Purchase My storage online was so easy I just picked the storage I needed put in my information and paid next thing I got an email with my storage number and access code smooth and easy and agree to all the terms online in the comfort of my bed, so have an access to do this online and purchase a storage is the best thing you guys could've ever came up with.

Found the employees to be very helpful and the Manager to be friendly but professional when I presented a problem that I had with the facility they told me it would be taken care of right away, next time I returned to pick something up from storage the problem had been taken care of. Would probably go back to them, but here's hoping I never have to :) :)

This storage place is in the heart of the Dallas and the customer service was great. I travel a lot , so everything that traveling entails was presentedin one way or another. Not only were they extremely patient with me, they helped in every way they could. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area.

Do not rent woth this storage place the lady at the office has had an arrogant attitude towards me since ive first started renting there and when you finally stand up and say something they evict you a cpuple days after you made a payment

Really good experience here. Rented a unit that was too small, and the manager quickly helped me get into a larger unit. He was very responsive, and prices here are really great. Will likely rent another unit here in the future.

I applied online it was a quick way to rent out my storage. I had problems with my code but the manager Antoine was quick to help even on a day they were closed (Sunday). Very happy so far with my experience.

Been a customer for awhile....it was good until the new mgmt took over, now it's just a rat infestation in all the opposite side storage rooms....moving out next week even though it's paid for the he month.
