Gail was a complete joy to work with. We were in a crisis situation at our job WCJ to provide client services. The other provider UHaul failed miserably without any concern. I called directly into store and spoke with Gail who immediately jumped into action to assist. She found a climate controlled unit in the size that was needed and was waiting for us along with movers to provide guidance and excellent customer service. She not only helped us but answered ball our concerns efficiently and effortless giving best options. She was exceptional, knowledgeable, caring, professional, and kind

Went to visit my very old and crippled mom in Florida just recently and also to help her store her antique belongings into a decent storage unit and I have to say Extra Space Storage was very helpful and friendly they helped my mom find the best space she needs at a fortable price.miss Donnette was also so very great she took care of all that she could for my mom and was friendly.I do recommend this storage units to anyone one who wants cleanliness and friendliness care.Thanks again to all the staff at Extra Space Storage

Extra Space literally saved the day. I had a 26’ truck full of personal belongings and a reservation at U-Haul only to find out when I got to U-Haul that they no longer had the storage that I had previously reserved. I spent Sunday morning scrambling around trying to find a place to store my belongings and stumbled across Extra Space. Not only was Extra Space about half the cost of what U-Haul was going to charge, I got more space, and in a brand new facility, and I was able to move in that same day!! A+++++++++++++

Great experience with cubesmart! Everything was very clean and security is set up really well. Scott went above and beyond, he made the experience so much more than expected. I truly appreciate him being there on my move-in day. I broke a lamp and he even helped me to clean up the mess, which was not necessary but extremely helpful as I was still moving my belongings in. After Hurricane Ian, we needed to move my mother to Jax with me. Putting my mind at ease that we could arrange this in perfect time for the movers, Gail was very helpful before, during and after the move. It's like chatting with an old friend! I've since had the opportunity to meet Amber, and she's been a wonderful help as well and rented us another unit! Every visit to this location (103rd St.) has always been pleasant. This is what good customer service looks like. Very satisfied customer.

Cubesmart is easy to use and with Gale the manager there I am I have peace of mind that my belongings are at a safe place. When I first started using Cubesmart I had some troubles with my app which hindered my timing with getting my payments through on time. I came in a little stressed out and their manager Gale was an angel!! She helped and handled all my issues. Thank you Gale for your hospitality and CubeSmart for having such great employees!

This place is okay. They recently raised the rent so I will probably find elsewhere to store my belongings. I was moving some stuff out when I realized the bathroom was locked. No one was in there so the employees must’ve locked it. It was a sunday and the office was closed. Very inconsiderate to the people that pay for units when we can’t even use the bathroom while moving things for hours.

I was faced with renting a unit for some of my overstock. The location on 103rd street was very clean and the staff was great. I worked with Donnette as I was preparing to clear out my unit. She was very professional, extremely nice and helpful throughout my move out process. I would definitely recommend this location and use them again if I have a need for storage in the future.

I recently rented a 10×10 at the 103rd st location! The building is immaculate and the temperature is perfect! They also have amazing customer service! I had a large shipment of merchandise I was bringing in and I was arriving late. The manager, Kris, stayed after hours to let me unload and meet all of my agents! We couldn't have chose a better location! Ty Kris!!

It has been a long time since I've had such good customer service. Gail made everything go smoothly and made me feel like I was the only customer that CubeSmart had. The facilities were nice and clean, it was a very wonderful experience welcoming me back to Jacksonville. I recommend CubeSmart to everyone that's looking for a top shelf storage facility.

Love renting a storage unit on 103rd. They have good promotions and helps with budget. Prices are very good compared to other storage units that I've used in the past. Mgr Donette is awesome! She goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Her staff is great too! Will use them as long as they are in business.

Friendly staff, very clean surroundings and just an altogether clean and well kept facilty. Some storage places are scary and this is not the case with Cubesmart. I have used the 103rd, Herlong and Park Ave locations and will be back when I need storage again. The price is however going up at a crazy pace.

Customer service is hard to find especially after COVID but speaking to Ms. Gail Shriner made me have faith in humanity again! From the customer service to the knowledge of the product I was absolutely flabbergasted! Can’t wait to do business and will definitely be resending referrals to this location!

Both associates at this location where extremely professional and considerate. They were knowledgeable, friendly and worked fast. They made things very easy for us. The location was very clean and well-maintained. Good doors, entrance gate, parking, everything was just perfect.

This place has an amazing staff. They’re accessible and helpful. My visit was only 15 minutes but I must add how organized and clean this place is. Donnette and Kawayshia for making my experience at extra space storage on 103rd street a memorable one!

Went to my new unit that should have had a combination lock or secure tag according to email to find a yellow padlock. Office was closed until 1pm. Packed a truck and my car expecting to unload, only to run into this issue…sad for a new business
