A beautiful park with playground that hopefully will continue to be cared for and maintained once handed over to council. Wildlife is abundant, ducks, cockatoos and cranes. The community is a bit careless with trash. Hopefully that also changes over time. Usually young kids leaving wrappers and maccas bags and drinks around.

Lovely well looked after park. Great for going for a walk or riding a bike. Dogs like this place. Ducks are looking for fish in the lake. Simply sit down and relax in the best park in Blacktown. After years of building more and more houses, this project seems to come to its rest time.

Nice area however the best part of the area is the cafe. Locals are rude and pretentious. No one says hi while walking around the parks and nature areas. It’s like a cult with the committee people as they are very quick to try and create drama and then gossip about it.

really quite and relaxing place, the only thing is not good they are late sometimes for cleaning the garbage from this small water lake, and lots of fly or coming together, and it doesn't have playground for kids we need to take our children to showground park for play

Pleasant park with walking tracks and board walks a long with a friendly cafe. plenty of park benches to take a rest, only draw back is the maintenance on the water is however very poor with rubbish floating and stagnant water,

Fairwater Park is wonderful, a perfect scenic spot hidden away in the Blacktown suburbs, at night, at times, it can feel like an entirely different world, and during the day its brimming with the life of its residents.

This is a exceedingly beautiful place, though a portion of it is still being developed. The developers are very creative. This place is so cool and nice to live in. I had to rate it 5 star.

Very pleasant park in a newly developed residential estate, ponds with plenty of ducks and other bird life, park benches, shady trees, and a basic but good Cafe.

I lived just right in front of this park. Its nice to walk in the morning and evenings. There are lot of residents walking and is very safe there.

Wish there was more to this place such as a park next to the cafe. There is a park about 15 mins walk from the cafe. Walk is decent.

The location is maintained well. Lovely for young families and cyclists. Parking is catered all around the lake.
