I never purchase until I was at main Street flushing at sky view mall and a security who is kind of unprofesional trying to search my bag and I ask him why he said he though the product I brought to the store to check of they have one. He thought I picked it from the store and I said to him I don't do this kind of job I came in buy and and also they don't even have what i am looking for. I could even give the zero star if I could bad business they have over

Theres almost nothing to complain about the place. It has the hair products that I needed. It had a wide array from wacky colors (like electric blue and pink) to normal colors like blonde, brown, and black. In addition there were many brands to choose from and they also had bleach My one and only complaint would be that the store is a little too small. I as a big person struggle sharing the lanes with other customers who are just trying pass by me.

the costumer service is terrible. The employees make you feel so uncomfortable and say things that come off as micro aggressions. I was trying to find a certain hair color dye and an employee was extremely rude and hostile. she did not help me at all I ended up having to the closet thing to that color on my own. I come here all the time and try to ignore the employees but after today I’m never coming to that store again! it’s not worth it.

There are affordable stuff to nails and wigs and I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and I got press on nails from this store and the box said that they would stay on for bout a week and mine lasted more then 2 weeks but the only problem I have is the nail glue is so hard to stop from opening and once i left the glue in my bag and everything exploded and my bag was shut tight other then that this place is great

I was lost while walking in the aisle and reading the ingredients of active ingredients, I fell inside the bottle and was trapped. Alex, second of his name freed me from my curse by pumping me out of the bottle before his personal massage session. Now, I can breathe and my hair will never be dry and my drapes r silky smooth …

HORRIBLE staff, literally cursed right after i passed him in Korean which I understand:) because I pushed him, but it was just tinyyyy bit!!! There was a huge ladder in the middle of the way and I literally said Sorry. This was not my first time visiting here, but I felt so mad and disappointed.

I bought 5 nail polishes and changed my mind later and wanted to exchange colors. I haven't used any of them but it turns out they have a no exchange or return policy for "personal care" products which they don't warn you about when you buy it. Awful customer service. Don't recommend this place.

The Horrible staff, Accused me of stealing and tried to search me in the back. They followed me around just because I touched my sleeve. They targeted me because I was a teenager and wanted to search me because I was a teenager. How is it my problem other people my age steal. Profiling much.

I bought a hair illuminating mask which was 24.99 and the receipt said 24.99 plus tax. When I looked at the charge on my card, it turns out I was charged 38.09! And mask doesn’t even work well! Never coming here again! This is the store in flushing, main st, right next to the T-Mobile store

Called this place to ask if they had an item and he was super rude and wasn't listening to my question. Kept saying he couldn't give the price over the phone when i never even asked for it. Then he started yelling at me and then said they didn't open the store yet and had to go. So rude!!!

Sold me a defective straight razor blade with the holding notches misaligned and when I brought it back would not stand by their products and do anything for me. Generally most of their products are far marked up from online and local competitors. Will not shop here anymore.

as a beauty store, it serves its purpose. customer service rather horrible though. it felt very uncomfortable. i had 2 employees literally follow me to every aisle ive gone to, with their eyes staring very hard at me. do better with this, it makes your customer feel uneasy.

Sold me the wrong zero gapper for the andis blades I purchased knowing their no return policy, on top of that the factory blades the machine came with was the wrong blades inside of the box I lossed $120. Do not shop at this place

Lovely store with a good selection of beauty supplies! They had literally EVERYTHING I was looking for and the Korean lady at the counter was very kind. Definitely recommend!

Horrible Customer Service & Extremely Rude. Be ready for the staff to follow you around to watch everything you do but they aren’t helpful when you need something.

I had the worse experience at this store. The security guard made me extremely uncomfortable and even followed me out of the store. I will never be coming back.
