Horrible service, two months after I used the car they come to me and state that I damaged the vehicle, saying I owe them money and that they will get a debt collector at my door, unannounced to them I took a photo of the vehicle before I stepped in and showed that the damage was already there. If I didn’t so they would have charged me for something I didn’t do, shows that the people running the joint doesn’t do the checks around the vehicle and just blatantly makes blame on the renter, horrible service, be careful with using these guys and if you, make sure you take heaps of photo before you step in the vehicle because they will try and fine you, scumbags.

I ordered a moving truck for my house move, and the order was confirmed. 3 days before moving date, a missed call and text saying they no longer have my requested truck. No answer on the call back. The following day, the call centre repeated the same message. The best part is- my current housemate also ordered a truck from here an hour after I did. He was told he was a higher priority and they sorted out a truck for him. Don't use Europcar Moorabbin unless you want to be sold out last minute and lied to (today is my moving day and fair to say I'm now screwed).

Worth service ever. Don't book here I booked my truck 3 weeks in advance for 8am today. Yesterday got a call asking of I can come 9.30. I advised that I need truck by 8am sharp. I was reassured that truck will be ready. Only to receive a call this morning saying that truck is coming from another side of town and won't get to Moorabin untill 9.30

Great service and modern car. They accommodated me at last minute notice to extend my small car hire by a week, multiple times. But on Christmas Eve dropping off the car, apparently the Moorabbin site is closing for 3 months due no staff. Clayton is nearest now.

Don’t bother booking a luxury car without a credit card. They won’t tell you this until the morning of arrival when you’re picking up the car. Then they’ll send you somewhere else and lie about the car that’s actually available as well.

Couldn't fault Europcar. A rental was provided by my insurer at no cost to me but pickup was easy and quick as was drop off. Car was brand new (under 50km on the clock), clean and fuel efficient.

I find Europcar to be the most ''honest' car rental of them all. Today I hired a small truck to do my moving, what a great experience: good service, awesome truck and support.

The drive in and drop off service were great, The gentleman at the counter was a little sarcastic and seemed as though he was sick of doing the same thing every day

Europcar are a bunch of rip off artists. Trying to charge us a ridiculous amount for unnecessary cleaning. Go with another company, they are NOT worth the trouble.
