F45 has changed my life! I’ve never found a gym to be so welcoming and inviting. All trainers are professional and always make you feel comfortable and help push you to be the best you can be. The trainers also make the classes fun and I always walk out of a class feeling like I’ve achieved a great intensity workout in a short time which is super convenient! Thank you F45 Frankston
