In response on a review from Nic Wolford about the facility I would like to correct some misinformation. I am office manager and very aware of what goes on with tenants and the facility. "Nic" was a customer for 5 years with continuous delayed payments during that time. He was legaled twice over the years and those notices were signed so he was very aware of his delinquency. In total he owed over $1500. for a period of over a year. We take pride in the cleanliness of our facility. We work with all tenants who work with us.

What a smooth and most easiest entry to renting a storage unit EVER! NAILA you were more than helpful and just made my day so much easier. Very kind , informative and patient. I was late and she continued to explain and show me all amenities and requirements. I would recommend if you need to store your personal or business assets at this establishment. Just like a breeze on a hot day .Refreshing! Thank you very satisfied!

Horrible experience here. First, it's run down and shabby. Our first day moving in we were harassed by the lady who works there relentlessly. We were told we could only be there 30 minute intervals after paying money to store we are then given a time limit? We were violated 2nd day for staying at our storage too long ??? Also it's over 200 a month rent. I do not recommend.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. However, I needed two bulbs to be changed in two of my three units and I had to persist on the request until I finally got the bulbs replaced. I would suggest the management to install gutters on top of the units, it is very annoying getting wet from the drops falling of the roof while getting stuff in and out the units.

Naila is amazing she is always friendly and goes above and beyond her duties to help and make sure you’re happy and everything is taken care of. Exceptional customer service and so much care. She is alway happy to help and do what it takes to get stuff done. She deserves to be acknowledged and a raise one of the best experiences I have had in a long time.

After personally working for a storage facility I have a tendency to be more critical than most. I think I have found Extra Space to be more the exception to the rule. Friendly, easy to talk to, understanding and professional. I would highly recommend this place because I felt like I was valued as a customer and not just a number.

We’ve been doing work at Extra Space Storage and Naila has been so helpful with our team. Anytime we had questions she would take her time to answer them. She made sure she would always go the extra mile. It’s hard to find hard working, caring and reliable employees like her self. Thanks Naila, it was a pleasure to work with you!

So far this has been an increasingly great experience with the storage unit. And once the final day is going to provide an updated review that with all things going smoothly this will increase primarily to 5 stars. Though if there was a way to increase it more, my experience is leaning to a greater review.

I have been with Easy Store it for twenty years , never had a problem very nice staff always polite and courteous. The facility is well taken care of and very clean.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to store there furniture or valuables.

Awesome experience, very friendly staff and secure facility. The units are solid block and concrete, which I personally prefer (have had very bad experiences with other storage places and their metal walls!). I definitely feel at ease there, highly recommend!

The double-sided outside units are nice. Upstairs a/c units are inconvenient. Way too expensive and the rates keep going up with no discounts given for long-standing patronage. Looking for another location.
