I have worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and not once have I heard someone speak to a paying customer the way the owner of this company spoke to my friend (on her birthday to make matters even worse)! A dress was left behind in the van and as sweet and accommodating our driver was, whoever writes him a check is the exact opposite. She was yelled at (I heard it all on speaker) and told it was her responsibility to take all her belongings. When asked to speak to a manager, he said he is the owner of the company and got even more vicious. He would not let her get a word in and could careless that it was her birthday dress. Coming from a group of business owners and people who work in customer service, we would NEVER speak to anybody this way. He said he shouldn’t be responsible for her mistake. This is a commuting service and I’m sure things get left behind that are missed by customers and even driver. In the end, it’s the company’s responsibility to see they can return the item in a timely matter. Piss poor service. I hope nobody supports this company!!

I just wanted to thank you so much for the most AMAZING service we have ever had with a transportation service. For anyone wondering who to use, don't hesitate to contact them!! I initially spoke with Ed, who was so polite and welcoming. It was super easy to schedule everything. We had multiple pick-ups which wasn't a big deal at all to them. We used the service twice within the week. Both times, our driver was Benny. He was such a nice and great driver! He was always there on time (actually earlier than time and patiently waiting for us). Greeted us with such a big smile! We have used A LOT of services in the past and Executive Travel beats the others by a mile!! The van that picked us up was spotless and new. No hidden fees, we were charged what was agreed on (which was also better than anyone we contacted). I am also a travel agent and will be referring clients, friends and family to them. I am already trying to get a group of friends together to go look at Christmas lights and will book with them. Thanks again for making everything PERFECT!!!!

We were working long distance to set up wedding transportation in Nashville. Responsiveness of transportation companies was pretty variable, but Executive Travel was prompt and thorough, answering questions and remaining patient with adjustments, etc. Communication was timely. We received reminders in advance of the day, and the driver texted upon arrival at the venue. The vehicle was spotless, the service was efficient, and the driver was professional. Staff worked with us to schedule the service in the most cost effective way, and the rates were excellent. Everything, including gratuity, was precalculated, making the process seamless on the big day. By the time I checked my email the following morning, I had already received the receipt. I am so appreciative of their efforts, and heartily recommend this company for wedding transportation needs.

Beyond the call of duty! Ed (Owner) went beyond the call of duty, and in the spirit of good deeds, picked me up along a busy Highway walking to my hotel, after just missing the airport shuttle and looking at another 30 minute wait. I’m an airline pilot, and decided to get some fresh air and just walk the 2 miles instead. Ed pulled over mid walk, and insisted I take a ride, detailing the less than observant drivers out there on the highway. Ed’s sense of safety and professionalism shined through, very friendly and well presented. He epitomizes the Tennessee spirit, and others could learn from his example! My wife and I along with are 8 month old baby needed transportation from our house to the airport. The young man named Shawn pulled up in a very clean vehicle and assisted in carrying luggage to the vehicle. He helped me get everything loaded up and then assisted in making sure our child seat was securely fastened. He made the drive pleasant by talking and entertaining ya. Best service I have used in a long time! I will be using him for all of our travel needs! My daughter and I were stranded after our flight being canceled. There were no rentals available and uber's and Lyft's were hard to get. After our second flight was canceled we called them. So friendly and helped know our options. Took the time to explain them. They were life savers! Ed drove us 4 hours so we could get home before another blizzard hit! This is the best limousine service I've ever used. The vehicles are immaculate and well maintained. There's no concern of breakdowns. The drivers are dressed and groomed impeccably and are exceedingly polite. We had a rambunctious group of people. We were very loud and funny (at least we thought we were). Shawn and Ed never lost patience. They were consummate gentlemen. I wish they had services in other cities!

Thanks for the prompt and professional service in moving the bridal party around town on my daughter's wedding weekend! Everything went so smoothly and all elements of transporting the bride, the groom and all of the attendants from the separate Air BnBs, to the photo locations and then to the church ran seamlessly.
