After my friend misplaced the keys to our unit, I was having trouble downloading and signing the correct forms to get the lock cut and replaced. When I called for help Brianna was incredibly helpful and stayed on the phone with me while until I figured out how to get everything signed electronically. She also brought a few things to my attention regarding the policies whatnot that I was unaware of. One of her suggestions required me to come into the office so I was able to meet her in person, she was just as if not more delightful in person than she was over the phone. She helped me and my friend get everything done that we needed to quickly and effectively. She was very knowledgeable and courteous, so much so that I took it upon myself to leave this Google review which I generally never do. I would highly recommend this location to anyone soley based on the excellent customer service I received. Thank you so much Brianna, I hope your bosses read these because you deserve a raise!!!

Was lied to about the price and size of unit. I was not in my own vehicle so I just had to go with that size. They put me in a unit way on the 3rd floor in the back. None of the the rolling carts were available, only one elevator works, only one door works. They have 2 lazy worker inside that is refusing to do there job and it literally just as easy as finding a number on the computer and adjusting it. Instead they say oh well you have to come back in to sign a paper to change an email that they didn’t ask me o put on there in the first place. All I wanted was to use the app o open the gate because the way the gate is set up the vehicle is literally right at the gate to we’re you have to back up just to come in once you put the code in and the same for leaving you have to put in a coat way in the back of the building. It’s just too much. Will not be storing here again.

I have rented storage from ExtraSpace Haskell for 2+ years. Brittany and her team have always been attentive, friendly, professional, and helpful. As a home-free Digital Nomad, I sold off 30+ years of my Dallas life and put the most important of my remaining possessions in storage. I'm in various foreign countries 8 months of the year. I had a wonderful first time experience with the staff. The entire process was smooth. Crystal was amazing! She was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite. She showed me my unit and answered all of the questions .The manager was nice, informative and knowledgeable. I am extremely picky and obsessed about cleanness, but I was very impressed on how clean and well maintained this storage facility is. I feel secure in knowing that I chose the right facility. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in need of a storage.

I chose Life storage because of my experience with customer support very friendly and they have the best prices for the unit I was looking at. Second reason for choosing Life storage was the manager of the property was very helpful and.she took me to my unit and helped me get my lock open and she gave me her card for additional support. This is what customer service is supposed to look like! Every other storage/ truck rental place should model themselves after this store. Brittany was in the store alone with a line of people. She helped each person, in order, with a smile. She was so kind and helpful, and even offered me multiple options, knew the locations of other stores AND the managers name there. Service like this makes you feel comfortable leaving your stuff in their care. 10/10 recommend.

I came in today and Crystal was lovely!! She gave me the amounts and all the containers available. She also told about boxes and supplies that I could use when moving. I had called a couple of units before and she was the nicest one . Most definitely will be stopping by for all of my storage needs
