Tried to book a rental 2 weeks in advance so was expecting a call, had to follow up but she said “call you back I’m cleaning the cars”. No call back so called again and they couldn’t confirm if they had the car or not. Still hadn’t heard anything 2 days before the rental date so had no choice but to cancel.

Booked a truck for 2pm, confirmed over the phone in the morning. Arrived at 1:50pm to no one in the office. Waited until 2:20 and then called the mobile number left on the door. Told they wouldn't be back for another half hour. Staff member

The worst service ever. They charged me at the time of renting money taken from my account, this was early November 2022. Then on 17th January 2023 same amount taken out again with out my knowledge. This left me stranded in New Zealand

Awesome customer service and they exceeded in meeting my needs of having a suitable vehicle for me ready and immaculate within a very short time frame, even when temperatures were scorching hot. Thank you Vicky for helping me out.

Much more difficult than it should have been. On the upside, rates were good. Car was mechanically fine, but poorly cleaned. The car I received arrived back while I was filling in the paperwork to leave.

Poor communications and they could not explaine charges on my credit card collected by europcar head offices the day after I returned the car and again 3 weeks after I returned the car. Never again!

Have had many car and van hires from Europcar Penrith in the last few months. Lisa is always a great help when it comes to booking a vehicle.
