I go to this place at least once a week because it is conveniently located and the gas is good and cheaper than other gas stations, but there is a lady who is either the supervisor or owner or co-owner, by the way she acts, who is very rude at least with me. At one occasion I put gas and after that I asker for air for one of my tires and she told me I needed to buy something when I told her I had just put gas she asked me what pump and after I told her which one she asked me how much I just gave her a number not the exact amount she said she did not see it there and I had to pay $2 for air. Another time I stopped to put gas and I needed to use the restroom I had to go thru the same scenario. Very rude, unprofessional. Today I put gas again, since I frequent the place, but this time I paid for gas inside $50, when I asked her if I could use the restroom she said good afternoon, I had to say good afternoon in order to get the key to the restroom. After I used it I gave her the key back and told her Thank You but no You are welcome from her, totally rude, impolite, and very unprofessional. Gas is good and price is better than average around, but this lady has made me post this review and go somewhere else where my $50,$100,$140 are welcome and appreciated every time I fill up.

Worst customer service ever in this gas station. If we could give a no star for a company that would be perfect, but unfortunately we can't. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY HERE. The employees will act dumb and they will not return your money back at all. They start to put you a lot of excuses and will not refund your money back. My husband came here in the morning to put Air in his tire and they gave him the worst service ever. He told them that the air pump wasn't working and they insisted it did. They checked it and saw that it wasn't working then some other came out I'm thinking his the manager and said yes is working even though he tried it out himself and saw it was throwing any air but he still took off the plastic so everyone can just go and put money in it which they know is not working at all, he said to my husband is because your tire isn't working lol, his tire is working. He even went to another gas station and put air and that other air pump was working perfectly. I WANT THE OWNER TO INVESTIGATE THIS ISSUE AND RESOLVE IT FAST. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO STEAL AND GIVE YOU AN ATTITUDE AND ACT DUMB WITH YOU IF YOUR PAYING FOR A SERVICE. SO CORPORATE OR OWNER I NEED YOU TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

Located on the corner of S. Western Ave & W. Olympic Blvd, caddy corner to Koreatown Galleria and across from Bank of America. Adequate space and efficient pumps. Restroom available. Air requires receipt of purchase. Wide variety of snacks, candy, drinks (occasionally low stocked items) as well as mobile accessories, tools, gas cans, auto accessories, etc. Open 24/7, almost always the lowest price in the vicinity. Heavy traffic during peak hours & weekend nights, expect minor delays. Staff is friendly. This Mobil station received a 5-Star review due to this graveyard shift employee *Manny* This young man displays professionalism with the utmost respect for patrons while delivering excellent customer service! Please be in recognition of *Manny* being the reason why customers consistently return! Besides the minor flaw of a receipt to get air, 5-Stars and I highly recommend this Mobil! *Manny*

THEY ARE DECEITFUL!! They don't honor their prices. I picked up something and it said $3.18 on the price tag. However, when I got to the register it was $3.49. I asked the cashier would he honor the price on the tag he said NO. It's not a lot of money ; I understand that but this isn't the first time that they've done this. I was going to get gas and decides to go somewhere else. Customer service and principle should mean something. Not at this gas station.. So, I'll go somewhere else...If you chose to shop here check the prices because they are DECEITFUL

The lot is adequately spaced between each pumps and I never feel uneasy driving to the fuel pump. Only inconvenience is that the place is located right at the corner of Olympic and Western. Entering is no problem but if you need to exit AND make a left turn, you will have a lot of trouble as traffic is congested here.

DO NOT GO AT NIGHT. They are always closes at 1130. They tell no one and turn down hundreds of customers. They claim it's maintenance but they are doing nothing. Everyday my wife and I go thru do this my last time going here.

If you haven't already, join their rewards program! You'll save money on gas. This location is always cheaper than the others, so I go fill up here every week. So far I've received about $30 worth of gas with my points.

Very busy location but the price is competitive. The owner does not gouge your eyes out and then rip off your cash. I fill up here regularly. And no homeless addicts begging for cash. Feel safe here.

Used to be the best deal but they are now same price as 76 up the street and higher by .50 cents from the Exon one block west. So a no go place for me.
