"I will never ever rent a car from this company again iv had nothing but trouble abuse over the phone harassment in emails from the office at seven hillsfrom the workers iv coped abuse they dnt know what they are doing or talking about they are very confused i was made to swap car over i drive the car 50mins back to them in peak hour traffic get there manager said no keep the car dnt need to swap it over then i got a phone call from a Indian man the next day he screamed at me where is the car i want it back now i told him you're manager said to take it back he said no give me our car back now i said no i can't just drive it back he screamed at me yes yes give me my car back now i was not compensated any money for fuel nothing i only got confused abuse from them both i was in shock im going to complain to head office because im still coping this confused abuse in emails i took car back to them few weeks ago never again disgusted with the disrespect from that company and the two wrkrs at Seven Hills branch"

Absolute worst service ever!!!! We originally booked online and all was good until we had to change pickup time from 1.30pm to early the next morning. Well............ apparently the Blacktown office just simply never answer the phone! Rang Sydney office explained my frustration at not being able to get through to Blacktown office and that we desperately needed a car for the next day, with me explaining our situation I did use the f word out of pure frustration and it was not directed at the lady, I apologised for swearing she than proceeded to give me a warning on my behaviour which I laughed at , never in this conversation was there an apology on her behalf for the terrible service which I received at Blacktown office. The conversation than continued to them wanting to charge an additional fee for picking up the very next day at 7.30am instead of the original time of 1.30pm the day before. Just so unhelpful!! So we canceled our booking and went with Hertz car rental Castle Hill , which provided great easy professional service.
I am sorry to be giving even 1 star to this business. I rented a car for 2 weeks and paid upfront. My circumstances changed and I asked if I could return it a week earlier with a refund for 1 week and was told that this was indeed possible. I returned it and a week later was told I was not getting a refund as I had agreed to the 2 week timeframe! This was the manager of the Blacktown site that agreed to refund me. I have since spoken to their Area Manager, and lodged a complaint with their complaints department and have received recently an official letter (months after the event) that I would not be receiving a refund. Really poor service - had I not been told I would get that week refunded, I would never have returned the car earlier. Anyone that does business with these guys, really do so at their own risk. They really just don't care. Unforgiveable business practices. These guys really suck.
Very unprofessional business. Used it for first time in Sydney and will never go back. In spite of having a sedan which works beautifully, we went to hire a SUV for Hunter Valley for an experience. We were given a MG where AC did not work. So we had to literally rush back before they close and return it to find the other MG also had the same issue. Europcar easily blamed the brand for having AC issue. Finally we had to go with Mitsubishi (no option left for us) which is as good as a sedan in terms of passenger seating space in fact with a lesser boot space than our sedan. The Mitsubishi was clearly not serviced at all , as the vehicle had difficulties climbing up the road. When we returned the vehicle, the company did not apologise at first or tried to take a note of our feedback but the receptionist Vicky was very rude to us instead. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Booked a car over the phone 2 weeks ago with Europcar Blacktown and confirmed that we wanted a 7 seat vehicle for tomorrow. They sent us a confirmation email. Got a call at 4:30pm today, the day before our 8am booking, that our booking had been cancelled due to "no cars being available". No alternatives were offered. We were shocked and hung up, and when we tried to call back five minutes later to ask more questions they never picked up, despite us calling several times BEFORE 5pm. Very disappointed in the customer service. Would not recommmend.
Rented a 12 seater bus from George at Europcar Seven Hills in a rush on saturday morning for a family wedding. i was in a rush because an opposition rental co. let me down and failed to find a bus, even after numerous previous confirmations of the booking. George couldn't have been more efficient, courteous and understanding for the position i was now in. The bus was not a major interruption to our days enjoyment (Not always the case with some previous rentals from opposition companies). I couldn't fault the service and am happy to recommend.
I hired a truck over the weekend to move. When getting in the truck the ABS warning lights were on. Upon mentioning it to the staff to have the issue ignored. Whilst midway through the hire it became a issue that the truck would not start intermittent delay our move. On top of all this the truck was filthy and had not been cleaned inside of out for months. It's was a very poor experience from Europe car blacktown. I've hired many trucks from other Europecar branches and have never had an issue this branch was a joke.
Would not recommend ever using Europe car, after returning the vehicle May I add after attempts to drop the car off and they were not open in advertise business hours, then after returning weeks later I was charged $1251 with no warning or explanation from my account an investigation was lodged on their end. 1.5 weeks later and no response, call them and they havnt even looked into. Europe car, you are disgraceful Please people don't waste your time or money
Long waiting times at pick up and drop off both Most of the time they won’t pick up their phones. After returning the car it’s now almost two weeks I am waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Still waiting. Initially they said it takes 5-6 days. I called them after a week and the said it is released from our end, should appear in my account in 2-3 days. It’s been week after that and still waiting. It’s not a big amount but how much do you keep chasing.
I was dissatisfied with their treat as the petrol Gage was a very tiny angle away from the full mark at check out as the tank had been filled in an station around 10 km away from the branch .The staff who checked the car stated that it might cost $10 to be deducted from our bond which would be fair enough however we received a statement later indicating that $50 had been taken away from our bond which was almost cost of a FULL tank petrol !!
Wonderful gentlemen named Stojanovski, Josh, friendly empathetic, followed up on the difficult circumstances we had, was flexible called me back, followed up by email. Apologised for a non existent delay, extremely professional, explained every step and procedure gave me options. Just a generally positive person... Wish there were more like him in the world.
Absolutely useless. I booked a van 3.5 weeks in advance and they called me to advise they had no vans available 15 mins before I was due to pick it up. They said I could go to Parramatta or Artarmon and then called back to say I would have to go to Penrith or the Airport. No apology or other options offered and they still expect you to pay full price!
I hired a car from them for 15 days and after 12 days they suddenly call me and informed that the Rego of car is going to expire nxt day and they want they car back immediately. They should check it before giving the car either they can call a customer at least two days ago. And there is a lady Monica who is very rude. She always speaks very rudely.
Nothing worse than than when you book a truck online recieve an email confirmation book 4 workers for the day and you go to pick it up the girl tells you there's no availability today this is the second experience I had with this company and try are still the same I would never use them again and I won't recommend anyone to do so
Amazing above and beyond service here at Blacktown location. The gentlemen there Basit was great serving and handling our queries. Answered all of our question and did our check-out really quick. He even gave a quick body wash so we could have a sparkling car to go with us. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
They always want to try to hard persuade you to do an upsize by saying that the type of car that you have booked online is not available. But if you insist of wanting the type of car that you had booked, tbey woyld give you a free upgrade to a newer car. Thats why i gave a 4 stars review.
Terrible service!! Let us stranded at Sydney airport, no bus arrived to pick us up. Spent 60mins on the phone trying to change pick up location, Sydney ran out of vehicles!!!! Sent us 45mins away and the worst part - we were in Sydney to attend a funeral :( Use another company!!!!!
Went into office and no car available. Was told there would definitely be a car tomorrow and to book online. Went home and went online and nothing available. I don't understand when you've taken the time to walk into an office why they can't check properly and book it on the spot.
Great service and fantastic staff. Really easy going and vehicles are in very good nick. Prices are reasonable as well. Got a large truck for around $130 for 24hrs which is MUCH better value than getting a small van for the same price, less time and Kms from Bunnings.
Horrible service!! I made a booking at 10 and they assumed it would be ok for me to pick it up 12. Didn't apologise and made it feel like it was my fault they overbooked. Then later decided to cancel my booking. Unreliable , wouldn't recommend if you're on a schedule.
Very very Bad customer service, and we reported to the police because they don’t talk nice to their customers and their cars not working properly and not clean. I don’t recommend it they are horrible and really bad. They don’t even deserve one star.

The range of vehicles were only three choices, I guess there were other members of the community needed the same as I did. The car I accepted has all the updated technology and extremly comfortable. Quick and precice documents to complete.

Was provided a baby car seat by Europcar to only discover a cockroach and ants living inside the seat once I took the covers off to wash. Not to mention the crumbs, milk stains and dirt in the chair. WASH YOUR BABY SEATS EUROPCAR!

I rented a car here and I find the staff was very helpful and accommodating they were very busy when we get there, but they attended to us as soon as they can. For a busy place like this you just have to be patient.
Excellent service at the Seven Hills outlet. The staff is extremely helpful specially Omair and Lihender are a delight to be served by. Extremely professional and no fuss attitude.. Would definitely visit again.

Hired a 1 tonne for the day for $49. Best price you'll find! It was fast and easy to book, to collect and to drop the vehicle back. The staff that assisted me was very friendly.
Booking was easy. We got a free upgrade on the car. Customer experience was excellent. We had to extend the hire, and it was hassle free. Will recommend definitely.
