It has taken me a while to post the review because of a hectic work schedule. I am very pleased with the orthodontal procedure that was performed by Dr. Jahleel and the care from her staff. Her staff were very supportive in my journey that I felt would never end. I was very discouraged by the pain I felt in first few months, but gradually as the wires got thicker the pain became a lot less noticeable. I am pleased with the professionalism displayed by Dr. Jaleel she explained each stage throughout the process she is very gentle. Dr Jahleel corrected the things that I was concerned about concerning my teeth. I did recommend a workmate to her practice and I would not have done that if I was not pleased. She too was vey pleased with the outcome of her procedure. I am very pleased with the outcome of my procedure. I have a great designer smile, all my fillings are done, I am able to brush more effectively. Thank you! Dr Jahleel, I speak about you at almost of the gatherings attend please expect more referrals, and I will come in for cosmetic dentistry at some point hopefully you may consider giving me a discount. My wife first went here and thoroughly enjoyed her visits. I decided to try this after the last place treated me like a used car salesman treats a potential buyer. Sale sale sale, charge charge charge, money money money. Fairlawn Dental Centre treated me like a patient. They are courteous and understanding to my needs. Have you ever had dental work where you felt the needle being moved around with multiple injections? I had one injection and never felt it. The actual work was painless and the anesthesia was gone within an hour of the end of the appointment. Best time at a Dentist I've ever had. The only thing missing was the cake at the end.

Of all the dental offices I’ve tried here in Ottawa, this is the very BEST experience I’ve had time and time again. Great friendly hygienists, honest advice and not pushy about recommendations, great experience with procedures. I feel like my oral health is truly the priority, rather than just trying to sell me a bunch of procedures i don’t need like the other offices around here do. They really take care here.

My daughter and I were once there for a check-up and cleaning. It took longer than other locations. Scaling done by a chatty hygienist was painful and bloody... Besides, I was shocked to hear that my girl had '10 cavities (I had 3 of them)' After obtaining the estimate (that shows which teeth to be fixed/ treatment codes - $3000+ for total) from them, I visited 3 other dentists in 17 months. OMG.....no cavities were found!! They even pitted us... This is a TRUE story.

I have been a patient of Dr Jaleel for 25 years. I started with her at her original location on Merivale and followed her when she moved to Carling Ave. She is an awesome dentist who treats her patients with the upmost respect and provides amazing Dental care. Her staff treat you like family. Always a kind reception as soon as you walk through the door. I actually look forward to my dentist appointments :). I highly recommend this entire team. They are awesome!!!!

There is no doubt that Dr. Jaleel is very competent and professional; she is very meticulous, explains the treatment clearly and answers your questions. I am a very anxious dental patient and after years of avoiding caring for my dental health, pain sent me here a few years ago. I am now a regular doing a lot of remedial work and they have been nothing but supportive and kind. I am getting less anxious with each visit and highly recommend them!

Dr. Jaleel and her Assistant Laura were extremely professional in installing the bridge over my affected molar. The procedure took much less time than I had expected. Everything was well-planned and efficiently done. I would recommend this dental practice without hesitation.
