As o search the sale papers I realized the sale was nice. The store was stock workers was placing items on the shelves but it was hard finding some items that I was shopping for. O was charged full price for sale items. I asked the cashier to stop at $70.00 I placed the frozen higher price items up front meat lunch meat pourty ice cream and milk , the highest prices first It came to $69 & change I had about 70 items I put back the breakfast meat that was 3 for 10. Pop 2 cases for 5 when it was all over my total was $106. It was a good shop even spent and extra 20 though what I did not understand was one of the stockers I ask can you tell me where the pita breads are? She looked me straight in my face then said Me dont speak English. How you know that I was speaking English but why are you here. I spoke to my self. But really? But the sale was nice.

Pablo the assistant manager is the best manager in the 47th and halsted location. Always smiling, very helpful and always has a positive attitude! I’ve been coming to this location for years and just wanted to shed some light on his wonderfulness! Always a pleasure to see him in the store. This man definitely deserves a higher position for his outstanding customer service! You don’t find people like him everyday! Thank you Pablo for your greatness and continue to be great! been going to this store for many many moons. It has always been one of my fav grocery stores, there is always an associate around to help you no matter what isle your in. the rotisserie chicken is the best and most flavorful I have ever had, you can always find nice prices at the deli counter, and the store is clean and no smell of stinky meat. the staff is always friendly.

Large grocery store on the border of the large food desert to the South. Not the best produce or the fanciest place, but they have a large selection of most essentials, good Mexican variety, and prices are much better than most of the grocery stores in Bridgeport. There have been times where the checkout lines were insane, but lately has gotten a lot better.

I came into the store because the pick and go area did not have no spot available . I waiting and waiting waiting. Finally found somebody brought me out. My stuff as originally spent $95. But I got 25. Maybe $30 worth of stuff. So I did not get my full refund and I have not talk to anyone yet because they was not pick up.

Horrible to their new employees. Only a 15 minute break in a 7 hour workday. Older employees are unfair and the boss Javier sides with them since they've been there more. Some employees are the best but they get brought down by the bad ones. If you want to work at a supermarket, don't pick this Fairplay.

The only place in my area that has Godshall's turkey bacon(original or maple) and Hostess orange cupcakes(even though they taste different from years ago). Prices are a bit more expensive than Walmart/Jewels/Mariano's so I rarely buy anything else. Sometimes I catch them on sale and I stock up.

The prices are a little high. The rewards aren't like the bigger supermarkets when you punch in your phone number you get a discount. With Fairplay you get points. I don't like that. I'll be taking my BUISSNES somewhere else. . & the security guard. Is disrespectful . To me atleast

I really appreciate the experience and atmosphere of this store, the store associates are gracious and helpful ; and the stores customers are more cordial with one another , it also is a plus for me that the customers there are mostly the kind of people I have much in common with.

Just ok, my friend was not so nice to a cashier. I could tell that he didn't drink by his conversation but she couldn't tell. I wanted to exchange a bag of oranges but when I returned the lady had walked away and I don't know which lady it was so I went on about my day

The cashier was nice and patient. The customer before me had a large load and she was taking a long time too get her money together for her purchase she had over bought things and had too put some of her groceries back I was there more than 30min just for 2items.

I enjoyed my first shopping experience at Fairplay. Very clean environment. Professional & Friendly Staff.....Staff was very helpful in directing me to what I wanted and needed. No hesitation.... I'll be back Fairplay. Thanks for the experience.

Stocked well. Few outs. I'm going back since I saw they had Italian Beef Sandwiches in the hot food area. Clean. Patrons were nice. Plenty to chose from. No real issues. First time in, great impression.

A little hard to find items here and the workers seem occupied and not too helpful. New in the area and this was my first time there so hopefully things get better.

They selling spoiled n there went there 2 days ago as soon as u walk n u smell that odor n ppl still buying their I don't c how they don't smell it …
