I went for the first time to my unit on a Sunday. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted and an employee held the door for me while I took my shopping cart in. It smelled so good in the office and it was very clean. She explained to me how to use the elevator and gave me my code and keys in a brochure with important info. She took me inside the elevator and had me put my code to make sure I knew how to use it for future visits. She walked me to my unit and welcomed me. In short, it was an extremely pleasant experience. Not only was I Happy to put all my Christmas decor inside it, but the warm welcome and great care they took of me in my first time ever visiting my first storage unit makes me happy to write this review because they deserve recognition. Thank you so much!

Once I walked into the Forhdam location I was greeted immediately by Crystal Castillo. She then proceeded to ask questions about what we would be storing to find us our best fit. We were shown 4 different units to see which we liked best. Within 10 minutes or less I was able to settle for a perfect storage space. She has a great personality and was definitely amazing with her customer service, happy I chose this location!

Abenji and Crystal Castillo went out of their way to assist my brother that rented a unit today on the second floor, after giving him the option to view multiple units and allowing him to make a selection that was most suitable for his comfort and needs. Next time, I see them drinks on me, at the hood/ ghetto hotspot next door; Dallas BBQ's and I will make sure that Eric Levine gives them royalty treatment.

Ms. Santos and Kat were absolutely wonderful. They greeted me with big beautiful smiles as soon as I walked through the door. I had a late payment issue that I humbly requested be resolved and they actually called their manager who was off to request that she address my late fee! That was an example of going above and beyond in order to provide excellent customer service.

Abenji was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. She made sure all my needs and concerns were addressed and accommodated me with pleasure. Her work ethic is phenomenal and greatly appreciated. If you need storage I strongly recommend this location as their customer service is unmatched. Thank you !

Customer Service rep was very helpful and informative through the process. They definitely have some of the best prices I found in NYC as a whole. Only downside is you have to insure your things for at least a month. Which really isn’t a problem for a lot of people.

I had a great experience at extra storage space. What made it even better were these two workers Kat & Thais they provided me with extra care service assuring that all my things got safely in my storage unit. Greatly appreciated and will be using again if need be.
