The service at your highpoint store is utterly disappointing. I went back to the store for a refund for a pair of ear-rings because they were bent and the receiver of the present was disappointed due to this fact as it was supposed to be an xmas present. I understand that your store only offer exchanges but this is a different issue. The product sold to me was faulty! When i entered the store, I approached the same lady that sold me the pair of ear-rings and her attitude is on another level of arrogannce and manners of an uneducated person. She spoke in a very rude manner stating some of the following: * How did I know that you did not bend the product?? * You can either get an exchange or you can keep it and complain to consumer affairs * I did not serve you that day. Emma served you. Who the hell speaks to a customer like that especially when I was in a composed manner?? That is not even the worst part. She couldn’t be bothered anymore and just answered a phone call in front of me. The embarrassing thing is that her staff member (a more matured lady) had to step in and help me and she was lovely. If this lady had served me to start off with, the whole fuss could have been avoided. She was polite and she listened which made all the difference. I find it unacceptable that the MANAGER of the store, whose name was Melissa acted in such an unprofessional manner and that your staff member had to step in and resolve the issue for you. Melissa should be demoted or better yet sent back to school so she can learn some manners

I suggest strongly never shop at Evita or recommend supporting this business. Go there only if you are prepared to be disappointed and upset with disgusting customer service and no help with figuring out your sizes and rushing you to make a purchase. I went in yesterday evening Sunday the 15th April to order the von treskow coin ring. I was the only customer in store. As I wasnt sure I asked the staff to help me with sizes and she just straight started writing my order on the receipt, even before helping me finalize the right size. I asked her again to help me with size and she in a BAD TONE just read out sizes aloud to me ( as if I can’t read) I tried to HELP MYSELF by comparing sizes with the ring I was wearing as I was still unsure, while she just tried to rush my husband to tap his card on the eftpos, rather than helping me finalize the product first. DIGUSTED I JUST LEFT. I had driven all the way to highpoint only to order this ring and she just ruined it for me. I am writing this review as I don’t want anyone else to be served disgustingly like this. I was served by my mums age lady, blond pale hair with bad tone bad attitude. NEVER SHOP HERE.

I must agree with the other review .The anger I was subjected to by Melissa the manager of this store was unbelievable.I simply went to pick up something that had been ordered by my wife .Melissa grabbed the receipt from my hand and said this says Sunday it won't be ready .I said no the pick up was for last sunday.She got very very angry grabbed a calendar and slapped it down on the counter and said are you calling me a liar.I complained that she was very rude and would like to speak to her boss .She said no you cant talk to my boss.Ok can you give me his number .And then she said find it yourself.So I did but it didnt help her boss is scared of her too it was her father the owner.This Melissa is so horrible to deal with ,possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced I would advise everybody to give this store a big miss.There are many others that will value your patronage and treat you with kindness. Every word that came from her was angry and appalling behaviour.Never again.

Went to Evita today to purchase a gift, I have driven all the way to the mall just to go to Evita, but end up walking out as I refuse to spend a dime here!! They have beautiful and wide range of Jewellery, however the attitude of the young brunette girl (the only one working today) is beyond disgusting. I won’t even use the word service as it is non existent. I have asked to see 2 trays of Jewellery however was only presented with one. When I asked if I could see the other tray, the response I got was “that tray are diamonds”. I was made to feel as if I am wasting her time, and she was very impatient whilst I was looking at the items. I end up walking out and purchasing the gift from another store in the mall. If you have an issue showing diamond Jewellery in a Jewellery store, or are judgemental towards customers that walk in, then don’t bother trading!!!!! Disgusting.

Absolutely love coming to your Highpoint store, the girls are so lovely and up lifting, they are always so welcoming and helpful, the store manager MeIissa has always been more than helpful as I’ve been shopping at Evita for 7 years she has been the one I have kept coming back for my purchases. I was in the store the day Patrick Wong was, I overheard the incident and I felt so sorry for the way she was treated, as a customer the way he was speaking to her was abupt and demeaning. She was cornered that why the other staff member took over. I was appalled at the way some people treat others when they are unhappy with a purchase. As for the other complaint I have known Melissa on a professional level for many years, as well as her family and her father is not scared of her. Honestly.

Fantastic customer service and a great variety of jewellery. Have purchased a few Von Treskow products from here and the service is always great. Went in this morning to see if I needed to re-dip my earrings and the lady was so lovely, she gave them a good clean and they were literally good as new. Will definitely be back for some more jewellery :) I also bought a necklace last night just before they closed and walked out without my phone! The lady called out for me and handed it back - thank you again!!

Only giving a 1 star because I can’t give a zero. Absolutely disgusting service, the staff (a mature blonde woman and a younger brunette) were incredibly nasty when my mother and I were enquiring about a product that we had every intention of purchasing and were told to “just google it”. Stood outside the store after purchasing the product and overheard them loudly cussing about us. They should be absolutely ashamed. Do better please.

Fantastic customer service from the blonde manager! I quite enjoyed being asked if I could read 3-4 times, having a family member spoken about badly and being spoken down too. Would also like to recommend putting the phone on mute if your going to swear and speak badly about your customers because your already look as unprofessional as it gets so you’d think she’d want to save some face.

If i could give no stars at all i would ve done that. Terrible customer service with a biggest attitude. Made me feel very uncomfortable for wanting to look at a jewellery as if she had something better to do. Her answer were short and her tone in her voice was angry. Terrible person for a nice jewellery store. Left the store without getting what i wanted. Will never go there again.

I don't usually post reviews but this woman needs to know that her tone and overall attitude isn't necessary for her line of work. Nearly lost her sale just off her tone and manners; thankfully the product (a brand I support online) outweighed her awful service. Literally gave my family attitude off a simple "Is this in stock?" question.

The lady that works here is so RUDE! I came in wanting to buy a specific necklace I had seen previously and I had the money with me to buy it but after her disgusting approach I refused to spend the money there. No thanks. you’re loosing customers because of your feral attitude

Absolutely amazing customer service. Melissa was so friendly and she repaired a very sentimental necklace when noone else in highpoint could. She also helped me select a beautiful pair of earrings for my girlfriend. Definitely will be returning here in the future.

Fantastic customer service! I had some issues with my brackets and the ladies at Evita fixed them, and then exchanged them and were so so helpful. Such lovely people and beautiful jewellery I cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely continue to use them!

The brunette lady and her blonde mum are the most aggressive, arrogant and rude shopkeepers I have literally ever met in my life. Absolutely shocking. Highpoint should not tolerate their behaviour in their centre. Don’t support that business.
