Euro Motorworks provided me with some really atrocious customer service and what felt like an absolute lack of respect. I called in early-mid September asking for a quote to replace the alternator in my XC90 as it was starting to fail, I just needed a price & to know when I could drop it off. The woman working at the front desk (sounded polite) informed me that she would get back to me later that day, I called at 9:00 A.M by 4:00 P.M I didn’t hear anything from them so I decided to call again to which she then promised she would give me a call back the next day. So tomorrow comes and they fail to reach out again, I decide to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes Auto Repair shops can get crazy busy with deadlines, jobs taking longer then expected, etc and I didn’t want to add onto that if they were having a bad week. So I wait out the rest of that week before attempting to call again. Next week came and I CALLED 4 DAYS in a row. (In total called probably 6 times) Each day I reached out I was promised a call back that never came. On the 4th day I spoke with a man that worked in the shop who claimed she had my info saved into the computer but the quote wasn’t finalized and that it should get to me by… You guessed it! The end of the day but once again…. I Never received a phone call, email, nothing. I have the screenshots of the phone calls I made to Euro Motorworks to prove this. After that I Decided to call Hash Imports and they gave me an immediate quote on the Phone, got my car in the shop that week and had it ready to go within 5 days. If someone at Euro Motorworks even attempted to reach out or give me a straightforward answer along the lines of - “hey I’m sorry but we’re to busy to service your vehicle anytime within the next month” I would totally understand but I was just given a constant runaround and wasted so much time because I wanted to give this place a chance.

I drive a 2013 BMW X3 M-sport with 41,000 miles on it <10,000 since May 2015). As of about a year ago, the extended maintenance coverage that I purchased expired. I was looking for a shop that might be less expensive than D&R in Indianapolis. I decided to give Euro Motorworks a try. I was extremely impressed by their facility (did not see the actual shop area) and the professionalism of the front office manager (handling the check-in paper work). I met with the service manager to discuss the needs for the car and was again impressed. Several significant repair needs were found on thorough inspection, including some bends in my wheel rims, and most significantly a leaking front strut. I was provided with a range of options with regards to repair these things or not. I was also informed that rear breaks were wearing but was advised against the need for repair at this time as I drive the car very little. These items were discussed with the service manager when I returned to pick-up the car. I found the car to have been hand-washed and dried and the interior well cleaned (completely unexpected but very much appreciated). From first arriving to leaving for home, a FANTASTIC experience!!!

First and formost I will never take my car anywhere else but here at euro motor works. They are exceptional honest reason able priced caring wonderful people.. I'm am so glad I found them. I have been lied to and manipulated by the dealerships (bmw) taken advantage of.. But not anymore. It may of taken me a year to get my car back but it was worth the wait because I found these awesome people to work on my car .. They took great care of me and my baby AKA my 328ixdrive BMW. And they got me back behind the wheel of her again.I can't thank them all enough for what They all have done for me. But I am blessed to have found this place and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY ONE WITH A EUROPEAN VEHICLE go to euro motorworks.. U WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! They will take great Care of u and ur vehicle .. I hit a pothole and blew my tire late on a Saturday night and sent an email inquiring about availability after the dealer left me hanging; within 12 hours of my message, I had an appointment scheduled by Lauren to replace my tire 5 full days before the dealer could schedule me. They are extremely professional and my car was returned in good repair, although they did not have time to wash it--instead, I was given a voucher for a free car wash off site, which is still nice. The only reason this review is 4 instead of 5 stars is because in the past, I have been able to ship my preferred tire to my chosen installer through Tire Rack at no cost, and here I was not allowed to do so (not sure why, because Tire Rack is a licensed tire distributor based in Indiana that certainly sells to many other repair shops), thus I was charged for tire shipping in addition to disposal cost. Otherwise, this was a very good experience--I just wish I had been able to avoid the $20+ shipping cost.

I was recommended this shop by my coworker and everything was done very professionally. I took my Volkswagen in with a coolant leak and the manager Josh got in touch with me going into great detail about my water pump going out due to a small oil leak. They are very knowledgeable as I even mentioned about that same co worker having a similar issue and using a cast aluminium water pump and they immediately knew about it and explained to me the pros and cons between the two. Once you talk to them and work with them even once, you will quickly realize that they are there to do excellent work and give you the best results possible. I highly recommend them for anything from simpler tasks like oil changes to more advanced stuff. Even after my car was done I received my car much cleaner than when it came in. They place priority on quality of work which seems to be hard to find these days but these guys still maintain that.

Second time using Euro Motorworks and I will be back for my recommendations I need. I really wish I would have found these individuals before I purchased my Audi A4 because I wouldn’t of bought it. But luckily I have this great team to make my Audi right.. I want to thank the Euro Team for assisting me with fixing my Audi A4. Very great people and service at affordable prices. When I arrived the loaner provided to me was running warmed up ready for me to go. When I picked my car up it was cleaned from the inside out smelling great as well. Everyone that I spoke with were genuinely friendly and not trying to be friendly to get your money. They know what they are doing, it shows on all of there service awards/certifications on there walls. Clean office as well. I wish they sold cars as well. I’m a new old customer. A VW customer in 2003 until sold. Fast forward nine years; the experience was better than I remembered. After checking area dealers, the best offer; bring it in for a diagnosis and if it’s what you think, we’ll put you on waiting list for the back ordered part. six months of driving without an airbag or horn was not going to work. Called Euro Motorworks. The service manager listened to my story, explained they may be in the same boat as the dealers. He has going to check their sources and let me know. I was texted back the same afternoon. Yes we can get the parts. I’m offered a loaner and scheduled. A couple of weeks later I extremely happy. Everything was as promised; the car was fixed, clean and ready to go! Oh, and loved the customer appreciation bonus left in the car. (No spoilers) Thanks everyone. My daughter’s car broke down again. She is in college & im over 2 hours away. The last time it broke down, I towed it up to me & didn’t want to go through that expense again. I googled “who works on Volkswagens in Indy” & Euro came up. I called but they couldn’t look at it for over a week which is normal. I work for a dealership & we are two weeks out so I understood. I was getting ready to call a Volkswagen dealership & they called back & said the owner overheard our conversation & said tow it here, we will try to fit it in early. Whew! What a relief!! Josh & Lauren were great! They got it in early. Josh explained everything perfectively. I even got a text checking on the car. Great customer service!! Have had my 09 911 in a few times for a variety of services, mostly routine maintenance and some elective stuff. I have always gone through Josh, who is candid and expository with regards to what is recommended, what is feasible, and, essentially, what is worth the money. They are extremely thorough with their inspections and if there is something that needs fixed they will find it... HOWEVER, they, unlike other shops, are not pushy in any way when it comes how you spend your money. They have helped tighten up my car and have been top notch all around. I saw someone below commented about dissatisfaction with a loaner they received. I found my experience to be quite the opposite - I was given a sharp, clean, Audi S4 to drive that felt impeccable on the road. All around great shop.

I was purchasing my first used car and wanted a third independent opinion of the auto before I bought it. On very short notice they were able to see it the same day I made the appointment. I met with someone who knew a great deal about this type of vehicle before and more importantly after I had the inspection done. He did a very good job of explaining what they did, what they found, and what his concerns were about the auto. I did not feel rushed at any point and was able to ask all of my questions. They found stuff that I would never have found. I was able to use your findings to help me negotiate a better deal on the vehicle.. I will probably be using Euro Motorworks for maintenance work on this vehicle. A very positive experience and I like that dogs are allowed at work!

I’ve stayed with Euromotorworks for over 10 years because this family run company takes good care of my Volvo and me. My XC60 isn’t new, but she runs well and I intend to drive her for a long time. Lauren is a pleasure to speak with while she prepares me for the service. I had the BEST Service experience that one would hope for in these times. Communication regarding expectations, timelines, cost, etc was impeccable. I rate this experience even above my interactions at the Indianapolis Maserati service center. I was treated like a valuable person and not just an appointment. I am a first time owner of a Mercedes Benz and like many owners you want to take care of it.! I was not sure who best to take it to for service but I randomly searched in Indy and came across Euro Motors. I needed service bad because my wiper needed replaced. My entire service visit wasn’t bad, there was one moment that almost made me question returning back for future service but it was minor and I decided to return for my “A service”. Recently just moving back to the indianapolis area I quickly realized not all car shops are created equally. I have a german made car and was quoted some criminally high quotes from these so called competitors. No one comes close to the convenience and communication I received from Josh and his team. Prices are fair, transparent and quality of service is what ive come to expect. Dont waste your time w these other shops that dont even bother to verify your engine type before they quote a criminally high price just cause they lack any professional acumen and prey on the less informed. Reach out to euro works and let them take care of the rest.

FINALLY an honest place to get my car fixed that doesn’t upsell and even offers complimentary loaner cars. I can’t say enough good things. Get this —I needed a gasket something or other (pricey part), between the time I was quoted the price to time it was installed, the market price had dropped by almost $2000 and they passed the savings on to me!!! I would have never known and happily paid what I was quoted. But they’re honest people. I can guarantee most places would not have done that. You can feel 100% confident with them. I’m the biggest skeptic and I won’t go anywhere else. Josh does a phenomenal job along with Lauren and staff.

What a professional team and so honest and polite! They went above and beyond to service my Mercedes. Excellent knowledge of my vehicle and care minus the dealer service pricing. Cherry on top is to find out they hand washed and dried my car and cleaned/vacuumed the inside. They did a meticulous job. They also provide a thank you bag of delicious cheddar popcorn which was left for me in my car. Those small touches mean everything. My experience with Euro Motorworks was A-1! It started with the scheduling process, confirmation, and reminders, to the warm greeting in the lovely reception room to pick up the keys to the loaner vehicle. I was introduced to the advisor who confirmed my concerns and when I mentioned I just purchased my vehicle used, he threw in a bumper-to-bumper check at no charge. The assessment was thorough, and the total price was very reasonable. After years of dealing with poor communication and attention to detail from the Volvo Dealer and several smaller auto maintenance companies I was referred to Euro Motorworks by another Foreign Car Repair shop. I needed an overall evaluation of my vehicle and diagnosis of an engine issue. With a scheduled appointment, they provided a detailed report on the "health" of my car...I appreciate the depth of the report and their attention to detail. They did a full inspection of the 350 Mercedes and provided a helpful overview of brakes , fixed a battery matter and replaced wheels bearings that had created an awful noise while driving . On top of everything, they returned the car in a sparkling clean condition internally and externally, smelling wonderfully . The customer service was top notch from the minute I walked in the door to when I left the lot with my repaired vehicle . They will continue to get my business after this initial experience. And I know they did this at a price that had to be less than the dealer’s price .

Great service! During my oil change they even took care of a small issue that I was having while they were under the car. I had changed the brake pads and sensors myself, but the sensors were not installed properly. They fixed my issue at no cost. They also filled up my tires, topped off my fluids, and inspected my supercharger belt. Letting me borrow a car at 30 cents per mile was a service that I appreciated a lot. I will be back. I have taken a couple of my cars here, and I have to say they are great people. Every experience u have had with them has been positive. I honestly have no worries about telling them that I trust them implicitly. I wanted to take my Jaguar XJL to them and since they didn't have a Jaguar specialist on staff they informed me that they couldn't work on the car. I was disappointed because I trust them so much, and I really appreciated their honesty that they couldn't do the car justice. Without hesitation I would highly recommend anyone going there.

Professional, courteous service can always be expected. An estimate of repairs required is provided before work begins, loaner cars are often available, competitive pricing and quick service has always been my experience. A nice surprise each time we have our vehicle serviced is, it is cleaned inside and out. A log is on file there for past and planned service we schedule, as needed. Highly Recommend Euro Motorworks for your import and any other car, although I can only speak for the Mini Cooper model.

I have gone there twice now with my VW Passat. The first time I took my car in was after taking it to the actual VW dealership. VW said there wasn't a problem even though my car was shaking and eventually died in the middle of a left turn while my daughter was in the car with me. I took it to Euro Motorworks. It took them a while, but they eventually found the problem. Obviously VW did not do an exhaustive inspection. I was very happy and have even recommended them to friends with European cars.

The team did a great job. They took great care of my car and they took the time to talk to me about my driving experiences so they could properly diagnose the problem. While servicing, they found a few things that need to be watched and told me the impact of each item. They didn't try to convince me to urgently get extra things done, They did a great job of communicating expectations and keeping me up-to-date on the progress. My 2012 Range Rover lost all power on major highway. We had to have it towed and Josh at Euro Motorworks came to the rescue with allowing us to tow there even though they were booked up for two more weeks. He looked at it promptly and fit it in their busy service/repair schedule. I have been using them for 7 plus years. They are always very professional, friendly and I trust them completely. Been taking my wife's Lexus here for a while, so when I bought a '99 Boxster and thought I could replace all of the steering and suspension components, I brought it here afterwards and they set everything right. They were exacting and thorough in their diagnosis, spot-on with the repairs and corrections, and set everything right. Plus, they were friendly and easy to talk with to boot. I had a PPI done at Euro Motorworks. It was more inclusive than the Porsche dealership but did answer all the questions that I felt were important. For a pre purchase inspection, some of the questions I have are the condition of the following transmission, AOS, water pump. These items can lead to catastrophic failure and make it a poor purchase choice. But service at Euro Motorworks is great and I would definitely come back.

The team was professional and courteous. I drive an older BMW and she has some quirks, but this team did the diagnostics I asked them to, and were very thorough on what they recommended without putting a lot of pressure on me. I was going to put myself into a newer car, but I've decided to do the repair work needed and have no hesitation or reservations about using this shop. Really excellent service, thank you!

Great Service! I needed my battery registered and a turbo replaced in my Mini Countryman. They were timely in getting my car in. Sooner than any other shop in the Indianapolis area. I was contacted with any issues and prices to fix that issue while the car was torn down and prices to get it fixed later. Estimates were spot on and the service was great. The car actually runs better than when I bought it.

Euro Motorworks is the best! When I dropped off my car on a cold morning they had already started up my loaner vehicle and had the heat turned on. Their work is superb and their prices much better than the local dealership. They are a family business and you can tell they care about their customers and the quality of work they do. I have no reason to go anywhere else for my car’s maintenance.

I had a dealer tell me I needed two expensive services but after inspection from Euro Motorworks, neither was needed. Great experience! When I dropped my car off, the “check engine” light was on. Of course, it turned off when they started it. However, they read the report codes, discussed potential causes with me, and made me feel confident that my car safe without a costly repair. They ran a thorough diagnostic and were friendly and showed integrity. I’ll be back!

Awesome experience! I needed my brake lights coded back to stock and they spent time going through the code and manually coding it back to stock. They were amazing! I also found my car completely clean at the end of my service. Those extra small things gives me the warm and fuzzies about bringing my car to Euro Motorworks!
