I'm not too sure about these other reviews about the reps and I will refrain to mention their name because I am not that kind of person. I simply called to compare rates with other travel companies for a specific cruise and itinerary and after telling them I found much lower prices elsewhere, the insulting of the other companies began, telling me how Expedia Cruises is so much more superior, and I was rushed to end the call like I was wasting their time despite me having additional questions. I mean sure, I and anyone else won't be spending an extra $1000 just to go with them, but at least have the decency to be polite with potential customers. Not sure I'd recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.

Excellent customer service provided by Katie. She had great recommendations and made sure our booking was what we wanted throughout the booking process. She was always on point, was prompt with her return calls, did what she promised and made numerous and tedious calls to the cruise provider when required. She went to bat with them at our request to correct an issue and ended up exceeding our expectations. I would definitely recommend Expedia Cruises Orleans location and would book with her again. Thank you for taking care of us!

Terrible service lost booking 8 weeks before travel all extras lost our rep was slow to react and we had to re organize whole cruise with all services our self's and Rep. did not help at all .We still do not know why our reservation was cancelled and we where booked on a cruise in July ,Rep and Expedia have no answers .Have traveled extensively and not had such a issue before and lack of concern from Rep. would not use this company again .

She has shown to me her expertise in booking our trips. During my last booking with her, I have made so many changes and that like magic she has made all the re-bookings so fluent. Nancy Labelle arranged a vacation for me. I called the Expedia Cruise Ship Center and it was her who answered the phone. She immediately provided me with a lot of information and continued to do so until I made a decision. Because she was so attentive it only took a few days. I just got back from the vacation and it was even better than I expected. I had a great time.
