This business popped up for me to review. I have never used this service. After reading some of the unfair reviews about this company committing fraud. I spoke to Sunny the owner, he was nothing but polite, concerned and kind. I have had this company's name show up on my bank statement more than once for 1.00 each time I have had to start all over again with my bank card. My bank card in my possession each time. I live in Los Angeles. I have never been to Jamaica New York. Sunny is truly trying to get this figured out. I had no idea that others were coming for him here. Attacking this man or making accusations isn't going to help anyone figure out what is going on. I tried to get more info from my bank each time they had to shut my entire account down. I basically googled this company because the name appeared on my account and caused a mess. I feel that it is someone who might be working for this company because this is happening too often to too many people all over the country it seems. This business I see is open 24/7. Which means there is possibly a large number of employees and customers coming through this company in one way or the other. I also saw it was happening on someone's cashapp. I was just about to start using my cashapp card so my bank account doesn't get messed up every month from this and other fraudulent, attempted charges. Whoever is responsible for this, knows to 1st try to charge 1.00, then if that goes through, they have a free for all. Whomever is committing this mass number of fraudulent attempts, at trying to spend money that does not belong to them, their time is coming. Criminals get greedy if something like this works even 1 time. Since I am just some random person in CA, and have had this happen 2 months in a row, it should be simple enough to gather dates from those who have experienced this, then take that data, and narrow it down to a few people at most. If I were the owner, I would surely be going above and beyond to catch the person who is tarnishing this company's name. Those who actually used this service have all given mostly high ratings. Sorry Sunny that this is still happening. I really did try to see if there was more info. Maybe when others call about this, ask for the dates these fraud attempts were made. I know that is very tedious and you have more to worry about. Maybe one or more of those Dispatch folks you were talking about replacing has their hands and focus on something other than the job they were hired to do. So sad.

The driver was great, however there were major communication issues with the 1st dispatcher I spoke with. I had to repeat myself multiple times (both with my address and my destination), and he thought my destination was in Manhattan (when it was in Long Island). I highly suggest hiring a dispatcher who understands English better, and is knowledgeable in at least most NY areas.

If you test my cash app one more time I will file a lawsuit against your company. I have never used your service and I don't intend to. I have already reported you to cash app as a scam, that email and a screenshot of this review will be included in my court filings.

Used my card without verifying ID. I don’t even live in the state. In response to your reply, when I called your service, I was hung up on 6 times before someone actually talked to me. I caught your fraudulent charge early. Causing me to cancel my cards once again.

Wonderful service! Our first flight from the U.S. to London was cancelled but they were very accommodating with all the itinerary changes - including being early for a 4:00 am pickup to go to JFK Polite, professional - will definitely use again
