loan and I had to call them repeatedly until they finally retuned her money. I wouldn't trust them any further than I could throw them.

I only had the man give me an estimate and advice on what to do with my toilet that had no water pressure and was constantly running. He stopped the water from running and was very honest and nice. He didn’t push me on a decision. He also showed up within the first hour of the time frame. I would recommend going to them and will call them when I have made up my mind on what to do.
