I was needing to find a storage unit quickly & walked in very stressed. The guy working today was very nice and professional (my memory is so bad, but I think he said his name is Brandon) & honestly turned a horrible day around. The facility is very clean and orderly and it looked to be well maintained, even the exterior.

Absolutely amazing service from the workers in the front, They're helpful in almost every way. Honestly I don't often give 5 star reviews but this is the exception. I was honestly surprised at how professional and helpful the staff was at Extra Space Storage. I guess I was expecting a minimum wage caliber worker. But he was excellent! He walked me through all my options and insurance details patiently. The facility was clean and organized. I was very impressed.

Easy service. Haven’t had any problems keeping some furniture in storage with them. There’s always a friendly face to greet me at the gate, and if I ever needed any help they seem happy to assist. Fairs better than my experience at U-haul, and it’s a lot closer also.
