He has awesome customer service skills and is very friendly to deal with and very quick to return messages and emails. I booked my second Cruise through Peter and the Expedia Cruise Ship Center on Hunt Club Road because the first time around was one of the best experiences in all my travels. I very very highly recommend. My brother and his wife also use Peter exclusively because of his knowledge and experience in the cruise industry.
