The worst clinic ever. Don’t go there. Just don’t. I have run out of words for them, but Olivia K in one of the comments below, said it best: “ The absolute worst I have ever experienced in a critical situation for an animal. Incompetent, made excuses and prolonged the suffering of my beautiful fur child unnecessarily. It is obvious they are far more focussed on getting as much money out of you as possible and not the best interests of the beautiful animals they should be caring for. So in response- I did call to address the issues, and to say the least- the conversation was abysmal and infuriating. The person I spoke to tried to grossly misrepresent what happened as a miscommunication and downplay everything. Your vet clinics in critical situations are absolutely horrendous and I will never be bringing any of my fur babies anywhere near your vet clinics. I will also be advising everyone I know to avoid you.” Absolutely disgusting clinic with incompetent vets. And yes, they only care about their own financial gains, and have no interest in helping your baby.

I just want to be honest about this place. Vets are generally very nice. They are professional, knowledgeble and careful. I can tell Louise and So Young are both extremely kind people and animal lovers. I'm 100% satisfied with them. However on the other hand, I didn't like the reception and admin side. First time I visited, I had to wait 30+ minutes after my scheduled time, and the reception lady wasn't patient in answering my question of what is taking so long. Second time, I got notified 2 days before my appointment, that they want to change a time/day, otherwise they will have to cancel it. I want to let the management team know that your customer's time do value. We are working 9-5 and not that flexible, that's why we make the appointment, not walking in. There's absolutely no point in taking appointment if the date/time always have to change or delay, right?

Impressed. Is probably the best word I can use to describe the service at Evervet. I just got my first puppy and as apprehensive as a new parent can be, I was concerned that my pup would hate visiting the doctor like I do. To my surprise, my doggo got the best service and attention. From the super friendly reception staff to the gentle and knowledgeable doctor, my pup was treated with love, so much so that he didn’t even notice the syringe of his second vaccine or the thermometer going up his butt. He left full of cuddles, kisses and treats and I left more than satisfied with the service. Thank you Louise and the amazing team. 100% would recommend.

Dr Louise is a fantastic vet, she pays so much attention and spends time looking at all of the details into what is happening and coming up with solutions that can suit complicated needs. I have really felt confident in taking my cat to see her and she has been so helpful and has set my mind at ease. She has provided the best of care to my cat and he has improved so much with his chronic problem and I have gone from thinking he might not live too much longer to him being back to almost normal and managing his condition. I can not thank her enough.

Dr Thulz is amazing. We will keep travelling to see her from Flemington until they open up a practice in North Melb! She's the best vet I've ever seen, takes so much care and patience with our anxious little boy. She is so generous with sharing her wealth of knowledge and we learn so much after every visit. The staff are so kind, including reception who are so good at giving our boy space and reassurance as he enters (often the most difficult part) and giving him space from other patients. We know we are always in the best hands at evervet.

I honestly can't praise Evervet enough, the service was above and beyond what I've experienced in the past at other clinics. While looking after my boss's dachshund, she developed a nasty infection in her arm pit, not only did Evervet get her in the very next morning at the South Yarra clinic, but they had her anxiety meds dispensed from the Prahran clinic that night by 10:30pm. They took every precaution to make Penny's visit as comfortable as possible, and I feel she received the very best care. Thank you all so much.

Great service - very thorough consultation. This was my pet's first visit to the vet since we moved to the area. The vet was concerned to get a brief history of my pet's health issues and took her time to explain the possible causes of my dog's cough and the various types of treatment that could be pursued. Was very pleased to be able to get an appointment at short notice since my dog is elderly and was stressed by the move. The recommended treatment saw my dog's health improve significantly in 24-48 hours.

Our Cavoodle boy got his C3 vaccination from here and the doctor (Theo Lynch) who consulted him was excellent. Gave all the information we needed and gave me opportunity to ask all the questions and concerns I had for our puppy. He did not rush through the time and thoroughly checked puppy for any issues. He was very gentle with the puppy and gave me an information/goodies bag as well which I didn't get when I visited them first time. Dr Theo is definitely the person to book your next appointment with.

We have a new puppy and have started care at Evervet in South Yarra as it's the closest vet to our house. The service is AMAZING. Both vets we've seen have been very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The reception staff are equally lovely, and I've received amazing customer care via email when I've had feedback and questions. I was expecting to be shocked by the prices given it's location but I've been pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.

We found the Evervet clinics when our sister cats first started fighting. We were referred to Thulz as she specialises in pet behaviour. She is just fantastic! She helped us over a period of months to get the cats back together. She's really easy to chat to, is understanding and is just so knowledgeable! We've moved out of the Stonnington area but will happily drive all the way to South Yarra just to see her!

Great care with information prior to the appointment and procedure and clear follow up afterwards. Appreciated the phone calls to coordinate my dog's care before and after the appointment. It was great to be involved in the process on the day too - staying with my dog while she went to sleep (she's very anxious with vets). Felt very involved in the care of my dog and her treatment

Taylor at the front desk and Nicole the vet are amazing and were very happy to answer all questions. They spent the time with me that I needed to understand next steps as this is all very new to me. I walked away with confidence in myself as a new dad and them as my vet for the future. Puppy love and customer service. Luda and myself are looking to going back soon :)

My pets (& former family pets growing up) have been going to the formerly-known Prahran Vet since the 1990s! The nurses & vets are extremely caring and treat my dog & cat like their own. They also know about my limiting health issues & my animals' nervousness - and try to make each vet visit as easy as possible for all of us. It's always a pleasure to visit :)

I've been going to Evervet Prahran and South Yarra for over 15 years with my dogs Darcy and Maisie. I've always found them to be fantastic in their level of care. A particular call out to Dr Thulasi Sarvananthar who has consistently been so capable, caring and so great at communicating key information and asking all the right questions. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my dog Hector to Evervet since he was a baby and I always feel so supported by the gentle, knowledgeable and kind staff. Hector loves his vet visits and actually pulls to go inside when we walk past! I'm a very anxious dog mum so it's a big deal that I totally trust them and feel completely comfortable leaving him in their capable hands!

That I feel very comfortable bringing Whisky to you, all the people I interact with have a genuine caring and love of furry folk. Apart from making sure Whisky my cat is in good health, the Vet helped me give my cat a tablet, which I find really difficult and then gave me some practical knowledge so I can administer her tablet in the future

The team at Evervet South Yarra is amazing and always happy for Rocket to visit even if he doesn't want to be there. Dr Thuls is patient, caring and knows when enough is enough for my little buddy. Treating a dog without being forceful or over bearing and allowing the dog to communicate when enough is enough and respecting the boundaries.

Friendly staff, quick, and efficient. Took my fur baby in when he had an eye infection earlier than my scheduled appointment. Also gave him shots and distracted him with treats that he didn’t even know he had been give a shot. Overall, I’d say going to the vet was a very positive experience for him and his future health appointments.

First time pet owner here! I visited Evervet South Yarra for the first time today and super impressed with the service and the amount of information I was provided by the staff. This was my first visit to your vet with my 9yr old pug, we have just moved from Sydney to the area, what an absolute pleasure to meet your team, they are professional, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy. I'm so impressed how your team managed my little Gatsby, who suffers bad anxiety. Great service!!!

Really happy with our experience. Vet was super thorough and didn't rush us. Took the time to bond with our cat instead of rushing straight to treatment and made sure that our cat (and ourselves) were comfortable throughout the appointment. Amazing bedside manner and took the time for everyone to feel comfortable.

The staff at Evervet are warm and positive which makes the experience of taking your pet to the vet so assuring. They are well informed and have made us feel as though they truly care for the wellbeing of our pup as much as we do and will do what is best for him and for us.

Communicative, incredibly friendly, and made sure my dog felt comfortable before they even started asking me questions. I liked that there were two people in the appointment - my dog felt he could relax the whole time.
