She tirelessly answered the many questions that we asked from how to get our visas to how to get transportation to and from the airport to the hotel and she booked several private tours for us in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The details were so wonderfully arranged that the trip exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning to Russia. We enjoyed the Russian culture, history and food and the ease with which we were able to explore the museums, the many parks and the beautiful palaces. Galina booked us on a sailing on a Russian vessel from Moscow to St. Petersburg and we had a wonderful trip along the rivers, canals, and lakes. My boyfriend and I just completed a trip through Russia and used Express To Russia Tour Agency to book our train trip from St. Petersburg to Moscow. Given that we are planners, we attempted to book our reservations even before tickets were being issued! I'd like to share our AMAZING experience with Express to Russia. My husband and two sons were going to be in Helsinki visiting friends and couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit St. Petersburg during our trip. Express to Russia made it possible for us to have a wonderful holiday in Russia . Our Visas, Train travel and Tour trips were efficiently organised by them. I would specially like to mention our guide in Moscow - Poline who gave us an excellent overview of the city and showed us all the important places in Moscow. She was knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and knew the city well. Due to non availibility of morning tours, we were only able to take the Moscow and St Petersburg city tour . It would have been nice if Express to Russia had been able to take care of all our tours. We had to use the services of other tour operators for the rest. I would not hesistate to recommend Express to Russia to my friends who plan to visit Russia.

We used Express to Russia to book our train tickets for our trans-siberian trip. Moscow - Kazan Kazan - Yekaterinburg Yekaterinburg - Irkutsk They did a great job for our 8 people group and we are very happy we used Express to Russia. As it was very hard to organize this amazing trip through Russia, Express to Russia helped a lot with issuing the train tickets and scheduled the best times for us. We took the train number 002 'Rossiya' from Yekaterinburg to Irkutsk and it was a real pleasure. Because Belgium played the WK football match against Russia during our trip, we asked last minute to change some tickets to a later hour. This was no problem. Thank god we watched that match, sorry Russia but we won!!

It is always a little bit scary to do business over the Internet, but in this case we are happy to report that we received everything that we were promised. The Express to Russia staff (specifically Ksenia) made it easy for us to book our trains from Moscow to St. Petersburg as well as from St. Petersburg to Helsinki. She was very prompt in replying to my emails (more than 20+ because our family is big) and very informative. She also called me to confirm the spelling of our names when I made a mistake in one of the forms. I think that shows that they really want to provide good service and ease to their clients. I wish Express to Russia success in their business and I hope they always put heart in their service as they showed when we booked our tickets through them. The trip from Moscow to St Petersburg was fantastic. The programme was excellent and the allocation of time ideal for our needs. In addition the optional tours provided a very useful supplement to the standard programme. I was very impressed with the way that Express to Russia advised us and assisted us with bookings and visas. We noticed that some people who booked on the tour via other companies were given incorrect information and were disappointed that certain tours were not included. This was not the case with Express to Russia, which took time to explain the programme and advise us about optional tours. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

When dealing with a company in a foreign country, people are normally extra cautious. I was too, but my concerns were quickly put to rest dealing with Express to Russia. The quick and personal attention I got from Galina could not be surpassed. In fact, not only did I book the River Cruise with Express to Russia, I felt the service was so good that I also booked my VISA and hotels through them. Their web site contains a lot of information and prices on trips and hotels. Our whole trip was perfect (one little glitch at a hotel was quickly cleared up by Express to Russia). I certainly have no hesitation recommending this company.

We took the free tour in Moscow with Elena who was very personable. We were 15 in the group and she always made sure we were all keeping up as there were a variety of ages in the group. She was knowledgeable and sprinkled her narrative with personal tidbits which made the information that much more interesting. We even took a break in the famed GUM department store. It was a much needed overview of Moscow without which we would have been struggling with what to see first. My husband and I would recommend this tour highly to anyone, especially if the first time visiting Moscow.

My wife and I took the river cruise from St Petersburg to Moscow on the Leonid Tolstoy. It was a great trip for value for money. We had a large suite which we recommend. The food and tours on the cruise were excellent and well managed. the cruise staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also can say our service from Express to Russia was faultless. They handled everything in a friendly and responsive way. Our contact was Galina and she was terrific in giving information and arranging such things as transfers. I purchased tickets for myself and two friends for the Sapsan train from Moscow to St. Petersburg through Express to Russia, and requested in the notes that we be seated with a friend who was purchasing hers separately. Lo and behold, just a couple of hours later, I received an email confirmation with a personalized note letting me know that we'd all been seated together. The communication and service was prompt, friendly, and professional. I don't know if I'll ever make it back to Russia, but if I do, I'll definitely use Express to Russia again.

I bought my Sapsan train from Moscow to St Petersburg even before it was possible, apparently you can only buy it 28 days before the due date, and they kindly took the payment and got the tickets until they were available. The service was great and I recieved a confirmation and E-ticket as soon as they were available. I recoomend this site for anyone since you might have to wait some days to buy the tickets for a train on other sites. The staff gives a quick response and is fluent in English Thank you for making my trip to Russian wonderfull :D
