1. Acs are not working at all. It feels like we are exercising in hot room. It's impossible to workout in this suffocating and hot atmosphere. 2. Water taste is worst. Seems like it is coming directly from tap without filtering it. 3. Cycles, treadmill and elliptcal are not in proper condition. 4. No proper management or anything like that people leave whenever they want. 5. The old people are very rude, they take your dumbbells between sets and sit on machines. 6. No belts available and those are there are broken beyond wearable 7. There are only two trainers and they are either not there or busy chatting with others Trainers are more focused on switching off fan, acs and light if no one is around, rather then giving training. Building facilities are also worst. Basement Parking area is also bad. Before you write anything in reply I am a member of this gym and i REGRET paying those 6k

Trainers are more focused on switching off fan if no one is around, rather then giving training. Building facilities are also worst. Basement Parking area is also bad. Their dog pees in exercise area and it smells. Don't join this gym if you are planning for exercise......!! Maybe they will wake up once someone dies in their gym due to suffocation....!! Totally unprofessional.

First impression very good till you enroll, once u pay membership none cares for anything Even none listen or solve your problems Trainers don’t get enough pay so anyone leave anytime so u can’t depend upon any one trainer If you pay money for PT anytime they terminate good trainer and assign u basic one I have seen Manytime if someone is complaining for anything they make fun or they just ignore I paid just by seeing they machines but worst team and team management None is there is listen any of issues or solutions, very very basic trainers

I've spoken to the management about this issue several times, but they've refused to do anything about it. They say that turning off the A/C is necessary to save energy. But I don't care. I'm paying for a gym membership, and I expect to be able to work out in a comfortable environment. I'm so disappointed with this gym. I'm going to cancel my membership and find a different gym that actually cares about its members.

The gym is amazing. Amazing Facility top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone.The instructors Are extremely knowledgeable highly motivated and awesome people to be around. this gym is the worst i've ever been to . im so disappointed with this gym . i have wasted my money and time here , i would never recommend this place to anyone , a/c not even working good , speacilly for a/c , i complainted to turn on a/c but the owner og gym turns it off every time

Exalt Gym has got latest and great equipments. Their trainers are experienced, supportive, friendly and nice. They have got good management and facilities and the environment in gym is quite comfortable for exercise. Best gym in new ranip.
