I was recently telling a friend about my 2011 Audi S5 Cabriolet showing its age: lots of tiny stone-chip pockmarks on the grill, front fascia, hood and fenders; deep scratches on the trunk lid from accidentally scratching it with my jeans' grommets; and the front seats' side bolsters manifesting multiple hairline fissures and cracks that were unsightly enough to consider replacing them. He mentioned Pearls Auto Spa where he'd had his car detailed previously. My requirements were more substantial, but I dropped by anyway to talk to someone about my needs and what they charge. After leaving, I double checked detailing options and prices on their website and followed up by calling back to speak with the manager, Michael Hernandez, to confirm details, costs, and make an appt. When I brought my car in he was very professional, friendly, and super helpful while we did a walk around and I showed him what needed attention. After verifying the aforementioned scope of work, I casually said "Too bad you don't repair scratched wheel rims too", to which he replied "Oh, but we do!" [I'd missed that on their website.] I'd previously considered having them fixed, but the prices I was quoted in recent years from different sources were $250-$300/ea and I was procrastinating. Pearls only charges $200/ea, so how could I say no? Ultimately, I ended up going for the full deal: Utopia Detail, upholstery repair to both front seats, and 2 wheels repaired. They needed to keep the car for 2 days, but when I picked it up, OMG!... I was blown away. It looked pristine, and I fell in love with my S5 all over again. Bottom line tallied about $1500 + tax which is way beyond anything I've ever considered, let alone actually spent to refresh my car's appearance. Compared to the alternatives, though - repaint sections of the exterior, replace the front seats, and live with embarrassingly ugly scratched wheel rims - it was well worth the new car vibe I was enjoying which was so profound I added a 15% tip which is unprecedented insofar as car services performed. I've only had the one experience with Pearls, but everything about the company suggests they run a top notch operation. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I decided to have a 2016 Jetta detailed, which I’ve never done before although, with no garage space or time, and it was cold, I decided to have Pearl detail the car inside and out, including the engine bay, total price of 460.00 A quick glance when you pick up your car, the work looks good although when you take a closer look, the work is actually very poor and definitely not worth 460.00. There was dried coffee residue still in the shifter area they never cleaned. As the picture shows they didn’t even clean the hub caps properly. There were several other areas that were also not cleaned properly. I will let this pictures speak for themselves. I expressed my concern. Response from Pearl: I just viewed the email you sent regarding the detail on your Jetta, and there are definitely some areas that could have used more attn. I would like to pick up the vehicle for you and go over the detail with my staff who worked on it. Is there a day this week that would work best for you? As I had a limited time, and was leaving the country, I wasn’t going to waste a day and go back to Vancouver when I live in the valley. After several emails Pearls response: OK in regards to the cost I can discount 125.00 refund for those areas that should have had more attn taking to them 125.00 refund pathetic. Then I had to send a few more emails before the refund was issued. In closing the service they provided is not worth 460.00 even with 125.00 refund, 335.00 is still not worth it. There was a dirty microfibre cloth also left in the trunk seriously. I am detailed oriented and I would be ashamed to do this kind of work. I took my BMW M3 to Pearls after my recent trip to Vancouver Island. Unfortunately my car was parked outside under Fir Trees in a fairly remote area on Cortes Island for 2 weeks. During my trip we had wind and rain storms that lasted for 3 days. After realizing how much sap was coming off the trees during the first storm , I went out to inspect my car only to find it was covered with big globs of sap all over most body panels from the trunk to the front bumper (and all over my carbon roof). To make things even more complicated, my car has a matte grey metallic wrap which means no harsh chemicals can be used to clean it. After speaking with Mike @ Pearls, he assured me they would do their best to remove as much of the sap as they could. 2 weeks of my car covered in sap and tree debris left me concerned about potential damage. Dropping my car off was fast and easy, and was finished same day. Mike and his team far exceeded my expectations. My car looks great! The wrap is back to perfection and the carbon roof was polished to showroom condition. Almost don't want to drive it now and just appreciate how great it looks. Mike and his team are pro's and their attention to detail is top notch. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Okay, so I just left there after returning to speak with Alex, the owner/ manager. It was about a big "ding"on the back side door frame. He explained that there aren't any tool that are used that could impact the frame to do this type of damage. I just don't know how it could happen and don't recall it being there yesterday during clean out of maps etc. Regardless of this I would highly recommend this business. Alex took the time to look at the car with me and even gave it a more thorough wipe down in areas that the water had obviously mixed with the crazy amount of dirt to make mud and had run out of the hiding spots while dying. The inside looks as close to show room as it can get. Over all great value for the money, the car was silly dirty after over 2500km of gravel road tripping around BC! Again, if your car is dirty from a gravel road trip or just from sitting on the city's streets you can't go wrong with Alex and his team. Thank you for restoring my baby back to her civilized look! Subie did have fun!

If you are looking for basic interior clean and have someone buff out the scratches you made while scraping the ice off your car, then they are able to do it. But if you want to pay less than $400 for this then you are out of luck. From my calculations it looks as if the buffing (one round of it) costs $290, because I only wanted the $110 interior clean. Am I satisfied with the results? Sure. Will I be a repeat customer? Not a chance in hell. Looks as if grinding someone for a one time payout is more important to them than repeat customers. Edit(response to you): When I arrived to pay the person said they didn't know what to charge as it was a "special circumstance". There was absolutely not a price package online and as mentioned. Nice try.

I chose a cut polish detail to clean up a used truck I just bought that had a number of scratches and scuffs. It came out looking like a brand new vehicle! Most of the scratches are gone or are barely noticeable and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their customer service is outstanding and they always take the time to explain the service you buy in detail. I've never spent this much on a detail before, but you get what you pay for and I knew it would be worth it. There's a reason why all the high end car dealerships have their vehicles detailed here. Highly recommended.

I had a few bad experiences with detailing companies for my retro ride and was hesitant to hand over my keys. But I took my ‘91 Jeep in for a treatment at Pearls and when I came to pick it up, I couldn’t believe how good it looked. I had to check the calendar to make sure it wasn’t 1991 again, because it looked better than when it did when it was brand new. Pearls did an amazing job at a reasonable price and more importantly, knew how to treat an older car and gave 30 year old paint and plastic what it needed to make it look new again. I was impressed and I will be back.

I recently bought a used car, after taking it home I realized how much filthier it was that I first thought. I spent a few hours cleaning it myself and wasn't sure if I would ever feel like the car could be clean enough for my liking. So I called Pearls and immediately felt like they would take care of me. When I picked my car up I couldn't believe it. It looks brand new! I had the full interior detailing done and it was worth every penny. Even the surface scratches are less noticeable. I go back because they're professional, take pride in their work, and are always up to date on the latest technology and products. They're keenly interested in what they do, and courteous to their customers (and their staff!). They usually polish my 'drivers', but when I had them detail my 35 yr old e30 BMW, 3 people stopped me on the way home to comment! Cars are big investments, Detailing protects them! Amazing customer service and detailing. From the phone consult on what my car needs, to dropping it off and picking it up. I park my car outside, so it gets a beating from nature, and looked rough. It's like a new car! Both the inside and outside are spotless (and I'm pretty OCD clean). On top of all that, I've been looking for my Tiffany pendant for a year... it was nicely propped up in my cup holder for me when I got into the car. So thank you! Amazing and honest job. I just returned from a 12 day hunting/fishing excursion in Northern BC. It was a long distance to travel in my truck and it came back completely filthy, covered in mud and dirt amidst a plethora of different smells. Pearls was able to squeeze me in on short notice and their first class service had my truck looking and smelling like new. I highly recommend Pearls Auto Spa to anybody looking for a car cleaning service.

Went in for the $40 interior detail. Very basic and no-frills kind of service, got what I paid for but left feeling underwhelmed as there were still very visible stains and dirt in the interior which they assured me would be taken care of. They also disassembled my centre console and never put it back together, I had to do that myself when I got home. Overall would recommend to an acquaintance, but not to a friend.

Had neglected my 2008 Porsche Cayenne during the pandemic as it sat parked in the elements. I brought it here and got the spa detail and full cut polish. They did an amazing job restoring it like it was brand new. The cut polish removed so many scratches that I didn’t think was possible. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Highly recommend if you’re looking to refresh your vehicle.
