Very attractive car wash with plenty of LED lights, some that change colour to match the soap. Even the basic wash process seems to dispense soap three times throughout the wash. Found it confusing at the end of the wash, no indicator on when to drive away. Like some have a green light but nothing here The system just kinda leaves you in the dryer, so after a short period, and seeing the next vehicle approaching, I drove away. They don't fold in your side mirrors and don't put a plastic bag over your rear wiper. Had to find somewhere to park on the street and fix the mirrors as the wash exits you immediately onto a side street. The wash result was fine, not perfect as some corners and crevices in the body work weren't reached by the brushes, not as dry as some other drive-thru washes too. But it did an especially good job at the wheels and rims. The rims were almost perfectly clean and free of brake dust. The wash is also right beside a McDonald's so my kids had quite a treat, with an entertaining car wash first and then an ice-cream cone from McDonald's after!

Do not take your car here if you value you vehicle. I drive a 2002 Honda civic. Sure my car may be 20 years old and that’s fine but after getting my wash done I wanted to admire how good it possibly looked. Got out of my car and my trunk was so scratched I was shocked to say the least. I was furious. Went inside to talk to the manager I guess he was and was told there is no way that his machine did that. I then stated I guess it was magic just to have him say “ya maybe it was magic” to which I said I don’t believe I’m magic. He then stated that there are tons of cameras in the wash and that if there’s ever a problem that they give pictures to Icbc. Odd he said his machines don’t scratch cars but according to his statement about Icbc he has obviously had this problem numerous times before. Whatever you do if you value your vehicle don’t take it here. Also told three people on the way out that were in the lineup what had happened and they put their cars in reverse and left. I will be boycotting this place forever. Horrible customer service

Express Auto Wash on Boundary, is THE best auto wash I've been to with the best customer service I've ever encountered at an auto wash! My car comes out clean, shiny and spotless. The first time i went here was because they were fundraising for a good cause that I wanted to support. And I've been coming back ever since! They also have multiple car vaccuum stations (works better than my Dyson) and a car mat wash (good for carpeted mats too). I didn't even know mat wash machines existed - this was an ultimate game changer for me! And the best part to that is that it's indoors!! They even provide trash and recycling bins conveniently located by each vaccuum station and attendants around to help you the machines. Ask them about their monthly membership too, currently, it includes unlimited washes along with use of the vacuums and mat wash. So glad I found this place!!

We have to keep our limousines meticulously clean so when we tell you Express Auto Wash is the best car wash in Vancouver believe it. We used to use another car wash downtown and frankly it wasn't nearly as good. Express uses Graphene for a spot free rinse and they have a far better drying system so you never have to worry about water spots. They use a generous amount of soap and the free vacuum is a really nice touch. I also love the fact that you are indoors so not out in the elements. The best deal you will find is the monthly membership unlimited washes at $60 a month .. we were paying $23 for one wash at the other car wash on terminal. The staff here are extremely helpful too. Trust me you will love Express Wash.

The best automated car wash in the lower mainland. I've been to a few of the competitors and the brushes never hit the right side of my vehicle for some reason. We like to keep our cars clean so I signed my wife and myself up for the membership as the location is convenient for us and membership package made sense. The staff are very courteous and understands the certain details of the dirty vehicle coming in. I had just got back from a road trip and had lots of splattered bugs on the windshield and grill. They addressed it without me even saying anything. Lots of wide stalls for the vacuum area and even have a mat cleaning machine. Love this place and would recommend to anyone looking for car wash.

I took my wife car in for a wash. I was directed by a friendly staff member to the machine and paid for a wash. After exiting the car wash, I jumped out and had a quick look. The rear of my car was still dirty, so I swung back around and spoke to a staff member who told me they would put it through again, but that was the last time. This kind of irritated me as I’ve paid for a platinum car wash and my car was still dirty when I pulled back to the front of the car wash this time a different staff member pressure washed the rear of the car. After running through the car wash for a second time, my car was still not very clean. I have attached pictures to show what it was like after two washes.

One of the washers broke my sideview mirror. Initially it was fine, as management referred me to a mechanic to have it fixed and have Express billed directly. However, it’s been over a month and a half and the mechanic they referred me to still cannot fix my mirror as he has not been paid for several previous jobs he did for Express. All calls to management go straight to voicemail, I cannot contact anyone and my mirror remains broken. Very poor service, and extremely unprofessional to refer customers to a mechanic they refuse to pay. Do not visit this car wash, they’ll damage your car and leave you on the hook.

Went there 2wkd ago,3 lane entrance into cat wash.1lane bigger 1lane small vechiles,problem is there is no oraganization,u can wait 20..30 mins because the order u enter tge wash doesnt mean u will b next in line,they ket smaller cars go ahead of pickups.told yhem thats unfair..she said they were erkin on it...came back again sat aug12..same thing..no order to enter was area..wiated 20mins to watch 3 small cars go ahead of me,ask why?no answer..left...dont go there unless u want wait alot..its really not tha great a car wash..leaves streeks doesnt get lower part of pickups.

Staff were friendly and approachable. The wash however wasn't able to clean my car. I went to the car wash because I had little to no visibility out my rear windshield as there was something that leaked onto the rear half of my car in a parkade the day prior. The car wash wasn't able to clean it. I had it rewashed, the attendant sprayed down the problem area manually and put it through the wash again. After two washes (see photos), my rear window was still pretty dirty but I did gain a little bit of visibility through it nonetheless.

Great location, fancy looking drive-up. Attendant was very friendly and car came out very clean and SHINY using the Platinum Plus option. Wasn't quite as dry as I would like compared to other automatic washes but it's still good. Only complaint is I can't figure out how to get the wash pass that's stated online (buy 4 get 1 free)?? Please fix that so I can come back. There is a membership offered for unlimited washes but it's rather pricy for what you get, especially since it's not open 24x7.

First time there and the experience was pleasant and smooth. Car attendant Eli was friendly, offered all kinds of assistance, and guided me through the process at this location. Thank you for the gift as well. Location was spacious, clean, nicely lit up, and even had stalls to park. Would of loved to purchase those package deals going on but will definitely be a repeat customer seeing I don’t live to far from here and work in the area. Thanks again everyone car looks great

If I could give these guys a zero I would. $30 for a sub par gas-station style wash that says “everything included!” yet when it came time to vacuum, that’s another charge of course. Not only is this price gouging at its finest, but it’s deceptive and in very bad taste. I’ve yet to come across a car wash that charges anywhere even close to $30. All in all, I feel like I got ripped off and wasted 30 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back. Skip this place!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I would give negative stars if that was an option. My car got damaged going through the car wash and the manager has been the most unhelpful and rude person I have never dealt with. They refused to work with ICBC when CCTV footage was requested multiple times. DO NOT GO HERE unless you would like to pay $20 to damage your vehicle. EDIT: In response to the comment from the owner: footage was never provided to our adjuster, as he said it was.

I recently started taking my car to this place. During my first visit, one of their staff members suggested trying their monthly membership at a discounted price, promising I could easily cancel before the next payment if I'd like. Since then, I've visited a few times and I must say I've been really impressed with their staff (very friendly and patient) and how great my car looks afterwards. This will be my go-to place for car washes from now on!

been here twice. wash was wasn’t spectacular the first time but decided to go back since the service was great. second time I was turned away (despite being in the same car as the first time) because my bumper is slightly popped out. they said it could come off in the wash. been through many auto-washes with this car and it was never a problem. left a bad taste in my mouth, probably won’t be coming back

It's a car wash that you can use when you're in rush. The people are nice, the price is decent, and the service is fast if there aren't many cars waiting in the line up. The only negative point for me was that there were still a few marks left on my rear windshield, but it could've been because it was very dirty or I did not select the most expensive wash option! Overall, I'll go back there if needed.

The place is a little bit tight, I was confused by the lane to enter the auto wash machine, but realized that because it is hard for a big vehicle to turn. I chose the platinum package, but seems not really worth the 20 dollars. The car is not really shiny after the wash, and my wife even not noticed I washed the car. But the location is good, the service is quick, and there is not a long lineup.

Good car wash. My car is clean. Service was fast. Its only 4 stars because for some reason despite there being a self serve kiosk, there was an attendant who pushed the buttons on the kiosk. I would have liked to go through the menu on my own to select my service but that wasn't an option because the attendant rushed us to tell them what we wanted. Other than that it was a good experience.

I recently visited Express Auto Wash Boundary and overall had a positive experience. The washing process was thorough and my car came out looking great. However, I did notice that the dryer at the end of the wash cycle didn't seem to be working properly, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, I would still recommend Express Auto Wash Boundary for their excellent washing services.

We came here for the first time in our pickup truck. I found the staff working here seemed friendly unlike other car wash locations I've been to. I really appreciate their re-wash policy which they did honor without any hesitation. The power sprayed the problem area and sent us through for a second wash at no charge to us. Just went through the Vancouver facility now in my Honda Fit (9pm Feb 16). Purchased the $20 donation option. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Left side brushes washed harder than right side. Lower half of vehicle did not get washed at all. Brushes need to be adjusted slightly. Excellent location though. Halfway between competitors Terminal and Coquitlam locations.

Saw this place opened recently and I had to get my car washed because it was pretty dirty so we went in for our first time. Right when we got to the self-serve machine, we were greeted by one of the friendly staff members and got a very nice goodie bag! The car wash did a really good job cleaning the car. Very happy with service provided. Would highly recommend!

Great service! They sold me their grand opening deal, buy 5 and get 1 free wash. We got the platinum package. However, when we got home, we noticed the car wasn't that clean at all. The car wash missed lots of spots. I don't get how they can missed the front of the car. I can understand the rear bumper locations can be missed as they are tough to get to.

Who says you can't have good fast and reasonable price? The staff are sooooo friendly and helpful that you'd think they used to do this by hand and are thankful for the machine. Have been coming here ever since they opened and bought a membership to get about 10% off. Thankful for this place. If you have a full size SUV you know what I'm talking about!

Absolutely never go here. I have a nearly brand new car. It was purchased off the lot in February. I got it washed here and it did an aggressive amount of damage. There are now chips on the hood and scratches along the doors, roof and trunk. I went to the manager Faril who acted like it was an existing issue with my vehicle.

For $4 it will wash any carpeted or flat plastic car mat. I haven’t found this service anywhere else in Vancouver. Super cool!

Awesome Carwash ! What a great spot! It is in a convenient location and yet the entrance is not on a busy street making it easier to enter. Friendly staff guide you through the car wash process. My truck is tall and wide but I had no problem entering or driving through. I found new go-to car wash, I highly recommend.
