I recently attended the Taylor Swift concert downtown on a very rainy evening and record-setting Nashville visitors and traffic. We opted for a private car service to navigate the traffic and ensure a hassle-free journey. Andy was ready and in frequent communication before our pick up. He promptly responded to my inquiries regarding pickup details. Despite the heavy rain and concert-related traffic, Andy demonstrated exceptional punctuality. Andy arrived precisely at the designated time and promptly texted to inform us of his arrival. His professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance further added to the positive impression. The vehicle provided by the private car service was in impeccable condition. It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities such as climate control and comfortable seating. Given the rainy weather, Andy even had an umbrella readily available to ensure I stayed dry during entry and exit. One of the primary advantages of using this private car service during the concert was Andy’s knowledge of the downtown area and ability to navigate through congested traffic efficiently. Despite the rain and the influx of concertgoers, he skillfully maneuvered through alternate routes, avoiding major traffic jams. This not only saved time but also helped alleviate the stress associated with getting stuck in a long queue of vehicles. As for pick-up after the concert, Andy ensured we understood the plan for pick-up by providing detailed maps and clear instructions. We left the concert at 1:40am and we were home by 2:00am. Amazing!! Andy’s dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my journey. He was friendly, accommodating, and ensured our comfort and safety throughout the ride. His polite behavior and willingness to engage in conversation created a pleasant and personalized experience. I can’t recommend him enough!!

Glen was 20-30 minutes late for the Wedding getaway. We were supposed to have red carpet and champagne. He did not do that. I really do feel that when you are picking up a Bride and Groom who are on a schedule you really should check things out ahead of time to make darn sure you know where you are going ahead of time instead of solely relying on GPS. The limo had cracked tint, and according to my son a couple things inside that were being held together with tape. They deny that there is tape on anything, The booking process was very easy and Ali Salman was very nice and helpful. The driver Glen was very nice and apologetic for being late, though of course that does not change anything. This was a wedding, and it should not have happened.He did get them to their destination safely after running over only one curb. I received an email asking me for a 5 star rating, so prior to giving them a review I emailed them to let them know how things went, and they apparently already knew. They blamed the gps in the limo, and told me Glen was new and said he forgot about offering the red carpet and champagne. They did not offer anything to make up for this less than perfect experience, just said thank you for being patient with the new driver and asked us to please give them another try in the future. For such a large company who claims they care about giving you a great experience, I would have expected they would do something other than basically saying sorry we didn’t do our job on the most important night of your son’s life.

I would give 6 stars if possible. Darren was exactly what I was looking for. The stress of my wife traveling to Nashville all the way from Jackson and back, as well as not knowing if she would return the same day or have to stay overnight weighed heavily. I spoke with Darren the night before and my mind was put at ease. In person it only got better. Darren arrived on time, was patient and courteous. In addition upon arriving at the hospital, he contacted the hospital personal to alert them my wife would need a wheel chair and someone to push it. Upon dropping off my wife in the nurses hands, Darren called me to give me an update putting my mind at ease. Just a very positive experience all around.

My 70th birthday wish....being picked up in a limo and taken downtown for dinner. Brent arrived early/on time and was as nice as anyone could be. He helped us all get in and situated, he answered any questions we had along the way, he was courteous and professional, funny, personable, and very good at his job. At the end of the evening we were all hugging him with gratitude for the great evening he provided us. I will definitely tell everyone about Brent AND Nashville Chauffeur...they were wonderful, easy to work with, accommodating, and communicated well with me every step of the way. Our older son is getting married in November....he's already planning to call Brent!

There are no words to describe how amazing this limo service is! We called the night before and was able to get everything we wanted! Solomon was so awesome getting everything set up for us! Then, Thomas, our limo driver, exceeded all expectations!! He made sure we knew where he was, and how to get to him as fast as possible! We used Nashville Chauffer for a 14th birthday celebration for my daughter and her friends. Our driver, Glynn, was very professional, arrived early, and was more than happy to accommodate our requests. The company was very professional from start to finish providing excellent communication. I contacted quite a few companies, and they were the best at communicating. Rates were reasonable. They provided balloons and a sign for my daughter. The limo flooring had a tear in one area, but the balloons pretty much covered the floor. Overall, a great experience

We used Nashville chauffeur for a quick weekend getaway. Amina was very accommodating as we called often to extend our driver needs. TJ was our driver for the 3 days and from point to point excursions around town to getting us to and from the airport was a joy. He was a safe driver. Great personality. He even ran to get me some patches for my back when I herniated a disc. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again upon my return.

Excellent service! We had a very early flight for a group of 5 out of Nashville and our driver Donald was on time and very pleasant for such an early pick up (3 a.m.). The large limo/shuttle we had was clean and in pristine condition as well as having excellent A/C. Our driver, SHANA, was professional - well dressed, friendly and very courteous and considerate of the passengers. SHANA also is an excellent driver - a very comfortable ride and then even had to navigate through a recent accident in the intersection - a very tight squeeze.

We got a limousine for one of our Girl Scout outings. Thomas was an absolute dream. He literally rolled out a red carpet, so the girls could experience their first limousine ride in style. Rented the lime green Bumblebee limo for my sons 13th Birthday. We arranged it to pick him and a few other kids up from school and to see their faces, the bus drivers/teachers/other students faces was pricelss!! Brent gave us a wonderful experience riding around looking at Christmas lights. He was very intuitive as to when our 3 year old grandson needed to get out and dance by the lights!
