Joann was super helpful. I say super because she didn’t do the bare minimum and made me feel that she was looking out for me and my stuff as a person. The phone reps were also extra responsive. Clean facility on Southpoint Pkwy.

Great facility. Clean. Well-lit. People in the office have been very nice. More difficult to unload for larger trailers or U-Haul trucks though. Also, second floor could use a map for when you get off the elevator please!
