They delivered the awesome car we rented, but never refunded the security deposit (so they basically double charged me). Their contract says they can hold the deposit for up to 30 days (which is already crazy), and I have been trying to get this resolved for weeks now. It's very difficult to get them on the phone about it and I have yet to have any person from their business contact me after multiple attempts to get through to them via the email and their listed phone number. Would have been a good review if it was possible to get my security deposit refunded. (Update: I was never able to resolve this and never got my deposit back. They are crooks)

CROOKS! Awful service! Not only did they bring the wrong car, they were 2 hours late, and the car they did bring was filthy, and drop too didn’t work. To top that off It’s been 3 months and still haven’t got my $900 partial refund from switching up the car last minute, and still have not got my $2000 security deposit back! They charged my card in seconds and it’s been MONTHS and still have not got my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Wish I could give zero stars. Awful. Horrible. Scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only do they not communicate or keep in touch with you, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR MY WEDDING. I called twenty plus times, left messages and emailed them. This was on a Friday afternoon. They still have my money. RUN!

Appears to be a scam company. Look at the names of the reviewers for starters. Also look-up the address they give (at the time of this review) - it's a hospital's address... well... I guess what they are doing is kinda sick!

Excellent service from booking to drop off delivery. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Delivery team was very professional and answered any questions I had about the car!
