DO NOT BUY CAR FROM FRESH AUTOS OR ZAW. DO NOT BE PRESSURED OR HARASSED INTO PAYING A DEPOSIT. BE WARNED. Absolutely horrible experience. I wish I had googled this place and backed away well before I had arranged, and test driven one of their cars. The log book had been filled in by the car dealer for the last 3-4 years, no itemised receipts of servicing, when asked and pressed for further for information about this, Zaw got aggressive and argumentative. The car I test drove a 2010 Lexus IS250, and went over, had issues; like the brakes for example but not limited too. On one of the times it had been serviced by a Lexus dealership, they had stated brakes needed to be replaced, I showed him this, and the brakes on the car itself clearly having not been replaced, almost 4 years later. I made the mistake of signing a contract that stated “refundable if car was not right”. Asked him twice if I paid the deposit, if it was refundable, looked me dead in the eye and said yes, this was a lie. The next day when messaged about rescinding my offer, and politely asking for refund, he sent photos of said contract, with vague communication. Refused outright to refund any or all of my $500 refund. He should not be allowed to run a business with his deceptive, aggressive and misinforming tactics. Now I’m $500 down, and have to bitterly accept my losses. Absolutely shattered my faith in used car dealerships.

Would advise against purchasing any vehicle from this place as they are selling cars saying they’ve passed pink slip. What a lie. Car we purchased for our son to drive had the brakes fail within 24 hours! This is unacceptable. After having the car towed to a reliable mechanic who inspected the car completely his assessment was that the car would not pass a pink slip inspection legally. Upon returning the car to the dealer they tried to convince us to exchange do another car .... ah no thanks They then tried to charge us a $200 cleaning fee on a car we received dirty less then 48 hours earlier. What a disgrace. Yes I yelled and screamed.... not so much for the money but because you put peoples lives at risk and take no responsibility for the faulty un road worthy vehicles you try and sell.

I am a uni student and bought my first car from Zaw a week ago. He was willing to negotiate down to a fair price and was respectful throughout the whole buying process. The most surprising thing was even after we finalised the price and organised pick up of the car, he replaced the external belt drive with a brand new one as I had cited this as a concern earlier when viewing the car. Thanks Zaw for an awesome car!

Bought a ute for $25k they didnt have the keys for the tool box inside canopy saying they dont cover all that on the day when picking up the ute. I took it back after couple weeks canopy was leaking. Wasnt happy with there response. They said i have to take it to canopy people. This place is a Rip-off. Salesperson Ted commented you can do whatever you want.

Bought a Forester from them and really dodgy process. We discussed to do a 3 years term but then Zaw signed up for a 5 years and said it was a "honest mistake" . He said he would do all these maintenance before he hands the keys but has never done them. I highly advise not to purchase ANYTHING from them.

We really are over the moon with the genuine and honest assistance Fresh Autos gave us. Zaw is very kind and considerate, he's very patient and means everything he says to his clients. Would highly recommend. We just got our Honda Civic today and so pleased woth the car. Thanks Zaw. -Donna

I bought a car from them They said if I needed an up grade .I could trade the car I bought from them to something better.i left a verbal message with an employee to tell the owner to contact me. I'm still waiting. I'm sure there's other vendors at car city that will accept my business

I JUST PURCHASED A TOYOTA COROLLA 2018 WITH LOW KMs AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. THE SALESMEN ZAW & TED WERE VERY FRIENDLY & VERY HELPFUL.I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND FRESH AUTOS AS THEY HAVE A GOOD VARIETY OF CARS COMPLIMENTED WITH GOOD SERVICE & PRICES. THANKS AGAIN GUYS.

They are theives, went back and asked for help with the car we had bought 3 weeks earlier as it was mechanically unsound and I had TED push me up against the car and abuse me for telling him he had sold a dodgy car. Don't go here these are terrible people.

BUYERS BEWARE! Yes I lost the court case but they have said get ready for a group claim and yes, I have more than 1 person telling me how these people ripped you off. Be wise, shop around and avoid crooks. Google them and you will find out more.

Bought a wagon with pink slip done. Within a month the whole motor was stuffed needed to spend over $3500 on a new engine to be put in as the original one couldn’t be fixed.

Had a truly terrible experience with Zaw, his salesmen we very polite but that does not even come close to the shady rude business tactics used by zaw. Stay away!!
