Long story short, I'd use them again. I rented a first floor space here from April 2023 to October 2023. I did a month to month lease. The rate did increase once in that time, only by 30 dollars and that was more or less expected because of the month to month situation. The first month was free on a promo too, so overall a very affordable/competitive price. I used my own lock. A+ customer service - very friendly team and great communication. The move in and out was a breeze. They provide several flat bed carts so there's always at least one to use. Again, my unit was first floor so extra easy to work with. The garage is huge so large trucks fit. My moving truck and a van from someone else fit fine with room to spare. Hours that you can go to the unit are excellent too - was never an issue for me.

I was absolutely amazed by this service. You can do everything online and through the App. I chose the wrong space and I got a phone call to make sure it would meet my requirements, they easily changed all the information to relocate me to a better space for my needs. Everytime I used it, it went smoothly. Facilities are clean, organized and they have all you need such as dollies and a big container nearby to dispose of anything you don't need. First month I only paid for the lock and the insurance. I do not give them 5 stars just because they increased the price 17% in just 3 months.... so I moved out.

I initially made my reservation online and Brian, the facility manager, was prompt in reaching out to me to provide assistance and work with me through the next steps. Upon arriving, Brian was very polite and professional with showing me my unit and finishing the lease process, being thorough with everything I was signing and answering my questions along the way. The unit itself, and facility, look to be kept in very clean conditions.

I needed some help with an issue that I was having at another location. I stumbled upon the Ravenswood spot and met Sir Paul K. He was so kind and attentive. He really helped me out with my issue. I'm actually considering moving my things from the South Loop location to there. At least they have a working elevator ! I really appreciate it brother ! Thank you so much for being there for me .

They made everything so easy during this stressful time of moving. Love that I was able to order the unit online. When I arrived my unit was prepared with the lock package already cut open for easy access, so convenient! Brian was also so helpful and made everything a breeze. I messed up filling out my info. He assured me we would figure it out and he did. Very efficient & kind!

Great Experience !!! It was very hard to make decision just shopping online - therefore I stopped by to check out the place. Paul was helpful answering all the questions and giving me xtra information that I needed to make my final decision!!! Facility is super clean and secure ! I’m giving more than 1 star because the facility is really nice. We have been using extra space for 3 months. We just received a 30 day notice that our monthly rate is going to be increased by nearly 20%. This is a predatory business practice. They get you in for the low price and then raise the price once you already have your stuff stored.

Fast, flexible, communicative and helpful! I needed some temporary extra space and my experience here has been delightful! There’s a garage with carts for loading that you get key code access to with a storage unit. Everything is new and shiny, well marked, and easy to use. Staff have been proactive, polite, and helpful.

I rented a storage unit at the N Ravenswood Ave location this summer and had a really great experience. I needed the unit for one month while in between apartments and it was super easy to put my stuff into storage and get it out on the day

Paul and Brian are super helpful! I got to look at more than one size of unit to decide which one was right for me. The location is prime, access is easy, I can’t say enough positive things about my experience so far. It’s ideal!

Brian was super helpful in showing me around the facility and making sure I was comfortable with operating the keypads and elevators. Highly recommend this brand new, clean facility. They have plenty of availability!
