I came into the store confused about a return was frustrated and I was most definitely assuming and I believe I gave to certain employees a bad look. I just want to say to those employees and when they see the name cody and they’ll know who this is That I am sorry I was wrong we all know what assuming does and I am at the brunt of that joke. So if you could forgive me and I hope you do sorry I did not mean To classify you as someone that was taking a vantage of me because you’ve only done everything to advantage me. Also I need to give a shout out to Ray he has most definitely looked out for me at several different locations and I was one of the greatest patients I have ever came across in my life. So this is something people should read to understand why expressed as a story you should always free and stop ordering online and keep the store fronts open

Let me tell you about Shawn! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Beyond his welcome smile and demeanor his professionalism was on point! He assisted me and my girlfriend on finding the perfect coat for her. He has mad sales skills I mean the guy was so good after I left out I returned just a few min later and purchased myself a coat. I really enjoy when people love their jobs because it shows and when I tell you he was dressed to impress. Great job Shawn keep being kind, and welcoming you never know who needs the kindness because we sure did. I would come back just to interact with him. 5 star customer service Ps everyone there was super nice

FALSE CARD CHARGES: This store is unethical, they are most likely stealing customers information and charging to their cards. They do not scan order confirmation upon pick up, they falsely claimed Xavier Johnson's name is on my account (no one is on my account besides me) and allowed him to pick up $500 worth of clothing with no I.D. or order confirmation bar code they were suppose to verify with. They even went as far as to tell me cameras did not show the area of where people pick up merchandise. This store deserves an investigation into its employees.

An unexpected find on a short trip in Chicago! A preferred clothing retailer for their quality of fabric, lining, and tailoring on formal wear. I purchased women's and men's clothing liking the fit of either side of the store. The styles, patterns, colours featured at Express are on trend, but I find they stand the test of time and have become timeless staples in my wardrobe. Ask the staff for assistance, their team is knowledgeable and even picked out a few things for me I wouldn't have gravitated to naturally.

Stopped in after a long morning. Was greeted by 2 different members of the State Street team. Their Stylist, Shawn, was helpful and knowledgeable about the store's products. He brought me colors I would have personally chosen and sizes that went well with my physique. He was quickly able to complete outfits and make suggestions for up coming events I had. He is warm, patient and professional. Plan to return in the future and work with him for new fashion choices

Currently in the store and every associate is in the back. Couldn't even get a fitting room until I demanded one. They're in store. Marketing is over a week old. Two people are setting visuals in the back. The only person watching the front of the store is their security guard. Was never greeted, never offered assistance. Can definitely tell there's a lack of management at this location.

I had a great experience at this location because of Shawn, and I hope he can be rewarded/compensated for his awesome customer service. It’s the holidays, the loop is busy, workers are overworked, and Shawn really took time to help me out with sizing, pairing, and pricing. Definitely went above and beyond. Thanks Shawn! You made a stressful outing so nice.

You can surprisingly find some good deals at this beautiful location. Customer service is on point. I have never had a bad interaction each time I shop. Thank you for being the complete opposite of Uniqlo in the best of ways!
