Pros: Good contemporary design Offers a fair degree of customisation to orders Cons: Bad handling of shipments resulting in damage Very poor customer service. The store executives only try to upsell and there is no after sale support. There is no customer support online either. Orders once placed will not be processed or even delivered unless you follow up repeatedly I had a frustrating experience with the HSR store. I ordered a couple items from the manufacturer and I had to follow up for 2 months as neither the store personnel nor the Delhi hq was even aware of the purchase despite producing paid bills and invoices. There is no internal order tracking and your order will be forgotten and won't even be manufactured unless you remind them periodically. Store executives are not helpful and do not cooperate with you for any post purchase support (such as estimated delivery time) and ask you to take it up with the main office in Delhi, but they do not have the information and are unaware of the purchases. It took 3 days of continuous follow up to get a simple status update on the order a full month after payment. I would recommend the brand for the design but I would stay clear of the HSR store and would recommend purchase only if you are willing to aggressively follow up and accept big delays in delivery

I bought multiple items from Fabuliv in March - coffee table, study table, tv unit, shoe rack and more. The delivery took almost 2 months. But, they had a fire at their factory, so I can understand the delay. Their designs are quite good and I could not find anything similar in Bangalore. The store manager and the carpenter were polite and friendly. They also offer to customise all the products, which is really useful. The products themselves seem good and sturdy. I wished there was a way to give them 4.5 stars. Some areas of improvement and issues that I faced 1. They do not have a way to track your order online. You will need to follow up with the store manager, who is friendly and always available to answer your questions. 2. Two of the items delivered to me had problems. The height customisation in coffee table was not done and the study table's surface was bent. To their credit, they did replace the study table. I accepted the coffee table (without the height customisation) as it was not a big issue for me. 3. They should be more careful during delivery. While carrying the study table to first floor, they chipped my wall at a couple of places. These were small chips, but they should be careful. Overall, I would recommend Fabuliv to anyone planning to buy wooden furniture.

Looks could be deceiving, this is the most appropriate to describe Fabuliv. Great display of furniture and design. But quality is a big question mark?? We had ordered a TV cabinet last Saturday, as we were in a rush, we decided to take the display piece at the showroom,as we were told that an order for the same will take 3-4 weeks time. The sales person Prakash promised to take care of the. Chips and dents on the furniture and deliver it to us in good condition. We had paid the full amount at the time of billing. This piece of furniture got delivered yest evening but to our surprise all the dents and paint chip off remain the same. They didn't even fix the bush for the legs when we had specifically told them. The guy who came to delivery said ,As this is a showroom piece you will get only so much. What I fail to understand is we paid 100% payment. We didn't expect this quality. It wasn't a 50% Clearance sale, to accept damaged piece! Also Prakash now is not interested in taking my calls!!. Feel so cheated and deceived! They take 100% payment and really don't care about the quality issues!

I ordered two queen beds from fabuliv and from the day i placed the order to the day it was delivered and installed was such a pleasurable experience . The team was available to customize the beds to my requirements, kept in touch with me and notified me of updates at every step of the way. Once the products were delivered, the team was prompt to arrange a carpenter for installation. The team from Fabuliv HSR layout branch came in as scheduled, did a super neat job of installation and cleaned up after. The entire process was seamless. The beds are of amazing quality and the team also ensured to give care tips. Over all an amazing place to shop furniture, great customer service. Fabuliv is highly recommended for anyone who is looking for some great furniture that would add that oomph factor to ur home.

I am yet to buy anything from Fabuliv (still exploring options), but impressed with the level of customization they provide in sizes, finishes, upholstery etc... This is only taken a notch higher by the amazingly responsive and knowledge-based staff. Prakash at the HSR center was very patient while showing us around, and also prompt but not overly pushy in follow-up. Hope to he able to finalize our furniture with Fabuliv soon, and truly hope the experience continues to be as amazing.

Ordered lots of furniture, customised and standard, from fabuliv. They’re definitely the best I’ve come across in the online furniture market. Their quality and professionalism is genuinely amazing and you can see they’re a company that wants to do right by its customers and not just focussed on getting your money. Bought a chest of drawers from Fabuliv couple of months back. Loved the product❤️. It was made to order since we wanted a bigger size. The team worked in getting it designed as per our requirement and delivered the product in just 2 weeks. They have a unique style and good variety of products. Very good experience overall. We’d ordered a bed, a bedside table and a coffee table. All the products were as per the expectation, and of the promised quality. The delivery and installation was also a job well done. Also, their products to stand out from the usual furniture that one would see. Hence would highly recommend Fabuliv!

Stay away and don't get trap with these guys. The end product will not be what they have committed and service is perthitic. They have send me a defective product and when I complaint, it take 10 days and 4 reminder to respond back with giving a generic answer. They will give all reasoning to convince you that they are not wrong.

I recently bought the Viggo Solid Wood Hand Carved Cabinet and I checked it out at the HSR Layout experience center. Needless to say the piece is beautiful. However there was a bit of damage during transit, but the team dealt with it most seamlessly - its fixed and looks just great. Loved the product, impressed with the service!

I had an amazing experience buying my dining table,foyer unit and cots at fabuliv hsr layout.Prakash manager at the store understood all our specifications and got our furniture delivered and fixed. The best part was he could show us the 3D images of all final designs we specified.

Post sale service is horrific, no response from even after miltiple follow up to HSR experience centre, right now regretting bunch of furniture in wait from Fabuliv

Very cheap and poor quality product with lots of crack and damage received by fabuliv and customer care is not listening. They are forcing to accept the furniture.
