OK Lori my wife is a CNA and is always on call .Lori proceeded to call the salon at ten am this morning. And no answer Lori leaves message and said I have to go in to work we have to pass and can we schedule for another time.Could you please call me back.All good for the message. Heather calls back nice on voicemail. OK good Lori calls back gets blasted by Heather that she lost money on us .Lori told Heather she never knows when she will be called in .Heather being very pissed off said I require a 24 hr notice for a cancellation. You will now be put on a walk in basis only now you call and if I have time I will cut your hair and if I don't I won't.With a CNA you will never know when you will be called. OK now if being a doctor or a nurse or a paramedic they get called as well and have to be there and can't give a 24 hr notice .That's not right set by Heather she gets super pissed if she can't get you in there to cut your hair. That is the life of a medical profession you never know when you will be called. I know that this not right if you can't make it in then the salon can call other clients and tell them that you have three cancellations that's common sense people. This place is a joke and its not worth your time to go there. Grant you Heather cuts hair halfway decent. But being hateful and rude to people just don't cut it .This place is not a good hair salon at all. Stay away from this joint especially if you have a profession that requires you to be on call all the time .

I had an excellent experience getting my hair done (balayage and trim) with Kenzie, normally I see Adam who is excellent but I needed a later appointment this time. Kenzie went above and beyond to work with my on my style and color making sure everything was perfect for me and that I was happy with it. They took extra time but never seemed inconvenienced or rushed in the least. I was put at ease right away with their procedures due to covid. My temperature was taken before even being allowed to enter and I waited in the car per the salons protocol for her previous customer to leave and for her to sanitize her station. First thing I was directed to the restroom to wash my hands for 20 seconds. The entire time she (and I) wore masks and she had gloves on that she changed between tasks. Even with all of the extra measures and precautions it was still the fun and relaxing experience that I'm used to at Evolve. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Evolve Salon for my hair since 2007. My hair has never been healthier or more beautiful. I used to bleach my hair and do highlights, Evolve got me back to a more natural color and my hair now has length, volume and is a gorgeous color! Heather has a a great sense of humor, the atmosphere is laid back & upscale, open, modern facilities, parking is easy, lots of product choice, easy scheduling and scalp massages!! I now go to Heather not only for my cut & color but also when I need my hair styled nicely for an event too! She is also now doing my teenage daughter’s hair which is a miracle bc she had been scared off by a bad experience previously, but Heather has the perfect demeanor with her ❤️

Set up an appointment for my wife as a Christmas present based on the online pricing for a Mani Pedi. What she was charged was almost double what is listed on their website. Had I or she known the actual price was different than what was advertised, we would not have booked the appointment. Her actual experience in the salon was good, so this rating is not reflective of the quality of work they do, but the disconnect between pricing from the website to what she was charged ruined the experience. When you book something online based on the pricing listed, you don't really think to double check upon entry to make sure the pricing matches before they start working and, honestly, you shouldn't have to.

I went today to see Adam Goble for a cut. I was impressed! I am not lying when I tell you this is the best cut I have had in a long long time. Adam is such a great person and did an amazing job! Bonus points for the head massage during the shampoo. Looking around I saw nothing but happy customers and top notch staff. I will be back for my next cut and look to Evolve for more services in the future. Seriously can't express how happy I am! Thank you Adam! You have a rare talent to make me look good!

I went to Evolve Salon wanting a change, just not knowing what I wanted. Misty listened patiently and was able to offer me several options. She explained the pros and cons of each. I went with a new color, for me, and am delighted with the results. Misty also cut my hair so beautifully that I looked 10 years younger! It's easy and fun to do my hair and can wear it several different ways. Am going back for a touch-up in September. Can't wait!!!!

Josh did WONDERS for my hair! I have dense, medium-length hair and I wanted weight taken off of it. He was so patient and precise, and cut exactly what I wanted. I found this place through a Groupon and was a little nervous since it was so affordable, but this was the best haircut I've had in years. The salon is small and tucked into an office building, but everyone there was so nice. I'm definitely coming back!

I've been going to Jasmine for about 3 years now and every time I go, I have a great experience! Jasmine is so creative and trendy with colors and cuts. I always know she is going to give me a great style. There have been times that I'll give her a general idea of a style I've seen and she totally runs with it. The Salon is also very nice and chill. They always play good music and everyone is welcoming.

Kenzie is a hair goddess!! Finding a new stylist in the age of covid and being new in town, I thought would be impossible but Kenzie hit the nail on the head. Not only did she fix my post pixie cut grow out/covid mess of hair but shes got a phenomenal personality. The hour flew by filled with laughs and great conversation, and I left feeling refreshed and human again. Will be back for sure!

Started going here after my stylist, Adam Goble (who is fantastic if you're looking for a new stylist!), switched over. Every time I've been in everyone, the other stylists, Adam, of course, and the owner are always so welcoming and are genuinely glad to have you in the salon. Everything is kept up well, including the continued education for stylists. Highly recommended!!!

Evolve Salon has a great atmosphere with wonderful, friendly staff! I have gone to Jess for a little over a year and she is amazing! Every time I come in, I just let her do her magic in giving me an edgy but professional hairstyle. Not only is the color and cut flawless, but she is joy to hang out with while I am there! So glad I found Evolve in Indy when I moved here!

I’ve had my hair cut by Jasmine twice now, both times receiving optimal service. Today I had 13+ inches cut off for a drastically needed new look. Of course I was worried and nervous, being very attached to my long locks; she kept the mood uplifting and kept my spirits high and I left very happy. She even taught me how to style the new look. Highly recommend!

I hesitate to write this as I realize she's going to be hard to schedule with soon, but Jasmine is hands down the best stylist I've ever been to for short/fine hair. And I don't just mean in Indy, I mean anywhere. Within 20 minutes of arriving she had perfectly achieved the look I wanted. So thankful to have found such a talented, personable stylist in Indy.
