We originally rented space here, used to be Abby's Storage, because it was a good Rate, convenient to where we live, and security seemed good. The lady who was working there at the time guaranteed the price of $90, after which she said that we could request to renew at that rate. She did not keep her word, and after 90 days the rate automatically went up $40, from $90 to $130. About 3 months ago, September or October 2021, we had a rate increase from $130 to $142. Now, starting February 2022, our rent is going from $142 to $222, an $80 increase. More than half again more than we have been paying. If you read the fine print of this place, they can go up at any time with less than a 30 day notice. We plan to move our stuff out of this storage as soon as possible. We have no relationship with the new owner, and cannot afford this kind of increase. We have always been good renters and paid our rent on time or early. Renters be ware! You also cannot use their trash bin for even an empty cup. They lock it down with a Bar that prevents anyone from throwing even the smallest things away. Normally I do not use their dumpster at all, because I live near and use my own, but just know that you cannot dispose of anything at the new Extra Space Storage on Military Parkway in East Dallas.

Very friendly and very expeditious with getting you the information mation and service you need. The staff is friendly and is beyond exceptional no matter what. Kizzey goes above and beyond with her customer service and maintains a positive disposition, helpful demeanor, and is always eager to assist in any way she can. The customer service is always quick to answer so great service is to be expected whether its over the phone or in person. Though I haven't been with them that long, their service is definitely already number one of the three storage facilities I've personally used over the years. I would recommend to anyone!

I started out with Abby's Storage, which was bought recently by Extra Space. Unfortunately, the acquisition didn't end up transferring my auto payment, but they were able to help me out and get me set up without penalty. Outside of their great customer service, the facility itself is convenient, and I love being able to access my unit late into the evening (this was a must for me). They completely meet my storage needs in terms of locality, hours, and cost. For full disclosure, this review was requested while I was receiving help, but I am a happy customer and probably would have submitted a review anyway.

I needed a storage that was located close to my home so I decided to go to Extra Space Storage. So before I went in I looked at the reviews and I keep seeing this kizzey name repeatedly saying how polite and very helpful and knowledgeable about the business so I went into the location.And there was kizzey. I finally got a chance to meet this Kizzey She explained everything to me so I told her that ill return so i did return and I also purchase my storage.. so show and behold kizzey is the Best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't believe what a wonderful customer friendly experience they give you at Extra Space Storage in Dallas! You would normally think, oh it's just 4 walls to store some old junk until I can come get it again, but at Extra Space Storage they have the most superb level of service, greet you with a smile, and happily answer any questions you may have. I will always use this storage location for future needs and recommend it to friends and family! Thank you Courtney for always being so wonderful!

Kizzey was really awesome! She took her time to show me around different sized units and was very respectful and helpful. You can definitely tell that she actually cares about her job and her facility, and the shape of the facility represents that as well. The unit I rented is clean and the property itself is well maintained. I feel that my belongings will be secure at this location. I look forward to dealing with extraspace, and particularly miss Kizzey, in the future! :):);)

So far so good on the front of setting things up and reserving a space with Brenda. Will update to 5 stars once my move takes place and goes hopefully smoothly. UPDATE: 5 STARS! This place has such kind people working up front! My move went smoothly and they were very helpful with getting it all set up. UPDATE: 3 stars. My unit was broken into and I was not contacted. The people working there were kind and attentive but I wish they'd have called me.

Kenzy at extra storage has fantastic customer service skills. She was friendly and more than willing to help out. The storage units are well kept and clean. There is not a lot of traffic so it made us feel that our stuff was safe. Kenzy expertise is something that I was happy with. She was time sensitive with completing the move in process of the storage unit. I’d recommend this storage.

Kizzey is the best!!! She was incredibly efficient; fast and accommodating for an incredibly stressful move that I’m coordinating. If it weren’t for the new manager Ms Brenda I would have left a bad review but I see why they replaced the old manager with someone who actually gives a €?@p. Locker has been broken into and been moved to a bigger unit because they couldn't fix my door. Now my payment from 109 to 129 to 184 in the past year I also haven't gotten paid for my insurance since my last 2 call to corporate. I lost more then they want to pay up.

Leased the storage space during the latest cold snap. Courtney (the manager) was professional, friendly, and patient as she showed me units and guided me through the process. Prices are competitive and the move in special was a great bonus.

Rented out a storage unit while I was going through my home purchase. Unit was clean and had no issue. Brenda walked me through the entire process and was able to answer all my questions. Will reconsider this location for any future needs.

My brother storage unit was broken into along with 3 or 4 other units. Please make sure you have insurance. Brenda (Store Manager) states there is nothing the company can do. We have to call the police and make the initial police report.

Drae was very knowledgeable about the spaces that he had available. He was very professional with me. He answered any questions I had and even walked me through how to get into my new space. Got me in and out in a timely manner.
