I called in today because I received a message saying I had moved out my unit. I spoke with George the Manager at this location. He was very rude to me upon explaining to him I was not yet moved out he stated he would move me back into the unit and hung up in my face. I called back and asked to speak to the manager not aware that I’m fact George was the manager he then informed Me was I fac the manager and began to scream at me. When I asked for the corporate information he said well what more do you want I told you I’d move you back into you unit what more do you want. He said some other things I informed him he was rude both now and then and that he hung up in my face. He recited the number to me with a anger and frustration in his tone and said anything before I hang up again I said thank you and before I could say anything else he again hung up in my face. Not only did I receive text and emails saying I have moved out my unit and that the process way almost done I was sent a bill for 120$ for a u it that’s paid up till the 27-28th.

They give you a good price to sign you in. Once you move your stuff in and make your first payment you’ll start to get payment increase notifications in the mail. It’s not even 1 yr yet and they already increased my monthly payment twice. They know it’s a hustle for people to pack their stuff again and move it somewhere else. That’s how they get you. Make sure whatever payment they quote you to have it fix for 12 months in the contract, otherwise you’ll be paying 50% more a month before you celebrate your first anniversary with them

I have been with Extra Space for 2 years now. We've had great service and the staff are so friendly, especially Mr. Bert Whitehead! So happy to have a place to depend on. Thank you. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. As I write this another year has passed and I can say I agree with my first review as much as ever! Bert and the staff have gone out of their way to take care of us. Thank you again for the commitment to your patrons. It's important to know my belongings are in safe hands!

They get you in with lies. I was told in my initial inquiry and on a second call that if you paid for a year in advance it would lock in the rate. Then days after moving i went in to pay the year and was told they stopped that policy back in August but the call center may still be telling people that. I have opened 2 tickets with no response. You know they record the calls but wont listen to mine or honor their word. I wasted all that time moving units!

Morgan was the associate that helped me sign up for a storage unit. Gave me a tour of several units I was interested in and ultimately helped me decide which one best fit my needs. Sign up was a breeze. Just a heads up, if you are new to renting storage units, most, if not all storage unit companies require insurance. The insurance I chose through Extra Space Storage was an additional $11 on top of my monthly storage price.

I've used extra space storage maybe four or five times, it's time was the great experience for me the staff was very friendly great customer service if you say you're not satisfied with something they explain everything to you they don't get upset they try to help you in the best way possible I won't deal with no other storage outside of extra space their customer service is awesome yes I did give them five stars.

Found a great deal online and made a rental reservation. Aaron the office manager called within minutes and answered all my questions. He was very professional with great customer service. The property is well up kept. This is my first time renting a storage place, I would recommend this place due to the service received and how well maintained the property is.

The team at Extra Space, Buffalo Ave. in Las Vegas exceeded all my expectations with professionalism and courteous interaction from day one! Throughout my travel and arrival from the East Coast, ES accommodated my changing storage needs and when I arrived to unload, all my units were accessible and CLEAN! Way to go Extra Space, Buffalo Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada.

This was a horrible experience!!!! I'm still waiting for my $195 to be refunded? After pretty much being called a liar when I was assured the system wouldn't allow me to rent and pay for an unavailable unit. But here we are!!! I have No unit and No money? Don't rent online here because they will absolutely keep your money forward while!!!!!

The process was very simple & straight forward. All charges and fees were explained to me upfront so there would be no surprises. The gentleman George at this location took his time explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had in a very respectful positive manner. I would definitely recommend this company and or location.

This place is so awesome!! Coming from the staff members giving us a tour of the location to finalizing the promotion they also offered! Very honest and helpful! Even after an increase they were very generous in adjusting it to the market! Will definitely refer friend’s & family! Best experience I’ve had!!

The sign up process was easy. They also stayed true to their promotion price online. They did do a couple of add ons with insurance and a storage lock at first, but were super flexible with making adjustments as we needed. Their storage hours are great and they were very friendly and helpful on the phone.

Store Manager Cerin was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and showing me around the facility. They were more than willing to work with me on my move-in day and getting me the best monthly rates. Cleanliness and Security seem to be top-notch so at this point I’m happy with my choice.

With just roughly a year of using our storage unit, this company has been as treated us well and we never has issues with accessing our unit. We just closed our account, the process was painless and only took a few minutes. We would definitely use this company if needs arise!

Open long gate hours. Very friendly staff. Easy to pay online and to get a unit . Was very close. Only problem I had was they need a bigger driveway to turn into or you will miss the turn to go in. than you will have to circle the block if you miss it. other than that A plus!

Untrained, unknowledgeable staff for the most part; very overpriced. $97 a month for the smallest unit they have. Staff broke into my unit and went through my belongings, tossing them all over the unit. Don't rent here; I'm going elsewhere.

There is a security guard on premiss patrolling the area. I’ve also seen him patrol the storage hallways. Customer service was great and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this location.
