I have my nails done here for over 2years now and I always booked appointment to avoid waiting, and even with appointments I always had to wait 10-15 minutes....But yesterday I waited 1,5 an hour for my appointment! I had a terrible experience with Lisa. She gave me appointment for 4 pm. When I arrived she didn't even look at me, she was busy. I sit down and wait as always... after 15minutes I told her I have appointment as she knew at 4pm. She said to give her few minutes she's finishing design for a lady. Ok. After that another lady sits down to her at 4.30pm and Another! at 4.50pm. I was absolutely ignored and she didn't even look at me, she was chatting with customers. I was extremely disappointed. She finished the nails for 3 customers before me, at this time was 5:25pm. This time I felt she want me to leave, she doesn't want to have me there this is discrimination! She let me wait for ONE AND HALF an hour when I booked a place in advance!! Unbelievable!!!! Then she done my nails, and I told her I shouldnt pay the full amount because of what happened.( I think I should have not pay at all!!) Her answer was £3 off discount which is ridiculous and she said that (I was 5minutes late!) and of course I have to pay that. She was extremely rude, she said she is not going to explain this again- like this- so I payed... I felt really bad and very disappointed after I am a regular customer who is paying £28-32 every time +tips, not just £15-20... This is disgusting to ignore me and let me feel unvalued customer and care about the money only. This is very nice customer service thank you Lisa. Ubelievable... I would never expected this from her, she ruined my day, I am still very upset not because the money I left there, but how she treated me as a regular customer. I hope she will be treated the same by others to feel what I felt. Very rude customer service was very unfair to me.

I wish I could give zero stars. I visited this salon just over two weeks ago to have my medium length hair colored and highlighted. I had brought a picture along of the look that i wanted; dark brown with minimal blond highlights. I was told it would cost £150. After four hours of what felt like torture (literally lying with my head back in the sink for most of this time then without even asking if I am allergic to surgical spirit, my forehead was rubbed so hard to remove the dye spots, I was left with a bruise. My hair was blow dried in the most awkward of positions as I was asked to bend forward to have my hair dried! I was shocked when I looked in the mirror to see that the end results was flamboyant red hair! When I told them that that was not what I had asked for (while showing them the photo), they said 'photos can be tricky'! They told me I could come back and have it fixed two weeks later. What a joke. Why would I trust these people with my hair a second time after they've made such a catastrophic mess the first time? I paid half of what I was charged but I wished I hadn't paid anything as I had to spend again to have my hair corrected elsewhere. I only just learned that in the UK, licenses are not needed to open/operate a hair salon. This is the only reason why this shop can operate. They also like to claim that a review is 'fake' if it is not what they want to hear. I would advise everyone who value their hair to stay far away from this salon.

After a slightly awkward welcome of being shown to a seat by a basin without having an offer to take my coat first, I sat down when ready, slightly worried that I hadn’t been talked to about what I wanted for my hair. I needn’t have worried at all. Unfortunately I failed to get the guy’s name but he’s a total legend and is the only one who cuts hair here. He asked me what I wanted and listened to everything I said. He used to work in Knightsbridge and would be worth every penny you’d pay in that area. However, he charged me just £15 for a fabulous hair cut. I tipped him well - that’s a bargain on any day. The price allows people with less money to get a really awesome hair cut, which, in the current economic climate is so amazing, but if you have money, think about how much it usually costs for a haircut and tip this guy well - £15 is definitely not even close to how much this haircut is worth - I’ve been charged 4 times as much in the past for an awful one! If you’re looking for a top haircut, look no further. I cannot praise him enough. THANK YOU!

I did ask you why is my scalp burning and you said to me it's normal but that wasn't normal. I kept the bleach in my head for less than 10 minutes and I ask you to wash it because I felt Iike I was going to faint inside your salon. Obviously I did pay because I just wanted to leave your place and go home and relax because I wasn't feeling well but I didn't pay you because I was happy with the job that you did. I still have the pictures of the hair how I came out from your salon. I still have the picture of my scalp red on front of your salon. I still have the picture of my skin coming off every day after brushing. Why did you call me six times after I left your salon obviously because you were scared and you did know very well what happened.

My friend recommended I go to Eylul. I regularly visit and have done many different services with them and I'm very happy with the results! The salon staff is very professional, friendly and prices are affordable. Its clean and has a very open atmosphere and I feel very relaxed as I'm getting my treatments. They always make sure the costomers are happy with the service. They have got private rooms waxing room which is big and hygienic. I love visiting them regularly. Booked a very last minute appt to have highlights, cut and blowdry...Mehmet was lovely, and ensured at every stage I was happy and you can see his dedication to his work and he is very talented. The other staff were also lovely...which made me sad to see how rudely some customers are, but staff are still polite and accommodating. It was my first time coming here and I took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed and haircut. The staff were lovely and quickly greated us and also asked us if we wanted any tea or coffee. It was a quick and easy process we didn't need to book an appointment before. They treated my daughter with care and always made sure to ask her if she was ok which I really appreciated. Her hair turned out stunning and her eyebrows were even better! I highly recommend this hairdresser to anyone.

I walked in for a mani~/pedicure and came out feeling as though I was walking on air! Best I’ve had in ages. There’s always a warm welcome at Eylül and Tony was polite and professional, as are all the staff. He paid perfect attention to detail; listened attentively and gave me exactly what I asked for: nothing was too much trouble. I feel well and truly pampered! Excellent tea too. Definitely going back for service that’s this good.

We had booked an appointment for hair and nails weeks before the actual date. The day before we discussed one of us doing hair and the other doing nails. Today when I arrived, the lady told us both to do hair first. Unfortunately, the nail technician got busy and this led to a long delay and we did not manage to do our nails. We finished our hair before 11am and the technician was still occupied until 12.30pm. Very unorganised business.

Everyone was really nice, friendly and professional, I felt very welcomed. I cannot praise my hairdresser and his assistant enough they did everything I wanted and had a good laugh as I was there for over 5hrs. I Will definitely return for touch up. I am over the moon with my hair transformation! I also got my nails done and again I love them also, he look his time I love the outcome. teşekkür ederim x

Hair salon really good, styled well, however had to repeat my self to the stylists 5 times what I want. But overall nice cut and style. Nails are awful for 24 pounds, bulky and acrylic applied unevenly. Went to another nail salon today to get them redone as I couldnt face looking at my nails they were a mess. Paid the same price in la mirage nails and the work was emmaculate ill be revisiting there.

The staff are magnificent kind professional and GREAT at their Skills. OMG I had my nails done my feet massage all by Tony. Brilliant . My eyebrows and eye lashes Perfection. And their prices are Great. I will be going their every month. Plus they do hair cuts wash colours. They get your coats they just help you with everything. I got my nails done there and I am really impressed with the quality of them! When done elsewhere they came off easily but these lasted heavy gardening, washing dishes without gloves, hitting them many times eyc and I am impressed with the speed and the price - there is no comparison - done quickly and with asweme price!

Got my nails done, and it’s like an amateur did them. Not worth your time or money. The nails are top heavy, and bulky in some parts, not to mention, the unevenness of some of the nails. I’m going to have to redo them or get them corrected elsewhere. It’s two stars because despite their skill level, they were nice.

Best hairdresser in London I have been going there for a year now. I have long curly hair ( Arabic hair ) They manage to do my highlights blonde and not ginger. Very friendly & welcoming. Great pedicure, though one nail was filed wonky, I did ask him to straighten it which he attempted but it was still not straight. Overall I still liked the pedicure, & the leg/foot massage was amazing. The salon could be a lot cleaner!!
